The Oricon daily records are in for the 25th. Perfume sold THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTEEN COPIES. The #2 single was Gackt with 15,441.

Doubt it, it dropped to "only" 18k on the second day, and today in Japan it did another 7884. This is very normal drop off, though. The only ones that keep a steady number are idol groups that regularly use cheap ploys... err, sorry, handshake events and such to sell CD's.

It's easily made it to the #1 spot for the week, though.
