Looks like fake. Inside archive I see SIRO-1716.avi which is some JAV AFAICT. I can't extract and check the contents of it because of CRC error. Maybe one of 5 files lost a byte or two while downloading, but that's doesn't matter.
The post on that link was made in 2014/01/05 which is suspicious by itself, given the release date of that DVD is 2014/01/20, right?

P.S. we should probably remove that link from our posts.

unfortunate it's most likely a similiar faux account like avoltaire posted since the rough translations added up to the same thing.
but there have been similiar facebook pages/friend profiles that pretended to belong to a gravure idol and it had similiar post structure to these "anri"-pages.
