Mr.T replied my complain on getting FC stuff in DEF.DIVA thread and I thought I share his reply in here. The fees from Crescent look reasonable compare to other online auction services but I have not tried it.
Be sure to do all your calculations ahead and read all the fine prints. Happy shopping

Hey guys^^ I don't know if this is the right thread to post under, but I just got my copy of Glass no Pumps normal edition single, and I thought it said it came with an 8-page booklet but I didn't get one! >.< Is that right, or does the CD+DVD version come with the booklet instead? Please let me know! Arigatou^^

Yeah, that was Maki's birthday present to me!
And I also attended the event @ Studio Coast.
