EDIT-I have a feeling the move you talking about is his "Welcome to Chicago, Motherf**ker" move from Ring of Honor.

That was actually the first TNA match I've ever seen on live TV. I saw the promo, and said to myself "a Manking-clone in a thumbtacks match - that sounds fun! I wonder how far he'll push himself?"

Anyway, the match was one of the dumbest things I've seen in a long time. Li'l Spike Dudley just lies on the ground whimpering for more than half the match waiting for Mankind-clone to set up the double thumbtack tables spot. The ending, with Mankind-clone falling through the tables wasn't even sold by the announcers. This match had everything that I hate about garbage matches (dumb transitions, wrestlers lying around doing nothing for minutes at a time) and none of what I love about them (I wasn't cringing or feeling surpsised at all).

QFT....that match did stink badly, shitty as hell for what seemed like a filler match.
But, I guess that will always happen in any wrestling promotion.

I agree the match was just an excuse to set up two tables with tacks on them so Abyss could take the fall (and he didn't even land in the middle). I wish they would have done a better job on that match or waited until a PPV when they could really put some time into it.

On the plus side AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels VS LAX in Tag Team Ultimate X!!! I don't really care about Hernandez but Styles + Daniels + Homicide = :baa60776:

Last week's Smackdown was really fun:

- The Vito vs. Regal match was the only match I've ever seen with a COR ending that I liked. Vito is a mediocre wrestler, but with Cole and JBL as announcers, he's gold. Put Regal into the mix, and you've got pure fun.
- JBL is taking WWF announcing to a whole new level. Who the hell are Shawn and Steve Simpson?
- Noble hasn't been this good since he was trailer-park trash

- Favorite quote: Michael Hayes worked a lot in Japan, [Jimmy Wang Yang] could be his son. -- JBL
- 2nd favorite quote: "Al Gore needs to get off the global warming and get on Vito. Not get on Vito, but you know what I mean." -- JBL

WTF!? JBL mentioned Kendrick being Zero-1 Champion?!?

I finally got to see Smackdown yesterday (it's shown on Sunday here and Raw is aired on Saturdays).

Props for JBL for referring to HBK's "lost my smile" during Rey's match with Finlay.I was reading the MSG incident and a couple of other WWE articles in Wiki yesterday.

I really don't like Rey's feud with the Gurerros. It kinda stains Eddie's name. They should just move on.

Batista got bloodied by Finlay. But he will get revenge.

My favorite part? The same as Michael Cole's:
"Mr!!!!~ Kennedy!!!! (after one 1 or 2 minutes) Kennedy!

Tonight's 9/11 Raw was one of the best I've seen in some time. Best match was definately the Carlito & Jeff Jardy & Cena vs. Nitro & Edge & Orton. Sloppy as heck, like when Jeff Hardy jumped off Carlito's back and hit the ropes. But the crowds was super hot, and the Lets Go Cena / Cena Sucks chants were hillarious!

And it was great seeing Roddy Piper again too. He made the Highlanders vs. Spirit Squad watchable.

Its sad to see Trish retiring, and even sadder to imagine her last match against... Lita. Lita's had some wonderful matches in her career (TLC, for instance), but her neck is frickin' broken. Trish should be passing the torch to somebody who can carry the Divas/womens division, not somebody who's already retired.

I'm so bored of DX. It was fun for the first few weeks, when they were still doing skits, like the Shaneomac on dope skit. But now it's just another feud. Nothing has matched the classic 90's DX skits like "You smell what the Crock is cookin'".
