Something fairly interesting from AKB48Wrapup from yesterday's Music Station:

Mayuyu sheds tears as she watches old footage of AKB48 & gets smile back when it switches to Thee Michelle Gun Elephant. It says "t.A.T.u canceled their appearance in the show, thus Thee Michelle Gun Elephant sang another song to fill the time".



As you already know, Mayuyu is a passionate fan of the rock band "Thee Michelle Gun Elephant".

They then posted this vid where Mayu talks about 3 songs from 3 different groups (didn't catch the name of the first one, but the 2nd is Bump of Chicken)



I hadn't seen that vid before, and am now checking out that "Candy House" by Thee Michelle Gun Elephant group, interesting name

It's distracting because of Mayuyu's HUGE  relative to her size LOL.

Speaking of size, having seen her in previous live events, she's indeed pretty small and hence relatively short (156 cm by some accounts).
