SKE Matsui Rena, NHK drama 1st starring role, a multi channel drama about ghost extermination It has come to our knowledge that SKE48 Matsui Rena will play the leading part in NHK multi channel drama「Housou Museum Kikiippatsu / Critical Moment at the Museum of Broadcasting」(March 29th, 0:25). It will be her first time starring in an NHK drama. In March of last year aired another NHK drama with AKB48 Akimoto Sayaka in the main role 「Asadora Satsujinjiken」, nowadays those digitally broadcast program bring a new form of entertainment by allowing “multi-composition” drama. Filming for the drama is planned to start in the second half of February in the metropolitan area. The story revolves around the apparition of a ghost in NHK Museum of Broadcasting during the preparation of the exhibition to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the television. Nozomi, Matsui’s character, is the hook-up for the commemoration program and will suddenly be entrusted with the mission to get rid of the ghost. Akimoto Sayaka who played Miho Niimi, the assistant producer who already struggled to exterminate ghosts in last year drama「Asadora~」and its sequel 「Taiga Drama Daisakusen」(aired August 2012) and Kokushou Sayuri, in the role of the chief producer, will make their return in this production. Miho is set to be Nozomi’s sempai figure.v Light spoil ahead! vNozomi hopes to send the ghost to the other world by listening to his wish, but our specter has no memory left of his life. While going around the museum with the wandering soul, they will discover he was actually an NHK cameraman who died around the time of Tokyo Olympic Games. Nozomi’s goal will be to successfully clean the museum of this spirit while managing her work of relay for the program. The role of museum director will be played by Nogiwa Youko and the ghost will be interpreted by Fujimoto Takahiro.
