Ah, Miho-chan... I always quite liked Myao, but never in the same sense as I'm into Yuki/Kasai, etc. Somehow, it's a different type feel.
She managed to make a good appeal for herself during her 'damedashi' bit and her imouto chara. Not afraid to speak up
I like how she is confident, but sometimes is a complete wuss. She doesn't ride roller-coasters, she's into horror but also easily scared, etc. I think you need that sort of balance to remain real and entertaining.
Myao came out with a daring IV and PB and our reactions were a bit awkward. It's that phrase between being a little girl and becoming a woman. (i.e. puberty? lol). All that adding even more to her little sister character.
We've seen a different Myao lately. It's a new era. She hit 18, changed her hairstyle and she's shown an interest in foreign languages, especially Korean. It's all pretty cool, but the downside is she's lost a bit of her original appeal. I mean, it makes sense... That rebellious phase passes and it would be lame to force it. She's growing up.
However, I'm not sure why exactly, but she's disappearing out of the picture a little bit. When it comes to variety, she has powerhouses like Sashihara and Miichan to compete with... and there's a new generation ready to take her spot, for example Shimada Haruka. We don't really see her in solo gravure anymore either. With #27 she is still around, but I worry about her position in the future. She has to take charge and show the other girls she's not finished yet. Get her face out there again! I'm not tired of seeing it at all. In fact, I'd like to see it more often.
Myao will always be my little sister.
