That is a pretty good speech. Alistair can be pretty pimp when he's not complaining. I was playing around with the morph tool in the toolset, and changed my mage's face with the morph tool.

Just beat the game. Pretty impressive, if a little uneven in places. :)

Apparently if you go to http://www.dragonagejourneys.com/ and complete that game you get some items in the actual game.

Started playing the game today (for real) and it's great !
I'm still in the beginning. I started out as a mage, and just got out of the mage tower to the first city of the game. Now my adventure is really starting.

For anyone who has beaten the game, do you think it can be done in one week ?
Not that I like to rush through my games, especially a good one like this one, but I'll be traveling Saturday and when I arrive it'll be time for my Final Fantasy XIII.

Depends if you do all the side quests and the like. It's 40-50 hours give or take, so doing it in a week would be pretty hardcore.

In the Denerim marketplace. Just make the quest active and it should be highlighted on your map.

On my 3rd day with the game I've already played 14+ hours. The good thing is that I'm not rushing it. This game is just so good that it sucks you in and I don't really want to stop playing.

I was pissed last night because I had to sleep (because my body couldn't hold up) but my mind wanted to play more.
And the characters are awesome, Morrigan is so cool, and even Alister with his not so funny jokes  :D

I haven't even touched the surface on this game and my recommendation is: If you can get your hand on it, do it !

I love the inter-character banter too. I just found out that there was a whole character I didn't know existed (Shale), so I'll be needing to give DA another playthrough in the new year with a different party make-up.

^ Not playing with Shale in the group is equal to not having played the game. You must replay~

Anyways, anybody actually search the word Shale, makes sense. Another new word learned!:

I finished the game once through as a mage, unlocked most specializations. XD

Now the fun part is replaying to get the achievements. Except...except...BUGS ARE GETTINGS ME! D:

Seriously, the Raw Fade keeps bugging out on me. Anyone else had the same problem? The fade portal in the first section with Niall winks out after I use it once. o_o Then I can't cross back and am stuck. >_> Any fixes for it?

EDIT: Ok I feel stupid. Found the way out. I forgot I did that the first time round. >_>;

So I bit the bullet and it's not bad... except... Oghren has issues with elves as can be seen in this video I made.

I just beat the expansion.

^ Rogue looks cooler giving the finishing blows. I was a mage and all I shoot lightning.

Awakening was not too bad. A lot shorter than I was expecting.

Just started playing, FINALLY. Made a female Elven mage. Pretty boss. Save for when I dish out too much threat, and get wasted :cokecat:

About to start the shit in Redcliffe :thumbup

Dog confirmed for best party member.

On one hand, the story is vaguely interesting, and I'd like to keep progressing with that.

On the other hand, the combat is so unbelievably clunky and frustrating, I can't be fucked to see what happens next. After KOTOR and Mass Effect, this shit just isn't acceptable.

I just started a new game as a Dwarven casteless warrior. I just became a Warden, trying to play as righteously as possible. I don't know what's possible to do (given avoidance of spoilers), but I'd like to clean up dwarven society. Having a bit more fun than I did with the elven mage.
