i bought the Ohayou SKE app. It doesn't work for some reason. (tried on iPad2 and iPhone4).. oh well, ripped these videos instead.
Yukiko Kinoshita - SKE Alarm Clock App

edit - the app works, if you set your clock to 24hour mode... and if you multi-task exit from the app, then reload it before it alarms, it freezes, you have to force quit it. But once you reload it, you can set the app to alarm again, but the previous setting is still saved, even if the set alarm time is the same, so it stacks... basically you can end up with multiple alarms going on, at the same time... orz
