Torchlight [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torchlight ]

This game is currently on sale on Steam for 10 bucks and has gotten an update (achievements). I bought it for 20 bucks when it first came out and it's great. It's made by the same guys who made Diablo 1 and 2 (as mentioned below or above in the wiki).

"Torchlight is an action role-playing game developed by Runic Games, published by Perfect World Entertainment, Inc. and Encore, Inc, released for Windows in October 2009.[5] The fantasy-themed game is set in the fictional town of Torchlight and the expansive caverns and dungeons nearby, which adventurers explore to collect valuable loot and battle hordes of monsters.[6] Following the October 2009 digital distribution release, a Windows retail box version will be released on January 5, 2010, and a port for Mac OS X is also scheduled for 2010.[3]
Development of the game is led by Travis Baldree, designer of Fate, and Max Schaefer and Erich Schaefer, co-designers of Diablo and Diablo II, joined by the team that developed Mythos.[7][8]"

Played it a while, was alright. Never been a fan of CLICKAN games, though. Found it annoying trying to target monsters and shit. Thought it looked pretty, didnt mind the item system, etc.
