Everyone MUST rank 10 of their favourite female Kpop idols (or at least singers), I've made it 10 instead of 7 coz there is so damn many since the influx this year. If you don't have 10, your vote doesn't count! If you're stuck, make it up. Rank them in order of #1 as your favourite down to #10 as your 10th favourite. Whoever is in position #1 will receive 10pts & the gal in 10th position will get 1pt.
