well the new canucks jersey are out today. they spent a million dollars on it....i like the black and white orca and the vancouver letters printed on the jersey. looks retro

but i could design that for $100 instead of a million

All they did was take the logo from the "newer" jersey, put it on the base for the retro 3rd jersey that they used during the past couple of seasons, and put "VANCOUVER" on it. The only actual "new" thing on the "new" jersey is having "VANCOUVER" on it. That's like, $111 000 per letter.

Ok, I know I haven't said anything in a while, but since it is Oilers related, I thought I'd say it. The shootout goal by Ales Hemsky to beat the Wild last night was hilarious. I don't have a clip unfortunately, but hopefully anyone interested will be able to see it on SportsCentre. Or, it might just be bad enough to be on the Plays of the Week.

OILERS beat the Ducks 4-0! Garon + Roli COMBINED SAVE 929% PITKANEN AND PENNER SCORRRESS!! Oilers finally on a roll even tho Hemmer and Sanderson are out. Most consistent game yet. None of that "keep away" type PP. JUST SHOOT IT!
