I'd say Maria could be called a Muscat...2 episodes is enough.

She's an odd one. Her AV career seemed to be going quite nicely. Then she got all 'inked-up'.

The big labels don't like their stars to have tattoos*; she gets dropped like a hot potato.

Thing is Maria must have known the tattoos were a no-no. So, why did she do it?

Her English is really good. I wonder why she never made the move to the US?

*As a tattooed person myself, I don't mind a little 'ink' on my idols (as long as they don't go overboard).

That tiger Maria has is really good. Now Nishino's AV career is over, I could see her getting a tattoo.

It REALLY gone quite a rocket-like for Maria. She is like a sex symbol to almost half of the globe. Like I said, here in our country, we have 2 AV Idols to look upon to...Her and Sola. It is kinda sad that her days as a Muscat cut too short...but hey, it is not impossible to dream of the possibilities that if she didn't leave the group, right...? It is okay for me if she cut it like Mihiro or Risa by which she could bask in to the girl's fame for a while.

Back to the news...yep, we were bonkers while listening to her on the radio...but, I dreamed that one day, Sola or Yuma or Rio or Acky will visit my country (still mad on why they didn't include PHL on their Asian Tour).

The Asian tour thing, I think (if I'm wrong, I'm sure somebody will correct me) they did concerts in places where Ebimasu was shown on TV. For example, it was shown on a cable/satellite channel in Singapore. I'm guessing that they thought if the locals hadn't seen Ebimasu, it would be difficult to sell enough tickets. So, if Ebimasu wasn't shown in PHL, then no concert.

There is always a chance that Yuma could visit PHL. She does have a connection to the Philippines though that bar her parents ran in Takasaki.

At least you get Maria...nothing like that happened where I live

I think I read somewhere that Maria was never really into the AV industry and that the tattoos was a way of getting out. Last I heard she was dancing at private venues. She really was popular across the globe in a way that few JAV stars ever have done.

Makes me think which JAV stars would be at least recognisable over here. Or who gets searched for or watched the most from over here. I suspect Maria, Sola and Yui Aida.

Our Rebel Muscat was part of this idol group, VITCH VITCH (BRW108) btich rich witch

some place dates the group at 2011, others at 2014, so I'm not sure.
I've been trying to find some videos or torrents to their music but only find samples.
they have two tracks on the album then each girl eachs both tracks as a solo track.
Tsubasa Amami's tracks are tracks three and four. great voice. different from the high nasal vocals of other Jpoppers.

There's a site called How-Old.net which scans a photo of yourself or anyone that guesses what age they are. For funsies, I put on a number of photos of the Muscats. Fairly accurate all round although some of the older members were guessed to be younger than they actually are. The funniest example being Mihiro:

According to algorithms she looks less than half her age. Which when you look at her, isn't too far from the truth!
