Erika Kirihara 桐原エリカ きりはら エリカ

AV actress

3rd generation -  Oct. 2009 to March 2010 (only 6 months...I would have guessed longer than that)

One of the 3rd Gen Girls...along with Kaera Uehara, and thankfully, became part of the Muscat history wall as one of members behind the voices of "Banana Mango High School". Fave memory of her? Playing the Taiko Drum in order to tell Risa Kazumi to "get out" from the binds.

I remember this segment.  It wasn't surprising that Ayako (and I think Manami) had the top score since she went to a top tier school (I don't remember whether it was a grade school or university).  Also, the younger Muscats (except Saemi) I kinda expected them to do fairly well since they aren't too far removed from school.

A Happy New Year from Minori

Haruna Orii 織井遙菜 おりい はるな

4th generation - April 2010 to Oct. 2011

Well known for her very polite/formal Japanese (...de gozaimasu).
Speaking of Orii-san, I wonder if she ever got to become a gourmet teacher like what she said when she left the group?

I think I remember this episode: Saemi's score was less than 100, I'm guessing in the 60's. She answered one question solely with hiragana and the rest of the girls were like shocked to see it. No idea if it's an act or what now.

But WHY do most of my favorite idols end up being the personification of "baka"?! First it was Shinohara Saemi and more recently, Wada Maaya.

At least Rukawa Rina was in the top 10

It took some searching for...

Sora 蒼井そら 353点 4位
Rika 川村りか 309点 11位
Rion 坂本りおん 215点 20位
Jessie 希崎ジェシカ 211点 21位
Sayoko 大橋沙代子 203点 23位

Saemi's score was worse than you guessed, L4verra: I'm pretty sure it was 45  - less than 10%

I remember that Rika said she didn't go to high school (she finished junior high school, them dropped out).  :twothumbs

I gotta say, Sora's score is a lot better than I would have predicted. She's a smart cookie, that one.

Yamanaka's score:

Japanese 92
Social Studies 73
Maths 75
English 75
Health & Physical Education 80       Total: 395

Three Muscats got perfect score on the maths section; Ogura, Kodama, and Ando.

Here's a surpising thing...the Muscat with the best score on the English section (85 points) was Rina Rukawa  :O
It could be that Rina's written English is a lot better than her spoken English.
Has anybody heard Rina speak English? I'm kind of curious now about how well Rina can speak English.

BTW, no big surprise that Asami Ogawa's Japanese score was really low (29).
But, with legs like hers...who cares

I was hoping for Yuma to be the top scorer in English... I mean, for me, she had a great proficiency in English (she could speak the English words clearly and her proficiency is evident in Shimokita Glory Days)....I heard Rina's english a bit, which is also good....

It took some searching for...

Sora 蒼井そら 353点 4位
Rika 川村りか 309点 11位

I gotta say, Sora's score is a lot better than I would have predicted. She's a smart cookie, that one.

Will make the official list later...thanks for this....maybe Saemi dropped out due to financial issues...still, a good effort but it is not enough.... :twothumbs

Wait up...the 203....i think it belongs to Sayoko....

Asami really shed her "Baka" label with where she ranked.  Let's not forget she was one of the three "Baka-sensei" along with Saemi and Yuria (I think).  I remember AiLi being terrible at math(s) but didn't think her other scores were that low either.  Maybe I'll take a look at some of the top Muscats' wikis to see if I can find out what made them that smart.  In fact, I wonder if any of them have gone past high school.
