The picture you posted is from her strip show that is going on right until the 15th, it's not about her last concert event.

As for her Twitter profile page, it is New York, but it was taken during her music video for the song dancing hero.

Rio uploaded a whole bunch of photos to her instagram earlier showing off a darker hair colour and......a tattoo!

It's either new or she's had it for quite a while and we've just never seen until now. Not a huge fan of tattoos personally but I think that looks good. She looks good, goddamn

Personally, I don't mind about tattoos as long they're not too big. And wow, an Infinite symbol? Is that a representation of her beauty? Because it sure has no limits
