Yeah this pv will be so much better with all the game shots and story line- while the dance is really cool to watch (I want to learn it!

) I still think it'll look alot more balanced and edgy with the other shots!~

I was out for a coffee with my mum this afternoon and after mentioning the parcel of AKB photobooks I'm waiting on, leading me to saying how big the calendars are and how I want one, I started rambling on about AKB48 and about Jurina getting to share a center with Mayuyu making me angry!

I'm slowly teaching her things about my interests- she was asking what member poster I hope to get from the AKB Fashion book and wondered if it was still Yossie!!

She needs to learn more~

But anyway-- my point of this post is...
I showed her the Beginner dance pv--- and She was like "Ohhh, It's allright~"
I'm going to try and get her more interested >____>
Though... she did just tell me that she found it strange how the video was just watching them dance (like felt awkward) and she said the video didn't flow well- but she's aware they banned the real pv! Ohh- lol and she isn't used to not understanding what they're singing yet!

She liked An Cafe after seeing them live-- So AKB just needs to come to the UK and she can fangirl with me!!~

Debuted 5 years ago, AKB48's rapid sales growth finally reached 1 million. the 27th Release "Beginner" archived a total of 1.03 million copies shipped of its first edition. including shipments to Big Record companies and Small shops, for AKB48 this became their highest shipment number so far.

According Oricon, if it successfully manages to sell the shipped amount in the opening week outselling 1 million sales, it would be become the first single to do it since Utada Hikaru's "Addicted to You" released approx. 11 years ago. the last single archiving 1 million sales was Akikawa Masafumi (43)'s "Sen no Kaze ni natte" in May 2006. -single that took approximately a full year to clear 1 million sales

Comparing the present with 1999, the Music Industry went through an enormous change with the Digital Music Market as well as Internet Releases becoming popular. According to the RIAJ (Recording Industry Association of Japan), the CD Production reached a peak in 1998 with a total income of 5878 hundred million, and has progressively decreased until a total income of 2459 hundred million in 2009. In middle of such situation, this brilliant achievement holds a big importance.

This single includes 3 new songs and others for a total of 6 tracks included. "Beginner" feature an aggressive choreography with a never-seen before "Center Rotation" concept with 6 different patterns. the Music Video was Directed by Nakajima Tetsuya (51), known for movies such as "Kokuhaku".

AKB48 has being increasing their sales numbers with each new release. starting with "Sakura no Shiori" selling over 300,000 copies in its first week and "Ponytail to Shushu" and "Heavy Rotation" also managing to get consecutive first-week sales surpassing 500,000 copies each release.

a Tower Records' PR Commented, "Compared to the last time (Heavy Rotation) the period for preorders was smaller, but it completely outsold it. as a competition with JE's top groups, it (AKB48) makes an strong rival" . a Music Researcher also commented: "Compared with the normal Downloads and such, this time the number of middle and high-school students buying CDs is big".

AKB48 held their first Korean Live the 23th of this month. and in November they have concerts scheduled in Makao and Singapore among other overseas locations. Heading to the End-Year Music Shows, AKB48 seems to be building a lot of expectation.

I love BEGINNER, i don't mind if Sayaka isn't a senbatsu. BEGINNER is so awesome that the senbatsu members mean nothing this time.
