Reading the IGN article reminded me so much about how I loved the comics as a kid.

I still remember the issue when Spidey is the the church as the bell rings, the sonics causing tremendous pain for both Spidey and the symbiote. Finally, the symbiote leaves his body, and we see Peter lying unconcious, with blood dribbling from his ears. The visual impact of those panels was incredible.

For some reason I didn't notice this thread and the new trailer until now.

Well, Villains look awfully boring... I really hope there's Venom to save the movie. Because this trailer really made clear that without Venom the third movie would be just the same as the first one and we've already seen that.

^hmmm...that was taken down quick.

According to http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0413300/ Topher Grace is playing Eddie Brock/Venom. I don't think he is anywhere near physically big enough to play that role. Lets hope they don't screw this up.

So I hear Spiderman gets a new suit! haha THE MAIN FOCUS OF THE MOVIE. nah. but I really really liked Spiderman 2. so i'm really looking forward to this. unfortunately, this will be the last... and this is prob my fave comic series movie. right up there with xmen.
