Also a friend of mine was in Tokyo last week and he just happened to go through a park on the way to somewhere else. POLYSICS were there doing a photoshoot!! Lucky git

Lots of new stuff getting added on here every few days. They posted lots of pics from the Blitz gig in Asakasa, that's the fourth link on the left. I translated some of the stuff from the indiviual profiles but it's not worth posting unless anybody is really bothered

The new album came out last week. My copy arrived on Monday and it's brilliant!! I was slightly disappointed by Karate House but this time I'm very happy

It's up on jpopsuki but I thoroughly recommend buying it, the 9 song live DVD makes it even more worth the money.

Those are US release dates. I'm not sure of the exact UK release dates, they might be the same. The band are also working on a live DVD from the last date of their current Japan tour. That gig only happened last week though so that will probably be towards the end of the year. LOADS of pics from the Japan tour on the JP myspace page. www.myspace.com/polysicsjp if you're bothered.

European festival dates announced. I'm quite sure they'll be announcing more european dates around these. That's what happened last year.

28th August - Vera (Groningen, Netherlands)
30th August - Festival deBeschaving (Utrecht, Netherlands)
27th September - Marsatac Festival (Marseille, France)
28th September - This Ain't No Picnic Festival (Kings College London)

No more UK dates announced yet but some sources are saying they're going to be doing some US dates in October. They'll be leaving Europe in early October and they don't have any Japan dates planned until the end of November so the US dates would be fitting in that gap.

It is a Myspace Music Tour again so they may be just a support band again. The other bands haven't been announced yet though.

i think theyre just being presented by myspace since that's their US record label now. the posts they put up on myspace dont seem to indicate that its a whole myspace tour like they did with hellogoodbye last year
