I wonder if Akb prefer their overseas fanbase to their domestic local ones
You heard of wotas being rude at handshake events e.g. the sayaka incident

Could this be because the group is "too accessible" the local wotas? to a point the wotas take for granted & being "too comfortable with"
whereas because Akb rarely come to the overseas fans' country to perform, the fans revere the girls like "the celestial deities we've been worshipping have really come to us"
So flip Sayaka off? An American or French fan will give ANYTHING just to see her wave at him
