Chapter 2 Lies & A New Face
Beep Beep Beep
Little hands appeared out from covers obviously searching for the source of noise, but then again, searching without being able to see wasn't the smartest thing a person could do. Eventually, she did come to contact with something very firm and round instead of the the annoying alarm clock.
“Minami, get your hand off my bottom,” a voice mumbled sleepily.
The once sleepy girl, now surprised immediately let go while jumping out of bed, “A-A-Acchan! I-I-I thought..."
"That my ass was the alarm clock?” Atsuko giggled finishing the tiny girls line before reaching over to turn off the annoying sound.
"What are you doing in my bed?!'
"Shhhhh Takamina. It's the morning and to answer your question, I was sleeping." Atsuko turned to face the alarm clock. “It’s seven o’clock already? I should go.” Atsuko said while rubbing her tired eyes moving to get out of bed.
“Um… do you have to?” Looking at the ground a flushed Minami asked in a hushed voice.
Atsuko stopped and looked at the smaller girl, her heart began beating faster to her question. She wasn't sure just what it meant, but she liked the feeling. Her relationship with Minami was well, complicated in her eyes. She didn't really understand what she felt for the other girl. She had only known Minami for only a year and it wasn't until 5 months ago that their relationship became physical. Minami wasn't even her type but something about her pulled her in like no other girl had, not even Yuko. It took Atsuko a moment to realized that she had been staring at her.
Minami, feeling Atsuko's eyes on her looked up only to get lost in those beautiful pair of brown eyes. It took all of Minami's might to look away from the staring contest. She fumbled with her fingers before saying, "I…I mean, you could stay for breakfast."
Atsuko's smile grew, she was about to answer "yes" to the invitation but a voice stopped her and her smile faded.
"It’s okay, but you’re having breakfast, lunch, and dinner with me tomorrow. Clear" She sighed understanding that a promise was a promise and she didn't like to break them. "Sorry Takamina, I kinda have plans with Yuko."
Minami brought her head to look at Atsuko, her face confused at the new name. "Who?"
If Atsuko's heart was beating fast before, her heart was beating at least 4 times that speed. She came to a realization that if Minami knew about her and Yuko things would become awkward and all physical things with Minami would come to an end. She didn't want that to happen, so she did the same thing she was been doing to Yuko…lie.
Atsuko took a deep breath before replying smoothly "She is a colleague of mine. She and I have a business breakfast together." With that Atsuko was sure that Minami wouldn't suspect a thing, after all her acting was perfect since she became a master liar.
“It's alright,” Minami gave Atsuko a reassuring smile, "I'll use the bathroom outside so you can freshen up in this one." She walked over to the bathroom to grab a toothbrush and paste before heading out of the room.
Atsuko's eyes followed the smaller girl as she left, she was so concentrated on Minami that when her phone beeped she jumped.
“Acchan, don’t forget about the promise. Breakfast with me this morning!”

Atsuko gave a tight smile and she quickly replied.
“I know LOL. Of course, I wouldn't forget. Have some faith in me Yuuchan. : ) I’ll pick you up at nine.”
-Acchan Atsuko quickly deleted the short conversation then turned her attention to the opened door. It wasn't long till Minami came back, toothbrush in hand. She feet terrible that she had to lie to both girls. However, once a lie started, it had to go on.
“Acchan, why are you still in bed?” Minami asked thinking that by now Atsuko had already finished freshening herself up for the day and was ready to leave.
Atsuko didn't answer, instead she grinned evilly and slowly made her way towards her prey, just like a wolf cornering an innocent goat.
By now Minami sensed Atsuko's change in attitude, horror was written all over her face in no time. "A-Acchan, what are you do-” Before she could finish her sentence Atsuko grabbed her by the wrist, dropping her toothbrush in the process. Within a blink of an eye Atsuko had pulled Minami towards the bed, pushed her down, then joined the smaller girl on the bed to cuddle.
Minami blinked. "Acchan…"
Atsuko looked up to find Minami's eyes, she was successful. Her eyes held genuine care for the other girl, it was a mystery to her how much Minami affected her. She closed her eyes and tightend her grip around Minami's waist, her head was placed on the other girls chest. The powerful beating of Minami's heart was loud and clear. She love being close to her. Her warmth and sweet sense was just so addicting. “Let’s just stay like this for awhile.” Atsuko whispered; Minami didn't disagree.

"Mayu,” She heard someone calling her.
“Yes, Otosan?” She looked up from her manga to give her father her full attention.
“Where’s your sister?” he asked.
“Oneesan?" She pondered a bit before answering, "It’s Saturday, she’s probably out with Yuko.”
“Out since last night? I don’t think she ever came home from the office.” Maeda Hitoshi stated. Owner and head of the multinational renowned corporation "Solar." From electronics, oil, automobiles, and telecommunications, Solar was the only corporations in the world to have a net work of trillions of dollars. If you were japanese you would know the name of the company before the president.
“Hmmm, she probably went out with Yuko last night and they probably...” Mayu hesitated to answer knowing very well what she was thinking would probably put her in an awkward position with her dad.
“Probably?” Her father pushed on for an answer.
Frustrated Mayu sighed before thinking, "How am I supposed to tell him the rest, I just want to get back to my manga. Oneesan save me!"
“Mayuyu, I’m home!” Atsuko's voice came through the front door.
"Safe." Mayu thought "Now, I can read my manga in peace." She smiled.
Hitoshi turned his head to the new voice and smiled “Honey, where were you last night?”
“It's great to see you too dad and last night I was with Mariko. We had a few drinks so I stayed at her place for the night,” Atsuko said as she walked towards her father to give him a hug. Hitoshi was a busy man, he was practically running Japan's economy. Atsuko and Mayu understood that, though he was barely there with them and had missed out on a lot of their childhood and teenage years. It was a miracle he was even there right now.
“Atsu, don’t drink too much when you're out with Mariko. It’s not good for your health,” Her father warned as he hugged his daughter.
“Yes, dad. I’ll keep that in mind,” Atsuko nodded and let go of him.
"Good. I have to go back to the office. Take care you two." Hitoshi said as he gave a kiss on the cheek to both of the girls before heading out.
When he was out of ear's range Mayu spoke, “And I thought you were at Yuko's place last night.” Atsuko raised an eyebrow.
“I was,” she took off her jacket and sat down right next to Mayu on the leather sofa. “Just now I mean. I just had breakfast with her and we were going to hang out today, but then the school called saying they were short on staff.” she explained as she looked at the manga book in Mayu's hand before rolling her eyes and ruffiling Mayu's hair then left.
Mayu frowned at Atsuko's actions, "I am not a kid anymore." Mayu sighed as she continued to read her manga.

The weekend went by fast and here she was, back in her own office. Four hours had past since her morning’s breakfast and she was still trying to get this proposal done before the end of the day. Her office wasn't big but it wasn't small, it was a decent size for her but with all the papers and documents it soon became crowded. Sometimes she just wished she could have Atsuko's big CEO office. But then again, being the boss is not an easy task.
A soft knock from her door broke her thoughts. She straightened out some papers on her desk before yelling "come in." Within a couple of seconds the principal's chubby face came into view along with an new one. Realizing it was the principle Yuko stood up and bowed.
"Now, now Yuko-san. It's alright, you don't have to use formalities with me." Yuko smiled as she came back up. Her father and Principal Kenta had known each other when they were still kids. They were so close that Principal Kenta eventually became her godfather when she was born. Her attention however was pulled somewhere else. Standing beside him was the most beautiful girl Yuko had ever laid eyes on and trust me Yuko had laid her eyes on about every beautiful girl in Japan but this one blew them all away. Once a pervert, always a pervert.
"Yuko-san, I would like you to meet Kojima Haruna. Your new student."
