chap 2 - meeting and training with 2NE1
5 days laterTakamina and Rena where practising rapping in english everytime they got one word wrong they rewinded the song and practiced that one word or verse furiously none stop until they got it perfect.
"Starships where ment to fly hands up and touch the sky............cant stop coz where so highhhh lets do this one more time x2 !"
The two sang trying the absolute best to pronounce all of the words correct.The song ended and the pair put on lip gloss by Lil Mama.They clapped there hands in tune with the beat and started to try and do the steps of the dance slowly obvioulsy with difficulty as they have only seen the dance once.
Miichan stood there watching the pair before walking out of the dance rehearsel room and headed to the vocal room."What song there practing rapping in english so i should start and try and sing korean i suppose where not aloud to practice lies and Haru Haru unless there is two of us or all of us so lets see."She spoke to herself scrolling down her phones song list and looking at the songs she recently downloaded last night to help with her Korean.She clicked on Beasts song bad girl and music filled the silent room.
She started dancing and jumping around the room mindlessly as she sang the lyrics in perfect pitch and tune like this wasnt her first time singing in Korean at all.

She herself was suprised at her skill but also proud that she could pull it off so skillfully in such a amount of time.She gave her self a smug little smile then started practing again.
Meanwhile Yuko was missing her Nyan Nyan in the past 2 days they werent able to see eachother do to her busy shedule and Yuko's pre preparation to meet and practice with 2NE1.But she quickly snapped out of her sad mind set she was going to be one of the main vocals instead of mopping she had to practice if she wanted to get better and win Korea over.
She got a video up 5Dolls like this like that on her phone and watched the dance version over and over again listening to the lyrics and watching the dance with a keen ear.She whispered the lyrics to herself and put the video back to the bits where she wasnt sure of.
She watched Chan Mi's moves more than the others why because she was amazed by the girls voice (A/N : Honestly i am i love her range that she can go to oh and she is my fav in 5Dolls and Co-ed school)"One two three." She labelled the dance moves as she moved to the beat.
As for Mayu she was in seprate room practacing dancing she put a chair in the middle of the room and started the music player.
"I did did it for love!" Boa's voice sang occasionally Mayu missed a step and the beat but she soon got back into the rhytme after all she had been practing and studying this dance for a while now.
When the song finished she heard clapping from behind.
"I know you where watching me for a while now im not stupid."
"Should you talk to you seniors like that?"
"Not really but i havnt seen your face so how do i assume your my senior or someone younger than me."
"Turn around then."
"Or you could head out of the room and wait till we meet again honestly i like my idea better."
"Fine see you later."
"You sound confident."
"Its because i know i will."
With that the mysterious voice said its last sentence and dissappeared from the room.Mayu shook her head not the least bit concerned or puzzeled about what the voice said why beacuse she didnt care.She took her towel in her hand and wiped the sweat off her head then went to Takamina and Rena as it was time for all of them to meet 2NE1.
When she got there everyone looked amazingly tired but there faces soon stopped that look because right behind Mayu was the 4 figures they have been waiting for.
Mayu was confused at first until there was a tap on her shoulder so she turned and faced a short haired beauty of a girl in Mayu's eyes an angel."Told you we would meet again." Her eyes widened no way no way no way the person in that room with her all that time was 2NE1's Minzy she mentally cursed herself to actually turn around and see who it is next time.
A hand then was waving infront of her face scaring her slightly but she just shook it off ignoring the comment from before and sat next to her friends who just looked at her with a wtf face.Which she replied "Dont ask." They just nodded in return.
"Im 2NE1's Maknae Gong Minzy nice to meet you all." She introduced herself smiling "Looks old if you ask me she is younger than you." Mayu remarked causing all eyes to fall on her and Minzy to laugh."Ive found my match im going to like you." She retorted making Mayu just give her a glare making Minzy laugh more."Im 2NE1's kiss ass sexy vocalist Park Bom nice to meet you." She bowed her introduction making all of them giggle."Im the 4d fake maknae Sandara Park but just call me Dara."She said poseing cutely."Im the leader of 2NE1 Lee Chaerin just call me Cl please take care of us all."
After the four introduced themselves they asked the Big bang girls to tell them about them selves."Im Akb48's leader Takahashi Minami im 145.5 cm one of the smallest in the group if not the smallest member just call me Takamina."
"Im Oshima Yuko the jokester of Akb48 also one of the smallest at 152 cm."
"Im Matsui Rena the pale skinned beauty of Ske48 nice to meet you."
"Im the cake lover of Akb48 Minegishi Minami just call me Miichan."
"Im Watanabe Mayu."
Knowing that was the most they where going to get from Mayu they left the introductions there and started the song.
"This is the beat to Haru Haru good right?" 2NE1 asked getting little yers and such from the 5 girls."Okay now for the dance." The 2NE1 girls shown them the basic steps quickly and the 5 girl mirrored there moves without much difficulty except that is for Takamina.Since Minzy was ment to look after Takamina she took it upon herself to help her until she got after a couple of minutes she had it but her moves werent as slick as what the others looked like.
After a little bit more time the 2NE1 girls had decided to teach them all the entire dance so after hours they had learnt the dance and then started to learn lies after a couple of more hours they had both dances done perfectly but tweeks could still be made.
"Lets take a break from dancing we will teach you Korean and the lyrics to the songs now." Cl ordered in which everyone just replied with a "YAY!".Learning the language wasnt as hard as they thought and of course they got some words wrong they where beginners 2NE1 had given them all permission to call them Unnies that is of course except Mayu because where as Cl Bom and Dara had said she could Minzy said no.When asked why she said no she simply answered "She needs to earn my respect first."This annoyed Mayu but there was nothing she could do its not like she could force Minzy to let her call her Unnie and why would see want to anyway.
By the time they finished learning everything it was 3am in the morning never in there life had they practiced so hard or freely to this time when they had started at 8am the morning of the day before.Even 2NE1 had left at 10pm telling them all to get rest and come back the same time the next day but they all ignored them and continued determined to make this the best debut Korea had seen.They where more use to the steps of the dances and more famililar with the lyrics somehow they had a connection to each song in there own special way which made them want to do better all the more.
"Lets rest for 5 minutes." Rena said dropping to the floor panting and sweat sliding down her face and with in seconds the other where sat down or lying on the floor with her.
"We have to do are best no matter what." They all said in unison.
the next day2NE1 walked into the practice rooms to find the 5 girls asleep on the cold floor drenched with sweat they chuckeled to themselves and left to go to a certain shop for them.
The 5 girls woke up to see it was 8am all of them shot to there feet looking for there 2NE1 unnies but found them no where to be seen figuring the where late they switched the music on again and started singing/rapping the lyrics while dancing there hearts out.
About 10-15 minutes later 2NE1 arrived with bags of clothes and food.
"Here." Minzy shly looked away as she handed Mayu the bag.Mayu opened it cautiously to find it had black sweat pants with red stars on the side of the left leg a gray top white pumps and a black jacket simular to the pants.Along with that her favourite food and drink and chewing gum at the bottom of the bag.She looked up at Minzy her face a slight tint of red on her cheeks "Thankyou." Mayu quietly mumbled."Sorry didnt hear you." Minzy spoke placing a hand to her ear wanting Mayu to say that again but instead she got a flick to the nose.
Everyone got clothes and there favourite drink and food so qucikly they all changed eat and drank eat some chewing gum brused there hair with a brush that Cl had given them then went back to training."Before you all start dancing your going to record today so follow us."
They left the room one by one following there unnies except for Mayu who stayed for a second as she was thinking but the quickly regained her composer and ran after them all.
They got to the recording studio and was told they were going to record separately then all together they agreed and the first to record was Rena.Everyone heard the muisc dance around the room then Rena's voice followed.She rapped with no mistake and vocals perfect the song finished then the next started finally the second song felt like it finished to quick but that was just beacause of the fun they where having and Rena left the booth high fiving the other members now it was Takamina's turn she took a deep breath then entered the recording booth.Once again the room was filled with music and they all danced in there seats mouthing the lyrics.All of them where suprised to hear Takamina's skills at rapping they could defenitly tell who was going to be a fan favourite.
Once she finished recording the two Miichan skipped into the booth and started singing with the beat and jumping in the booth causing the others to laugh hard at her she just pulled her tounge at them and continued pratting about.After her was Yuko whos voice sounded like an angel her concentration was impecable to the others which impressed 2NE1 alot.Finally Mayu had her turn to record like the others it was perfect she even suprised them all with her vocal power which doesnt get shown that often but she didnt mind this was her time to shine.
When she finished 2NE1 practically thrown the rest into the room with her so they could recored the song together.
Finally after a long amount of recording they where free to practice there dancing so the rushed back to the dance studio and danced till there bodys broke down.
Akimoto-p then came marching into the dance studio with a smile on his face whilst clapping his hands."I just heard the recording you all sound amazing thank you for helping them 2NE1." He said joy filled in his voice "Now practice makes perfect." With that he exited the room silently whistleing the songs to himself.
