haha that's so true, that's what the Korean fans call her according to what an online friend told me.

Speaking of Korean, does anyone remember seeing these paparazzi-like pics of Eri and Reina on the street a few months back? It was taken by a Korean fan and here's the story that went with the pics:

Wow wow, today I went to a pizza buffet 'cause it's my day off from work. I went to sunshine city and bought 1000yen shoes. I was heading home when I saw two very familiar faces. Oh!!! It's Tanaka Reina and Kamei Eri of Morning Musume!!! Wow!!! The two of them were talking on the street. My friend and I glanced at them as we passed by. My friend asked, "Aren't they from Morning Musume?" So I looked around, and took a few pictures of them from far away. And then I got the courage to walk up and talk to them. I figured if I'm lucky I might even get their autographs. Since they were talking in front of the movie theatre, decided to catch them before they went into the theatre.

I asked carefully. "Um..excuse me..you guys are..Eri-chan and Tanaka-san of Morning Musume...right?"
They answered, "Yes.."
"Hi! I'm your fan from Korea!" I said.
"Oh hi!"
"Could I take a picture with you?"
"Oh, we're sorry but the company told us not to do that."
"Then an autograph?" I asked.
"Sorry, that's against the policy too."

*sigh*

And then Eri-chan said, "But we can shake hands! Would you like to shake hands?"
"Really? Thank you!"
And when we shook hands, Eri-chan said "Sorry, my hand is a bit cold..."
"..Oh no that's okay!" I replied. "Thank you~!!"

And then I went home really happy. Oh, I was so touched! Even though I couldn't get an autograph, Eri's voice when she asked "Would you like to shake hands?" Kyaa~! She sounds exactly like she does on TV. So cute! Her face was so small, and they were so cute! I couldn't stop smiling on my way home!

I doubt that these two girls will walk around the street without putting their hats on...... plus all the photos are taken from the back, no faces are shown.

I think it looks like them. Their style of hair at the time seem correct, and their style of clothing too.

And of course the pics would be taken from the back. ^.^ If they saw someone taking a picture from the front, the girls would immediately turn the other away. Plus, the person who took the picture isn't really paparazzi, so I guess they wouldn't know how to take their picture without getting noticed.

Yeah, it's weird that they're not wearing any hats to cover their identity. I'm still wondering that now. Maybe... ummm.... I don't know.

Well, I guess they're not afraid of fame and people going towards them. That's all I can think of right now.

yes it was those pics. Here's the link to the person's blog (Eri's name in orange, Reina's in purple) She originally had the pics on there, but when she found out they were being uploaded everywhere she took them off. You can see in the first pic that those words are in Korean. Now that you mention it, it is kinda weird that they're walking around without hats. According to the person they were going to watch a movie.

Yeah I would've guessed they're not allowed to sign autographs, but still hearing that they really can't is a disappointment ;o; Figures they're allowed to shake hands though, cuz that can't leave a mark like pen on paper or a picture
