Thanks for the magazine covers!!
The clione mamitasu on the Friday magazine is kawayusu ><

Shokotan is releasing a new single next month called "ありがとうの笑顔"
It looks like the cover is already on her blog here:
http://ameblo.jp/nakagawa-shoko/theme-10014191488.html

The second track, "rainbow forecast", is going to be the theme song for the Japanese version of "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs"
There's already a preview of the PV on her website!!
http://www.nakagawashoko.com
I'm already really addicted to the song lol

The Budoukan live concert is also in less than 6 weeks from now
I can't really afford to return to Japan but I'm going to go anyways  XD
I already regret missing out on the Hong Kong live and even the "koi-katsu yuuenchi" event
My budget is a lot lower than what I had for Magical Tour 2009 but I'm hoping to at least stay in Japan for the release of the 10th single and the Budoukan concert
If only Japan wasn't so far away

Same here too. I've already applied for my leave since last month and there I've had not heard anything from my superior. I'm going to try again. Btw, I haven't taken any leave from the company before. I'm going to go to the concert no matter what even if it cost me my job.

Are you coming from outside of Japan too?
I'm going to be going by myself again, I haven't been able to convince anyone I know here to go with me
I heard there are fans coming from many places too including Hong Kong fans
I want to meet them all!!  :D
The tickets for the Budokan concert are sold out too  XD
It's going to be a huge concert!!
I've already purchased plane tickets to go and planning on how I'm going to survive there for long enough lol

Yup yup, I'm from outside of Japan too. No worries, since you've been there before, you should be familiar with the pricing and such. As an advice from a friend, don't overspend. I did overspend on my last trip as there were so many things to buy in Japan.

It was so easy overspending there
The only regret I had when I was there was buying too much things!!
I didn't think I was going to return so soon either so I probably wanted to get as much things as I could...
I even had to leave some stuff with someone so I can pick it up when I return
It was all Shokotan goods too  XD

I'm going to try to hold back this time but I'm probably going to impulsively by a lot of Shokotan goods again  :(

More than a month ago, Shokotan attended the Locarno International Film Festival in Switzerland to promote the 12th Pokemon movie
It's old news now but I haven't been keeping up with a lot of things the last few weeks  :(
I found a video of the event while browsing some Pokemon news
There's a small portion of Shokotan performing "kokoro no antenna" in it
After watching a few Pokemon movies, I actually prefer the Haruomi Hosono mix now

Movie 12 English Title: ‘Arceus and the Jewel of Life’

Also, in November, Shokotan is going to be a guest at Anime Festival Asia 09 in Singapore on November 21-22
There's an English article with info about her on the official website
I want to attend but it's too faaaar

Lol, that's so true. I'll also try to hold back on my spending this time.
Seriously, I really envy you  :P. You get to buy all of Shokotan's stuff .
I had a hard time choosing which goods to buy as I can't buy everything because I don't put my goods in my luggage.
I normally pack the goods it nicely in a big box provided by DHL Japan and sent it back to my country.
Although this method is costly, at least my goods were in perfect condition.
Unlike the bad experience I had when I bought an extra luggage bag to put all my goods in there to find out that eveything was squash here and there .
I definitely don't trust people from the airport as they just throw your luggage around like some pile of garbage .

Woo hoo at least we get to see her again during the Anime Festival Asia 09.
Looking forward to her cosplay  :inlove:.
Are there any low cost Airlines in your country? If there is, it would save some cost.

I ended up nearly doubling my Shokotan goods collection when I was there  XD
Unfortunately, almost all of the Shokotan goods I have end up being stored away since I don't have anywhere to put them
I'm probably better off not buying anything and just saving up the money  :(

I live in Canada so finding cheap plane tickets to Japan isn't easy
I'd go to more Shokotan events in Japan if the plane tickets weren't over $1000 each time
I was thinking about vising Singapore for the Anime Festival Asia 09 since I have relatives that live there too but the expensive airfare is really the only thing holding me back
Flying to Singapore is even more expensive than flying to Japan!!

Shokotan's website has a commemorative wallpaper that Shokotan drew of the koi katsu yuuenchi event!!!
You can get it here:
http://www.shokotan.jp/2009/09/219.php

I really wish I could have seen the event in person and buy all the goods
The clioneko goods are kawayusu!!
The grand finale looked like it was really memorable too
Living so far from everything really sucks  :(

The Magical Tour Concert Tour DVD is released today  :w00t:
Does anyone know a way to see it now?
I'm so desperate to see the songs that weren't in the TV broadcast
I ordered a copy but it probably won't arrive until next week on Monday or Tuesday  :(

The PV for "rainbow forecast" was just aired
The song seems a bit short for some reason
There's a lot of footage from the movie which makes the video kind of simple
Still, the video is very kawayusu  XD
I think Shokotan is doing the bakkarukon pose a few times and Luna shows up at the end which makes up for everything
The video rip will probably be up somewhere soon but I have to go to work now  :(

I'm still a bit confused about this single
Is there going to be a PV for "arigatou no egao"?
The discography page only lists the Hong Live footage in the DVD version

EDIT:  Full PV for "rainbow forecast" on YouTube  :w00t:

I was lucky enough to receive the Magical Tour DVD on Friday and spent the whole weekend watching it  :w00t:
The DVD version is similar to the broadcasted version but there's more different camera angles (which shows more of Shokotan and less of the audience  )
It doesn't look like any songs were edited out in the DVD including all the songs in the anisong medley  :w00t:!!
It brought back so much memories
Especially the documentary part which reminded me a lot about the Nagoya concert
I'm kind of scared to go to Japan again because of these feelings

There actually is a PV for "arigatou no egao"!!
The PV looks really good and beautiful, there's a lot of nice scenery and the song sounds really sad and touching
The song kind of correlates to Shokotan's current situation
She hasn't updated her blog in a while which is kind of worrying

From the samples the dance song from the new single sounds the best.  The video has the humour a little bit (clouds eatable candy floss) and funny dance moves of Shiny Gate and Sukashikashipan a Little Strange.

I arrived to Japan early so I could buy the new single early lol
I just arrived yesterday after a 13 hour flight and didn't even get a chance to buy it yet like I planned to  :(
For some reason, the plane ride felt a lot longer this time than the first time I went

Anyways, Shokotan is having an event to promote the new single this weekend in Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo
There's going to be a mini live concert and a handshake meeting at all 3 locations!!
I'm definitely going to try and go to all three
I'll try and take some pictures

aaaaaaaaa
I was planning to only buy 3 copies of "arigatou no egao" so I could shake Shokotan's hand once at each event but I couldn't hold back and ended up buying 10 copies of "arigatou no egao" and shook Shokotan's hand 10 times in total. (1 in Osaka, 3 in Nagoya and 6 in Tokyo)
I didn't realize that Nagoya and Osaka were so far away and that the Shinkansen was so expensive (I had a rail pass the last time I went to both locations  XD)
I'm nearly completely out of money right now
It wasn't really that bad though since I had a lot of fun throughout the weekend and was able to meet a lot of people again

The Budoukan concert is coming up soon!!
The official goods are already listed on the website
http://www.shokotan.jp/2009/10/252.php
I want to buy everything but I have no money now
