The Ark is a girl group under Music K (KeyEast). They debuted in April 2015 with "The Light".

Full name: Jeon Min-joo (전 민주)

Leader. Appeared on Kpop Star season 2, earned the nickname "Little BoA" for her dancing.

Yuna (나킴)

Full name: Kim Yu-na (유 나킴)
Birthdate: October 27th, 1994 (age 20)
Birthplace: New York, USA

Rapper. Appeared on Superstar K Season 3, former YG trainee (yeah, for THAT girl group).

Yujin (유진)

Full name: Jung Yoo-jin (정 유진)
Birthdate: September 6th, 1996 (age 18)
Birthplace: Incheon, South Korea

Student at Powervocal, a Korean singing/music academy of sorts.

Halla (한라)

Full name: Lee Su.ji (이 수지)

This vid is what got my interest in the first place, The Ark doing a bit of EXO's Mama choreo. It's kinda lq and not super recent, so the girls are a little harder to recognize:

100% sure: Minju (flannel shirt), Yuna (blonde tips in hair)
Probably: Jaein (polka dot pants), Yujin (dark jacket), Halla (blonde)

...

So yes, I made a thread for a group that hasn't even released a song teaser yet. But they seem promising... great dancing, few good/great singers, decent rapper, and an interesting style.

At this point I can only hope that their music isn't awful. Everything else seems to be there, so... please deliver.

Check out The Ark dancing (in a small window, though, until almost the end) to yet another boyband song (BTS) via the link above (there's a but the framerate is kinda low on it).

Another great, on-point dance. I think it's safe to say the blonde girl in the EXO dance thingy was indeed Halla.

The BTS video with just the girls dancing, yay. ~~(Note that it's just cropped from the Naver vid, so LQ in the beginning, a little better by the end~~ replaced with the official vid)

I like how Halla, the tall dark-haired girl pretty much just promoted as the "visual"... is a really damn good dancer.

She and naturally Minju stand out to me the most during the dance clips so far.

M!CD perf is more down to earth (literally). Good times once again tho, the girls seem to be enjoying themselves a lot. Some fanchants can be heard as well.

First I've heard of them. Honestly their single has a pretty generic sound (it's good! just nothing special). But from their individual videos, they all seem pretty talented, so I'll keep an eye out for them
