Faiz was what got me back to watching Kamen Rider again after RX. I really miss those darker/mature storylines.
I was cheering on the 'Orphnoch Trio' for the whole series. With their sad past and indecision between good or evil.

And let's face it. Horse Orphnoch = coolness

JFC, right about Yuria, she's one step above kawaii. Loved her in Shibuya 15, so when I saw she was in this knew it was a must watch. The bonus is Yoshika Kato being in it,

hadn't known that, she was 17-18 during the show's run, if you like slasher type films, check her out in the film Kill Devil, somewhat like Battle Royale. Up to episode 20 of KR 555, really getting into it.

Finished up Kamen Rider 555, wasn't sure going in how it would be but it exceeded all my expectations,

this was really one fantastic series, perhaps not as good as Dekarangers but then again none of them are.

^^ Haven't finished the movie, didn't realize it was much longer than some of the Sentai films, will let you know what I thought. Meanwhile up next is an oldie but heard it was good, Chōjin Sentai Jetman.

This series takes place in 199X on the Earth Ship, the command center of an international defence agency called Sky Force, the guardians of peace on Earth. In the ship, scientists have developed "Birdonic Waves", a newly developed technology which gives the subject superhuman abilities. Experiments called "J-Project" were successful. Aya Odagiri, the director of the project, chooses five elite Sky Force officials from Earth to use this technology. Ryū Tendō, one of the Sky Force officers, is successfully exposed to the Birdonic Waves, making him the first Jetman, the Red Hawk.
However, the Earth Ship is suddenly attacked by Vyram, an evil outer-dimensional organization bent on inter-dimensional domination. They successfully destroy the ship, apparently killing Ryū's lover and fellow candidate member Rie. In the chaos, the remaining Birdonic Waves for the other four officials become scattered on Earth, hitting four civilians. Odagiri and Tendō successfully escape and begin searching on Earth for the four remaining Jetman, training them to aid them in stopping Vyram's plans of conquering their dimension.

I watched this as a child here in the Philippines. It was dubbed in Filipino

it's pretty good, i think. I like the birds concept much

but some of the drama was just... irrelevant to me when i was a kid. but i really enjoyed it.

i think it was the first sentai series i watched where the yellow ranger was male

All in all, not too bad. I'm still sort of wanting to treat these last 2 eps as AU, or at the very least something like a "Hyper Battle Video." Oh well, next ep looks like it's got potentially interesting info on Anhk.
