Ok minna, here it is. My *report* on what went on at Gatas public practice today.
So I showed up early at the event today and waited to be seated. They let us in at around 10am and I made sure I sat down at my seat as soon as they let people in. Hehe. Anyway, I was sitting and was thinking to myself, *guess the three 85ers (Yossie, Miki and Rika) are going to be absent again due to the musical practice. So yeah, sitting there, looking around, when I noticed all these fans around me looked in one direction, so I looked over and hold and behold, I saw the back of a Gatas member walking toward a white tent. I was like, who the hell is that. My GOD, the jersey say 10!!! I was like, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Yossie!!! No, I only screamed to myself. I was like, if Yossie is here, does that mean Miki and Rika are too? So I sat with my eyes clued to the entrance to the white tent waiting for Yossie to come back out and indeed she did a few minutes later. She is so cool!!!!!! I could not stop smiling. She looked at the fans and smiled too. Well, not all the fans were there yet, just those that got themselves in early.
Then I continued sitting and waiting. I sit right next to the entrance/exit where they would have to come out from. It was like 5 feet from me, behind the net entrance were the trailers where I constantly heard the group joking around. Satoda`s voice was clear. Anyway, so I clued myself to the trailers direction. About 5 minutes later, my God again, Miki came walking out and toward the white tent. I was like, AHH...AHH....AHH... Waited til she came out, she looks better in person than on video. In my opinion anyway. She looked up at where some other fans and I are sitting and smiled a bit. She was in a conversation with her escort so she could not have much contact with us.
The event was to start at 10:30am so more and more fans started coming in. Not shortly after Miki, I saw Miuna, also came in and out of the white tent. Thanks to her I know that is where the restroom for them must be because she came out shaking her hands like you know how when you wash your hands and there is nothing to dry them with? So yeah, she came in and out.
Around 10:25, I remember checking my watch, Rika came out! Same thing, in and out of the restroom. But when she came back out, she waved at the fans and even bowed. A fan standing next to me even said something to her and she bowed back smiling. So for me, that was a great beginning!
The practice was more fun with most of the members there. To see them split into two teams and play against each other is nothing better. When seeing them on videos, you see they play nice, but to see it in person is my God! Yossie had on a pain expression from the heat. I think she was dying of it. Miki on the other hand was always smiling, in everything she does. Whenever she messes up a drill or just plan warmup, she was smiling and giggling. She has her shirt collar popped up again as usual and she was wearing the earring that Ayaya has the other one to.
I remember during a quick break, Satoda was kicking the ball back and forth with an assistant coach as the goalie. Satoda kicked the ball and it bounces off and went straight for where Miki was standing. She then kicked the ball back at the net/asst. coach. It almost hit him. He did not see it coming so was a bit surprise. I remember he looked at Miki and she giggled back at him. He was the one that during the warmup, faked the starting whistle to run, so Miki turned around and jokingly pushed him.
When you see them practice live, you can see how great Yossie is with the ball. She seems to like small quick moves where as Miki`s plain tricky. I love they handled the ball. Being a soccer player in college myself, I have to admit I saw some really good passes and team work. Rika was so funny out there. Everytime she did something silly and messed up, fans are like *ehhhhh???*
At the end when Gatas walked around to waved bye to the fans, I got what I came to Japan for. They were heading back to the trailers through the same way they came out, so of course I was right there waiting. Hehehe. Miki was the first to went in an then Yossie. I waved at Miki and when Yossie came, she waved and everything. Then I shouted Yossieeeee and she looked at me and waved back. Yes, it was me she was looking at because we made eye contact, plus it kinda helps since I was like the only girl in the middle of a group of guys. hahahah. I love her blue eye contacts. Sexy on her.
So that was it for the morning event, in short anyway. If I remember anything else, I will tell you guys.

As for the afternoon event, Yossie, Miki and Rika did not participate. Just the other members. They were playing a few rounds of games with the kids. Shibata and Miuna got the fans to laugh the most. It was hilarious out there. One of the kid, the youngest and tiniest kid was a goalie for one team but he just stood there. he didnt know what to do. so Shibata had to be both the defender and goalie. Simmin and Shibata were like mothers out there. They kept playing with that kid. Simmin even took him into her lap and sat. She fed him her water bottle too. Lucky kid eh? Shibata was like moving him around the goal because he just stood there and let the ball goes in. Everyone just dropped to the ground when that happened. Asami kept tripping, in a funny way around the kids because they play like wild soccer. They dont really have formations. Poor Miuna, everytime her team got the ball, she kept jumping up and down and waving to let the kid know she is open but is always ignore, in a cute way. Fans couldnt stop laughing. The afternoon event was full of laughter. It is hilarious to see Gatas and the kids harrass each other. hahaahaaha.
