From Channel Ai:

Love World
¥ 2,800 (~ $24.50 US)
128 pg
ISBN: 978-4-401-62265-8
Publisher: Shinko Music Entertainment
Release Date: September 25, 2007

This photobook is a collection of the photographs from Ai's B-PASS Magazine column, 大塚 愛のLOVE WORLD 〜eye love pictures.〜. Taken and/or directed by Ai, these photos follow the theme of 'Woman' (and presumably 'Love,' as well, based on the title) through the red-light districts and poorer areas of Bangkok, Thailand.

Available for Pre-Order @
Amazon Japan (Ships Internationally)
Shinko Music (Pretty much Japan Only)

For those with access, if you can pre-order from Shinko Music, you will receive a set of 5 postcards, featuring some of the photos from the book.
Also, you will be entered into a random drawing for one of ten postcards autographed by Ai herself!

--------------------

Not sure about this one, it'll be interesting for sure, but it seems kinda depressing.. I like Aichin more for her happy happy stuff. When I listen to Ai's songs it cheers me up..

----------------------

Unconfirmed tracklist for the new album:

01. Mirai Taxi (Future Taxi)
02. Yumekui (Dream eater)
03. Mackerel’s canned food
04. PEACH
05. Kumuriuta (err... yeah, still don't know)
06. Hoshi no Tango (Tango of the Stars)
07. Katorisenkou (Mosquito Coil)
08. Frienger
09. CHU-LIP
10. HEART
11. Renai Shashin (Love Photograph)

I'm so torn on whether to buy the new album or not. I have loved her singles, but there isn't really enough new material on it to convince me 100%  :O

Am I the only one who prefers the new 'Love' song (White Choco) to the new Ai song (Pocketto)? Pocket is ok, but she has way better ballads imo.

Hey guys, I need some advice here ^^

I'm planning on getting her first three albums and usually I would go for the LE without second thought but as these are CD+DVD I was wondering are the keep cases the normal ones or the big ones (for 2 and more discs)? Because if they are the big ones (like with Ayu's albums) I think I'll stick with the normal dvd-less version of the albums.

Can someone clear that up for me?

^ Haven't bought any myself, but I'm pretty sure when I saw them the shops, they were in the bigger/deeper cases..

Yeah +1. IIRC, Love Punch LE and Love Jam LE come in the bigger cases.

For Love Cook there are three versions, one with DVD, one with picturebook and one with photobook. The latter two are harder to get. I'm not sure if the DVD version has the thicker case.

If I may make a suggestion, the normal versions of the cds are good enough. The DVD content is also available on her Ai am Best CD+DVD.. well, not all of it, but the main stuff is. It's not that many anyway, just a couple PVs and/or an interview.

edit: now that I'm here, I'd like to say Love Punch is underrated!

It's like "Seperate Kadokawa(publishing company) all effort special"

really doesn't say what it is since I'm not familiar with that kind of book. But from looking at other "all effort special" books it's a "mook" or single issue magazine about her.

Thread bump for a recent Ai pic:

Still as beautiful as ever. Ai is still my all time #1 artist.. no idol group can ever compare to her imo.

Quick update what's she's been doing:

- love letter live house tour:
http://www.yesasia.com/global/otsuka-ai-love-letter-tour-2009-channel-keshite-ai-chan-neru-japan/1016472717-0-0-0-en/info.html

Another amazingdvd. I have her 8 concert dvds, and they're all great. Highlights of this one include the funk version of chu-lip, one x time works amazingly well live, print club member introduction, and overall great performance by everybody. The songs in the fisrt half are kidna similar, but they work really well together.

-preparation for the love is born 6th anniversary tour!
