OK, so we know at least 6 got off the island but who are the 6 and why is it only 6? So far, we know 3 of the 6.

I don't know why but I'm thinking Sawyer, Sun and Jin didn't make it.

If the DUI "curse" is still in power, won't Jin die at some point  :mon speechless:

(since some characters were written out of the show after their actor got caught driving under influence, or sth... And Jin's actor did that during the break between seasons)

^ Apparently Sayid's actor was blurting out a little too much info on Radio 1 here in the UK regarding this series. And he's admitted that the quality of writing has been dropping......

Oh, really? I think we know who else isn't going to make it.

Sayid (in UK). The writers suck.
Lost writers (after learning what Sayid said): Really? I'll teach you to criticize my writing.

Sayid (after reading script): WTF?
Lost writers: LOL!!!!

I read an interview about the 3rd season with him where he admitted that he was disappointed with Sayid's character in that season (and tbh, so was I - dude did almost nothing of importance, whereas he used to be one of the MAIN characters in previous seasons). Dunno about 4th season - was that Radio 1 thing recent??

yea...sayid used to be one of my fav characters but since he didnt do much in the last season, i got kinda tired of him. it was really cool when he snapped one of the other's neck with his legs though.

The earliest broadcasts start in about 20 minutes.

Also, I was under the impression that find815 was a fan-made game with no official connection to the show, is that wrong?

Great episode. Probably my favorite of the season so far.

It really makes me wonder what's going on with Ben. Are the people coming there Dharma? It would explain why they want him (he was in their base, killing their dudez), but it doesn't explain why they'd have an up to date picture of Ben when he grew up on the island.

Also, there was a Polar Bear with a Dharma collar in Tunisia. Maybe the island isn't the first place where this (whatever 'this' is) has happened?

yes. that is wrong. find815 is definately official and has some pretty cool insight to some of the mythology of the show. you follow the story of this guy who boards a ship in search for something, but he's not sure what he's looking for. his girlfriend was a flight attendant on 815 by the way. anyway, the ship that he's on turns out to be looking for black rock (anyone that watches lost should know what that is), but they find oceanic 815 or what appears to be 815.
Great episode. Probably my favorite of the season so far.

haha. you favorite of the season so far? out of two episodes? haha. i agree with you though. i think i like this one better. good call on the helicopter people possibly being connected to dharma. just because ben grew up on the island, it doesnt mean that he never left. he couldve took the submarine off the island and back a couple times. i hope a ben flashback/forward is coming up soon. theres a lot to learn from ben. <br> when locke said that he'd probably be dead if he still had a kidney where he was shot!!! :w00t: locke was mad at his dad for the longest time for stealing his kidney and now it goes to prove what locke's been saying all along: "everything happens for a reason"

I wouldn't be surprised if they are working for Dharma, at least indirectly.  I'm sure there's still a grudge against the jackass that purged their colony.

One thing I have to say, I remember when Damon and Carlton dismissed the purgatory theory in their podcasts, at the time they were saying that there would be a 'scientific' explanation for everything...and now we have people talking to ghosts :O

I suppose it's not any stranger than Jacob or the smoke monster.  In fact, I've figured it out.  Jacob is Peter Venkman and the monster is a giant marshmallow man :P

Quote from: Dave Navarro
Last night was the X-Biz Awards show where my film, Broken, was nominated for feature of the year. We lost. I should have known when I was asked to present the award for "feature of the year". Not a good sign when you are giving away the award you are nominated for. The whole night was fun either way, however, I was probably the only guy in the room who was thinking, "Damn... I am missing LOST."

Surrounded by porn stars, and all Dave can think about is LOST... Beautiful!!

Oh that's really good news. I hope a full season can be shown now as well. I wouldn't even mind so much if there was a gap inbetween to accomodate for filming time. Hopefully Battlestar can get finished now as well.

Very very good episode yesterday. I think Lost is coming along nicely now, I don't think a second was wasted yesterday. And while we got answers, there's just as many questions  I like how Locke just asked Ben upfront, 'What's the monster?' and even Ben didn't know. Seems the most logical choice is that the new guys are part of Dharma somehow. Definately interesting to find out why they were specially selected to be there on that island. Also interesting was the helicopter going down, there's definately some kind of electric force surrounding the island. But I always thought that Desmond was the cause of the crash by not pressing the buttons at one stage. I presume then that it wasn't his fault?

Well, there was a thunderstorm. Maybe it was naturally, but it is a big coincidence that everything that flies by gets caught in a thunderstorm.

The crew selection was interesting. It resembled in some ways how the Oceanic survivors all fit together somehow (in the flashbacks) and how Juliet was recruited.
