I guess.. But usually they have a bigger skirt or a poofier one. Like Aibon and Nono's outfits weren't really that different cept the skirt. And the only difference in Kaori was her skirt thingy she only performed on song in... But she did have the extra frills and stuff.

Yeah, I think it's more of a graduation of the group Country Musume as far as the flowers are concerned. I mean, Mai was part of it for quite awhile... and now the group is gone. No more adding random Morning Musume members or anything. It's a farewell to that, too.
