Finding the theater is really easy, it's quite close to the station.
Tickets are 3000 Yen for men, 2000 for women if you want to see Team A, K or B. Research Student shows are 1000 Yen less.
Getting a ticket is a bit more complicated (and you have several option when coming from far away). You can't just go there and buy one (unless you play stupid and are lucky - it worked for some). Knowing Japanese helps a lot.
Just go to Stage48 - All you need to know can be found / asked there.

Just find the Don Quijote store (Big yellow letters and that blue penguin thing if you can't read it). Once there the biggest problem is not spending too much time in the Maid Café and at the cosplay/sex toys sections.

In addition to what SS said. Try to have enough time to apply for more than one show and be sure to have enough time before the date. The Enpou tics need to be applied for 5 days before the show and the regular ones 3 i think. Applying for them is easy, winning one is not as easy. I know that personally. That's why i suggest applying for more than one show. Would you by chance get the opportunity to go to more than one, then just fucking do it, lol.
