I'm really speechless at Nozofisu's DVD. I haven't seen it but the screen shot are very revealing. She looks sooooooo dirty. Specially in those leather clothes.

But no. I mean, solo versions in the singles are only Ashita wa..., and Mail no Namida. The album contains Chocolate, Kare no Kitchen and Waves.

I'm having inner conflicts about AKB48. I like most of the girls, their music and I enjoy akbingo and stuff, but some things are just too creepy. Example one: Erena's photobook. Example two: some mature guy giving some 13 year old ske-girl flowers and stuff. Kinda arkward. Don't get me wrong, I'm not aquising anybody of anything, but I'm not sure how to place these things.

Btw, related to this, who decides which girl is invloved with what? I mean, Akimoto is the producer and he takes care of the music related stuff? I also read some girls have different agencies. Do they decide who get the PBs? Do they decide who plays in which drama? Someone please clear this up for me.

PB's, drama's etc are mostly done by the girls own agency, so they have nothing to do directly with the 'music' part, although good exposieur in AKB48 will increase the price.

Aside from that: PB's of this style are very common in Japan.
I just pass the 'younglings' by regarding PB's/Calendars, except for when they are in the theater/concert/AKBINGO.
Anything below 16 (also called U15) is: ignore; 16 and up is getting attention, 18 and up is interesting.

Simple rule: let them do in Japan what they allow there, do in your country what you are allowed.
(and do on this board what is allowed by the boards rules

)

Thanks for the info.

@TB, yeah I have had the same issue with h!p, but it's more prominent with AKB48. I think it's because they present themselves as the idol you can go out and meet, plus they don't really have that perfect idol feel that h!p has.
