1 - Yes, that's the guy from Downtown (also one of the hosts from HEY!x3) Matsumoto Hitosi, it was his birthday special on TV show Lincoln.

2 - [あしたの私のつくり方] is not a new movie, it's already shown in Japan....DVD is coming out next month 11/09.
