I actually feel the opposite way about it. In my opinion her new style makes her looks younger. And since she's already 21 she should finally abandon that cute look and go for the sexiness

to me, i think rika cut her hair bcoz summer is coming, so its gonna be hot, so she just cut~ anyway she is sexy n kawaii to me all the time, no matter wat hairstyle she is in hahahaha

The new hairstyle bothers me because I think it makes her look a lot like someone but I just can't remember whom. I also agree with what Masa said above.

Did she shorten the length again? The bangs suit with longer hair at the back. I love that hairstyle, but it suited her more back in 2001 - 2002 then it does now. Her face structure was slightly different back then, shes put on more weight relative to young Rika which makes her face more roundish now. But back in the days, that hair cut made her irresistibly (sp?) cute. Not that i'm saying she doesn't look cute now with the hairstyle.

Ok, i'm not sure what i'm saying anymore T_T

- Lots of positive replies about the last week’s show (listeners noticed that Rika sounded different than usually)
- Rika came to the studio just a few hours after today’s Sphere League futsal tournament (Gatas lost in the final match to TEAM dream). Rika had fun personally (though the team didn’t win). She wanted to shoot at the goal as many times as possible, and wanted to try heading too (she tried at the training, and her forehead hurt even the day after).
- Rika is trying to perfect her winks, so she is doing them at all concerts of current tour (she can’t see herself though, so it doesn’t progress much).
- She thinks she is a happy person this year (since she was with her fans on her birthday, got to have a concert in her hometown etc.) Fans also didn’t forget about her 1st anniversary of graduating from MM and there was a “Rika Call” at the concert on that day. She also celebrated it with the stuff and other members (having a cake and so on).
- Rika seriously thinks about fitting herself to the image of each new song, and takes advices on hair, outfits, make-up etc. When she has a choice, she thinks it over and comes up with her own ideas too (like cutting her forelock to fit the image of the new single).
- Rika thinks her voice is getting into a normal pitch (though after inhaling helium, it still doesn’t change it at all).
- Rika had some stomach problems after riding a rollercoaster (that was a private event – before she had to ride it on HaroMoni), but the thing she hates most are haunted houses - she’d never ever enter any of those.

American r'n'b seems to be one of Rika's favorite genres. She played Missy Elliott's Work It on Chanchami tonight and some time ago she played Christina Milian's latest single. She's also a big fan of Beyonce/Destiny's Child and I think she was listening to Beyonce's album on Futarigoto.

I also remember Rika talking about being at some japanese award show and seeing Destiny's Child live. She sounded mad fangirlish when she was talking about Beyonce

Anyways I would sure like to see Rika "work it"

Yeah, I remember her saying she was listening to it with Ayumi. Wonder if Ayumi is in to it as well ^^. Rika and alternate personality charmy is also into trance

Another tidbit: Rika is also a fan of Ayumi Hamasaki

In that one old show where Morning Musume girls got woken up in the middle of the night Rika had a Hamasaki album in her cd-player.
