They're basically talking about some promo event for the new album that they're going to be doing at Shibuya Tower Records. It's their first "part-time job" so they're all excited, talking about how the nametag and apron are real.

And they made cute little comments cards for the area in which their album will be sold in the store.
At the end, they keep repeating Shibuya so people won't go to the wrong one.
