I can't think of a cover I really hate. I hate Alexandra Burke's version of Hallelujah but that's just because I'm not a fan of hers anyway.

I remember hearing Avril Lavinge covered Chop Suey by SOAD live, and she messed up the lyrics. Now that's a bad cover
