Yuki POV
After 5 MONTHSShe died.
Mayu left me, before I even knew who she really was. It sucks… Doesn’t it? I still remember the day when I first saw her. She’s sooo cute, nee? Her perfect smile is the best thing ever The smile I treasured above all even her blank face makes my heart skip a beat. If I could turn back time and rewind it over and over again, I’ll go back to the day I met her.
Cause I’ll never regret anything
I don’t regret meeting you Mayu.
I love you.
I will never get tired of saying it, cause I know you’re beside me, watching over me.
Because, it’s the only thing I’m sure isn’t a lie…that you love me.

Presidential OfficeA lone man can be seen on his table at the middle of the room, the president, doing all the necessary assignments for that day from reading the endless piled paper in front of him up to signing every page of it. He was so focused on what he’s doing until he heard an unexpected knock on the huge wooden classy door. Having some spare time, he opted to entertain the unexpected guest.
“Come in…” the president ordered.
The door slowly opened and finally revealed the unexpected guest, a tall-model like woman stood before him.
“You’re here….” The president uttered with only a slight surprise in his tone but instead of returning the greeting the woman just chuckled “What’s with the formality?” and sat on the free seat in front of the president’s as if having a consultation.
“Long time no see….” The woman uttered. The president just nodded in agreement and sat on his seat.
“Mayu-chan….” The woman uttered almost whispering. Hearing the name of his daughter, the president just took a deep breath, remembering his daughter.
“She’s now in a very good place…..with her mother” The president uttered with a slight leap of contentment across his face, but also with a taint of sadness.
“That’s good to hear….” The woman uttered as she stood up and went after the door, she was about to turn the knob when…
“You never change….” The president said as he stood up on his seat abruptly, stopping the visitor.
“Yeah…” the woman said still keeping her back facing the respected figure.
“Even if you left….me with Mayu, I’ll never regret meeting you….” The president uttered and successfully kept his composure. The woman just kept her silence.
“Even if you change your face…I’ll still know you’re her…cause my heart recognizes you…Naomi…Watanabe Naomi”
“I’m Mariko…now” The woman uttered as she faced the president once again, with her moistened eyes.
“Yeah…I’ll see you then….” The president said as he took his seat and looked down, not wanting to see Mariko leave.
“I could never be more grateful having you and Mayu in my life….even if I chose my true happiness and left you, You’re always be inside here…” Mariko said as she pinpointed her chest.
“Your sacrifice is more than enough to be grateful, meeting you, marrying and for once loving you….” That was Mariko’s last statement before she finally exited and closed the door gently.
“Your happiness is my happiness…..Naomi, Kaori…..”xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
“Right, Mayu?” Yuki uttered as she brushed her cellular phone screen in front of her.
“It’s time Yuki-chan…let’s go?” Koji muttered as he recognized the time.
After 5 months, due to Milky’s hard work and nagging to her sponsors and managers, as she promised to Mayu before she left, she managed to bring Yuki in the entertainment industry. Milky’s efforts weren’t put into waste as Yuki became a well-known
‘idol’ in a blast as early as her debut. No wonder, from her looks and talents, and surprisingly acting prowess probably getting her depth from her past experiences in life, big part of it is meeting and somehow losing her love of her life, Mayu.

It was the most devastating moment for Yuki.
“There are things better left unspoken…Yuki~”
“Cause if you did…You’ll get hurt…”~End~Yuki POVI couldn’t even mourn on her grave. She left me with no goodbye. I had to keep all my cries inside. Since then every day seemed so long, just knowing she doesn’t exist anymore, knowing her body doesn’t breathe air in and out anymore. I thought of killing myself…but every time of attempting to do so…I always thought of her in front of her. I could even hear her say..
”Bakarin~!!”
Yeah, I think I am.
I just wanna lift myself up, I needed help until he came and brought me up once again on my feet, never left my side through thick and thin, defended me even I was at fault, cheered me up when I’m at the lowest I could ever be, Koji, my best friend since the beginning. I knew I could always count on him, that’s why he’s precious to my heart.

“Nee Yuki-chan…I was thinking….If you wanna go out for today?” He asked me. Not having of any plan that day, I agreed and met him up to a certain place her said.
I prepared myself, wearing my favourite dress and a little make-up; I tidied my hair neatly on one side.
“Okay! Ready!” I said talking to my reflection. I was about to go when I noticed the silver necklace on my neck shining brightly under the fluorescence. I lifted my hand wanting to caress it.
“I think the moon suits you better Yuki~”“Are you cheering for me….. Mayuyu?” Just thinking of her face cheering for me, I couldn’t help but feel tears forming at the corners of my eyes.

I arrived at the place he told me. The place was magical, scattered flower petals were placed on where I was supposed to walk on, along the aisle…. I walked ahead gazing at my feet along the instrumental music…when I looked up…
I saw him…
“Koji~”Waiting for me at the end…He smiled at me and reached for my hand.
“Will you let me love you…Yuki?” He asked me, looking straight through me.

A week afterAtsuko somehow felt like going out with her ever friend, Yuki. Yuki having a lot of spare time decided to come, since she’s been missing her good friend too. Since Yuki started doing the business she hardly had time with Acchan and everyone, everyday seemed so hectic and she couldn’t even find time to rest until this day…
“So..Yuki-chan! I heard….” Atsuko asked mischievously as she leaned forward to Yuki in front of her. They agreed to meet up a certain cafeteria close to where Yuki was shooting her CM. Hearing Atsuko’s words, Yuki’s eyes grew wider, as her usual self came out once again, Her over-reacting side, the one all people around her loved.
The side of her Mayu loved the most.
Yuki just let a chuckle as she noticed Atsuko’s demanding stare at her with her squinty eyes.
“So…?” Atsuko continued, demanding for a storytelling. Silence fell over between the two across the busy atmosphere around them.
“I-I haven’t given him a proper answer….” Yuki uttered as she looked down and played with her stirrer. Knowing better and understanding her friend’s situation, Atusko just smiled at Yuki “Sou~….”
“Time heals….Yuki-chan….” Atsuko uttered. Recognizing her friend’s support Yuki just let a sigh and unconsciously held the pendant on hanging by her neck.
“She’s still the one holding my heart….”The silence winning over the two was suddenly interrupted by an unexpected call. It was Milky calling Yuki.
“Hi Milky, What’s up?” Yuki answered the call. The two since Mayu passed away then started to get along as Milky felt a little responsible with her promise with her cousin before she left. Though, they’re already colleagues it couldn’t be helped but Yuki experience at most Milky’s true personality, the S-side of Milky, though on the long run was already accepted and loved by Yuki.
“I just remembered…you haven’t given back yet certain stuff to the owner….” Milky responded over the phone. Hearing Milky’s word, Yuki tried her best to remember the
‘certain stuff’ Milky was saying, but failed of course cause she’s
‘Bakarin’.
“Grrr…you’ll never change MS. PERFECT!!! Now, I wonder again why would Mayu choose you over mee!!!” Milky said seeming on tantrums over the line. Hearing Mayu’s name, Yuki couldn’t help but feel a little pain deep inside her dormant heart. Probably noticing Yuki’s inactivity over the line Milky just pretended clearing her throat to brush the awkwardness away.
“So…it’s the key….. alpaca key” Milky finally revealing the
‘certain stuff’ she was saying.
“Ohhh….” Yuki uttered as she realized she hasn’t given back yet the key Milky handed her one night when they were staying at the resort.
“Don’t make me regret anything Kashiwagi girl~”
“What’s this for~?”
“It’s a master key copy”
“I don’t need it for now…. Somebody else though” “I see…I’ll get it now Milky….” Yuki uttered as she eventually hang up and bid farewell to Atsuko, who thankfully has to go soon too. Yuki rushed to her house to find the key, the tiny cold-metal which helped her resolved her problems before.

“Here….” Yuki uttered as she offered the key back to Milky.
“Why are you giving me that…?” Milky asked with smirk across her face, one eyebrow almost reaching the heavens.
“Huh….I’m giving it back to you…?” Yuki said a little confused with Milky’s actions.
“I said give it to the owner…..” Milky’s expression suddenly changed as she is now looking a little accommodating, smiling and staring at the key on Yuki’s hand.
“The real owner….”

Having her spare time and feeling a little responsible towards Milky, Yuki opted to have her trip back to where she spent her good days with her good friends and Mayu. Thinking of it as a little vacation trip.

Yuki POVAs I stared at the door waiting in front of me, I couldn’t help but welcome the sadness, the memories I kept deep inside my consciousness “I wish you’re here…..”
I slowly took my steps as I get closer to the door. I held the tightly as if getting the support I needed to endure the misery I might suffer from entering the very door.
As soon as I entered the door “Nothing has changed….” Was all I could say as nostalgia hit me non-stop from just glancing at every corner of the room. Lost in my thoughts, I nearly forgot to look for the person I must hand the key to, so I decided to have a free walk across the whole residence area but found no one.
Until my feet brought me back to the shoreline….A place full of memories.
The tranquil deep blue ocean, who have witnessed my agony, my happiness, my dreams, my wishes…
Until I saw a sitting figure across the shoreline….
“The owner is waiting for you back there….give it back”“Could you be….?” I took my steps. She was scribbling something on the sand as the waves kept erasing every letter she makes.
Every step seemed so heavy as I started to feel hallucinating…
She looks like someone familiar to my eyes…
To my heart….
“Ma---yu….”
As if hearing my soft whisper, the figure stopped and stood on her feet, facing her back at me.
“Am I drea-ming….?”She turned on me.
My eyes grew ever wider…”tell me I’m dreaming……..” as my hands trembled.
She walked towards me with her blank face.
“Yuki….” She called me.
“Mayu…”
She reached for me and was about to threw her arms around her, I couldn’t move. I was trembling.
I closed my eyes, expecting the coldness…
But…
I felt warmth…
Her scent, her touch, her embrace…everything stayed the same.
I am certain.
Mayu.
“I missed you Bakarin~” She chuckled as she hid her face on my chest and held me tighter. I couldn’t exactly grasp everything. I was lost for words as my dormant heart started to beat wilder as ever after centuries…
“I can hear it……beating again…”
I couldn’t utter even a single word as my tears answered instead.
“Mayuuuu!” I called her name with all my might as my voice echoed along the now raging waves. I held her even tighter.
“How~?”“Then I’ll expect my daughter arrive safely…”
“It’s time…Let’s go”
“You don’t know what you’re doing Rena…”
“I see…then commence the assassination on that day…”
“Yes sir, I won’t fail….”
“This is for the best Mayu-chan…”
“Mayu…wear this bullet-proof gear….under your dress…”
“All I heard was people panicking….scattered all around me….crying….until I finally felt weak and closed my eyes”
“Mayuuuuu!”
I opened my eyes, I saw my father in front of me….He was smiling at me, I felt his warmth from his hands on mine…
“From now on, Kaori is dead….You can go back to where you left your happiness…my daughter”
“You can’t….that’s the principle of choosing Mayu~”
“Someone has to sacrifice….”
“Papa….”
“Naomi is dead…..You’re Mariko from now on….”
“OH sensei wrote this? This is amazing….”
“They lived happily in the end….in the heavens….”
“Your happiness is my happiness….Naomi, Kaori”“Mayu, let me save you…my daughter”===========================
“You’re acting over the phone that day almost made me believe Mayu died that day….” Milky uttered as she scanned her new handed-script
“Of course….Yuki must believe it…” the figure lying on the grass beside Milky, answered. It was Jurina.
“Mayu-chan should be happy now….” Jurina said as she covered her eyes with her arm, savouring her success.
“Are you proud of me, Rena?”“I’m proud of you….” A certain familiar voice has echoed the calm field with only birds’ chirping and dancing grasses could be heard. Jurina turned her eyes to see the origin of the voice, she was certain…
“Rena…”
“I heard everything….from Santa…” Rena uttered as she looked down, avoiding Jurina’s eyes.
“I see….so I’m done playing the villain now..hehe~” Jurina said as she brushed the back of her head.
“I’m sorry…..Jurina” Rena eyes met Jurina’s.
*cough! Milky breaking the awkward scene she was having at sight “I think I forgot something to do…I’ll go ahead…” and there she vanished from their eyes.
They were alone.
Taking a deep breath, Jurina, with all her might finally asked the question which has been bugging her all these days.
“I still wonder why you left…..me”
Hearing Jurina’s question, Rena walked closer and sat beside the lying figure, Jurina.
“You really wanna know the answer?” Rena uttered as she stared at the blank field. Jurina just nodded in place “un…”
“Cause….I didn’t have any reason to stay any longer…”
“What was your reason after all….?”
“You…I love you...."

AtsuYuuHaving her free day and without Yuki’s presence, Atsuko decided to take a window shopping at the nearest mall from the school. Wandering around, she couldn’t help but remember the old days she had with her friends, with the council and even the days she spent helping the one who made her steady heart waver.
“Yuko…”“Save Takamina’s heart….she deserves you”“Even at the end….why are you so selfless?”
“Who’s selfless?” A voice broke Atsuko’s trance suddenly. She turned her eyes and saw her standing right in front of her, Yuko.
A little shocked with the sudden presence before her eyes, Atsuko’s jaw dropped along with her arms on her sides.
“Nani~?!” Atsuko’s surprised expression couldn’t be denied as she let a half-smiling half-shocked face. Seeing Atsuko’s face after a long time, Yuko just chuckled.
“I’m just following someone’s suggestion before….” Yuko uttered.
“What is it?”
“Move on…. and” Yuko said as she took her steps towards the surprised figure,
reached with her toes
and kissed Atsuko.
“And…?” Atsuko asked as their lips parted.
“Be happy….”

TakaHaru“Sensei….” Haruna asked along with her soft knock on the council’s door. Takamina was alone doing her left paper works due to her absence.
“Oh you’re here….it’s a free day isn’t it?” Takamina asked as she stopped for a moment and attended the expected figure.
“I just went to pick up something near here….” Haruna answered as she leaned her back on the open window close to her post.
“I see….” Takamina just smiled at her and suddenly realized Haruna's beauty witnessing how her hair waltzed along with the wind messing her hair. She was mesmerized and couldn’t help but feel her face heat up from the sudden realization “what’s happening?!” her eyes grew bigger as she cupped her cheeks and buried her face on her thighs.
“Nani~?”
“mmppmmpp” alien words only Takamina could understand. Confused with the adviser’s sudden unusual actions, Haruna just tilted her head to the side and made her ever infamous ‘airhead’ move “you’re weird sensei~”
A few moments of staring at the hiding adviser Haruna just opted to not disturb anymore.
“I see, I’ll go now sensei….” Haruna bid her goodbye as she was about to go out of the room.
“Minami….”
Hearing the advisers word, Haruna stopped for a moment and turned her back once again.
“sorry…come again?”
“Minami…call me Minami….” Takamina uttered still with her head down probably almost turning and flashing all shades of red at that moment. Understanding finally what the figure meant, Haruna just let a smile.
“I see….then I’ll go now…Mi-na-mi~” Haruna said with a playful tone which made Takamina almost fall on her seat. She just waved her hand still with her head down signalling Haruna to go, just to escape such shameful event.
And soon Haruna was out of sight.
Feeling much safer, Takamina finally held her head up high still cupping her hot cheeks when suddenly out of the blue Haruna’s head popped out from the door once again.
“WHAT THE??!!!” Takamina startled with such unexpected turn of events.
“Mou~ actually…I was thinking…if you would want to….hmmm….” Haruna once again showing her ‘airhead’expression.
“hmmm…?” wanting to hear the next words, Takamina leaned forward as her eyes grew bigger due to her impatience.
“If you would want to hang out for a bit…later on”
“I’d be glad to…”

SaeYaka“So many things have happened!! Aaaghhh!” Sae uttered asshe stretched her arms up in the air and of course as always, Sayaka beside her just nodded in agreement.
“This is the best school we’ve been to so far…nee?” Sae asked Sayaka, leaning closer at her.
“Yeah, so far….” Sayaka just chuckled realizing the statement.
“Then let’s make a deal….” Sae uttered as she stood up and bent her body forward to Sayaka, who’s sitting in front of her. Sayaka feeling a little confused just stared at Sae.
“You should help me confess to the one I love the next time we transfer school” Sae smirked at Sayaka. Hearing such statement form Sae, Sayaka couldn’t help but let her
‘gorilla’ face out as she felt a little pranked with Sae.
“Whoa! Whoa! Easy easy!!!” Saealready defending herself with her hands from Sayaka’s future actions towards her but instead of hitting Sae, Sayaka kept her composure and wore a serious expression.
“You like Yuki that much?” Sayaka Looked down.
“hmm maybe…” Sae answered. Sayaka disappointment became more evident on her expression.
“I see….”
“But…when I see her with Mayu-chan…I felt happy,,,I felt happy for her” Sae uttered with her eyes straight-ahead.
“I guess….what I felt for her is what sisters or brothers feel towards each other…” Sae added as she looked down and smirked. Hearing Sae’s confession, Sayaka’s eyes grew bigger.
“Then who….?”
“I told you you should help me….” Sae uttered as she turned her back on Sayaka.
“You should help me, bear with me…and never leave my side…Sayaka”

“Mayuyu wait! Wait!!” Yuki begging at the leaning pouting figure in front of her seemingly wants to harass her with them almost falling from the bed.
Eventually her pleading wasn’t granted as they actually fell.
Sigh.
“Mou~ Bakarin!!” Mayu blamed the
‘tsundere’ Yuki in front of her.
“DOORBELL! Mayu-YU!! DOORBEL!!!” Yuki shouted as Mayu probably hasn’t noticed (if not) the crazy doorbell ringing endlessly across the dead-silent apartment.
Mayu with no much enthusiasm went on her feet and left Yuki in her room, eventually Yuki went after her due to her curiousity who that might be.
She opened the door and…
“BOO!!!” as two suspiciously looking figures appeared in front of them.
“You!!!!!” Yuki shouted as she realized who the man is standing before her.
“Papa!!!!”
“Shinoda-sensei??!” the two shouted in unison.
“Santa Daddy and Santa Mommy are here pika~pika~pika~ HOHOHO”

Sorry for the ending-pairs, Acchan news got through me and oh-well I ended up pairing TakaHaru instead

But hey! this is MaYuki right? so it's fine I guess
