Masaharu Fukuyama and director John Woo (Ng Yu Sum) worked on the Japanese Chinese co-production MANHUNT with Mainland star Zhang Hanyu, Stephy Qi Wei, and Korean star Ha Ji-won. The film has already begun production in June. Two nights ago Fukuyama and Ng Yu Sum were shooting in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture.
According to witnesses, Fukuyama, Ng Yu Sum and the team worked on the film at the Himeji train station. Because it was a public place with a lot of passengers, the team hired a lot of security to maintain order and asked the people not to take photos. However the people of Himeji took photos from afar. Director Ng was seen explaining the scene to Fukuyama, who nodded in response. Aside from Fukuyama, rising star Nanami Sakuraba was also present.
