I've been having a problem with Share recently. It keeps disconnecting because of a port error. I checked my router and firewall and they are both working OK, and my firewall has Share unblocked so that isn't a problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Is this program still relevant?  I missed the boat on the Princess Princess DVD box set and can't afford the $700-1000 "used" price on the auction market.  I'm starting the great hunt.

Anyone has experience using Share in virtualbox guest Win7 64-bit environment?

After lots of tweaking, it can finally search keywords and even upload files but so far I haven't downloaded single byte of data for unknown reasons.

Share works fine on Win7, only problem is that there are no seeders, maybe its your Firewall or a Port problem ?

My Problem is the Port ^^, but its not much used anymore...

I am getting "disconnected due to time check error" after running for several hours.

I think my ports are fine because I can download things with perfect dark. Just no luck with Share.

Interesting. After I create a new folder, copy Share.exe, locale.txt, hint.txt and re-setup the program. It works again!
