This is my first fanfiction, since I was inspired by many stories and their authors, I thought it'll be a good idea to write something and share it to others.
So this is it my first fanfic and please enjoy(hope you'll like it)

Is It You?

Prologue
The moon was full, and it was shining high and bright into the dark sky. The night was quiet and cold, the streets were empty and not a crowd passing by the sidewalks. As a man running up the stairs of an old building, sweating and panting, running for his life as a young man pursues him from behind.
As the middle age man reached the rooftop, he leans on the rail trying to catch his breath while looking for a way to escape. He froze as he heard footsteps stopped behind him, he turns around in fear as he came in a distance, face to face with the young man pointing a gun towards him, the young man’s cold eyes were filled with pain, hate and anger.
“Please, I’m begging you, have mercy, here you can have all of my money.” The middle age man pleaded as he took out his wallet and threw a bundle of ten thousand yen bill to the young man.
“There, you can have it all. Just let me go, okay?” He said nervously, thinking that the young man would take the money and leave him alone.
The teenage boy just showed him a smirk and without warning, he shot at the man’s left arm as he lets out a deathly scream while holding onto his shoulder as blood drips down his arm and tears forming in to the poor man’s eyes. The young man moved closer to the older man with an expressionless look on his face, the man tried to take a step back but end up hitting the rail instead. The boy kept coming closer and closer as the man started to panic and didn’t know what to do and can’t help but do nothing. When the teenage boy came in front of him, the boy growled,
“Do you think that I’ll let you live, after what you’ve done to me?!”
Taken aback by the question and a bit confuse about what the boy had said. “What are you talking about? What have I ever done to you?” The man said while gritting his teeth in pain as his blood continues to drip down his arm.
“I didn’t say you specifically, but your father, I’ve got things to settle with him. I will kill your whole family including your father.” The young man said with anger in his voice as he mentions the man he wanted to kill the most.
He put his hand on the man’s left shoulder while inserting his thumb into the gunshot wound; he evilly smirked as he heard another loud scream escaping the man’s mouth, feeling the agony inside his shoulder.
“Your time is up, Mono-san.” The boy said coldly while smiling evilly as he pushes the man over the rail and turns around to pick up the money and left without leaving a trace.

Is It You?
Chapter 1
Feeling the heat of the sun seeping through my closed blinds to my face, I can hear the loud ringing of my alarm clock resounding in my room, filling my ears with its loud noise waking me up in my deep sleep. I groan as I reluctantly reach my alarm clock on the bedside table and turned it off.
Reluctantly, I sat up and let out a huge yawn as I stretch my body while I get out of my bed and drag myself to the bathroom getting ready for another day.
I neatly put on my uniform and grab my bag as I head out of my room and close the door. As I close the door, I was greeted with a smile by my older sister.
“Good morning, onee-chan.” I greeted her with a small smile.
“Morning Acchan.” She waved at me, keeping the same smile on her face.
My sister is very beautiful and a caring person. With her tall stature, thin body and short hair, she practically looks like a model, though she’s already doing that at school. And with her cool aura, she attracts a lot of attention around her.
My sister is my half-sister; we are both born from the same mother but we have different fathers. My sister’s father died in a car accident after she was born and a few months after, our mother got married with my father and a year after, I was born.
“Mariko! Atsuko! Breakfast is ready!” Hearing our mother’s call, my sister and I went downstairs and head towards the kitchen with our breakfast prepared on the dining table, where my father is already there watching the news.
“Ah, good morning girls.” He greeted us with coffee in hand and his usual smile.
“Morning.” We both greeted our parents as we gave a kiss on their cheek and started eating our breakfast, specially made for us.
Eating and watching attentively the news on the television, until something caught our attention.
“This morning’s topic, a man name Mono Tobita, the third son of the most dangerous mafia boss, was found dead at 2:00am this morning, after being shot and thrown over an old building. The police are now currently investigating the situation…”
“It looks like a fight between the mafia families or something.” My sister said as she finishes her breakfast.
I answer with just a shrug as I also finish every last bits of my breakfast.
After finishing our breakfast, my sister and I thanked for the food as we stood up, rushing towards the front door and slip on our shoes and said our quick good byes. Since if we miss our train, we have to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes and we don’t want to be late for school.
* * * * *
At the train station, we arrived at the right time to catch our train. Inside the train, my sister and I were talking about many things and laughing together, it stopped when I suddenly felt a hand touching my bottom as I let out a little squeak, I look around me finding the person who is touching me but failed since the train is completely pack.
“What’s wrong, Acchan?” My sister stopped laughing when she noticed the little squeak that I let out, and the way I was looking around for something, she was looking at me with worried look in her eyes.
“Nee-chan, someone is touching my behind, but I can’t find who it is.” I look at her pleadingly as tears starting to form in my eyes.
My sister was also looking around for the person angrily and will totally give a piece of her mind and a taste her fists if she finds him. But it seems that someone had already beat her to save me as the hand stopped touching my behind and I heard a loud thud behind me, I turn around with the rest of the crowd to find out what’s going on, and there I find a boy gripping the collar of a man after being slam at the doors of the train, looking like he wants to kill the man.
“Hey! Old man, what do you think you’re doing?” He growled and glaring at the man with eyes shooting daggers at him and fire burning in them. If looks can actually kill, the man would be dead by now through the boy’s eyes.
“What you’re doing right now, is one of the worse thing a man can actually do to a girl, especially those who are extremely younger than they are. You pervert!” The man looked really terrified as cold sweat formed on his forehead, after being caught in the act.
When the doors suddenly opened behind him, the boy pushed him out of the train still glaring at the man while the man tripped and stumbled to the ground, as the doors close in front of him.
“Are you okay?” He asked me as he turned around; his fiery eyes became soft and calm as he looked into mine.
I gave a small nod as my sister and I thank him and he gave me a small nod as he look away, putting back his earphones on as he continues to listen to his music.
I, on the other hand, was staring at him who is right beside me. He’s not as tall as the other boys I’ve seen; he’s really…short, though he’s probably an inch or two taller than me. It seems that he’s going to the same school as I am, with the uniform he’s wearing; his gakuran widely open, his shirt untucked and two top buttons unbuttoned, his pants hanging a little low with a silver chain hanging onto it and paired with black and white high cut Nike shoes. And with his dyed golden blond hair, he successfully looks like a bad boy slash delinquent type of guy.
I’ve never seen him before in school or anywhere, but I have a feeling that I do know the boy from somewhere… but where? And his face…his face looks so familiar.
“Are you sure you’re alright, Acchan?” My sister asked worriedly as I turned towards her, it looks like she seems to notice that I’ve been staring at the guy none stop, I blush slightly in embarrassment.
“Yeah. I’m okay.” I answered as I gave a reassuring smile and she just smiled back.
The doors once again open as we finally reach to our station, we all got out at the same time and the boy gave a small salute and left, going ahead of us towards the school.
* * * * *
“Waifu! Good morning!” When I got inside, I was greeted with a hug by a certain Gachapin, who had called me ‘wife’.
“Hey Kuu.” I greeted him back and pushed his face away from me as he tried to lean forward to give his ‘morning kisses’. I giggled as I found him cute when he pulled away from my hand as he says ‘that hurt’ and pouted at me.
I walk towards my group of friends with Kuu still hugging me but from behind, it’s actually really hard to walk when someone’s clinging onto you from behind.
“Hey guys!” I greeted them with a smile as I wave at them.
“Oh Acchan!” I notice the excited look my best friend; Tomochin has on her face. It’s kind of weird to see her excited like that, because usually when she’s at school; she would always brag about how boring school is and complaining about teachers being annoying and sometimes when she’s really lazy; she would skip school.
“What’s up?” I ask wondering what’s gotten her so excited. Probably the reason why she looks happy. I know Tomochin more than anyone else, besides her parents, of course. I guess.
“Have you heard?” She asked like a ball of energy ready to explode, it’s really rare to see her like this.
“About what?” I ask only to receive an ‘are you serious?’ stare from my best friend, I replied with a ‘what?’ gesture and a confuse look.
“You mean you don’t know?!” She exclaimed as she couldn’t believe what she’s hearing earning a few stares from other students in the class.
“About what?” Next thing I notice, my sister was right beside me with her boyfriend holding hands as she pushes Kuu away from me. Onee-chan is always overprotective of me; she would protect me no matter what.
“Stay away from Acchan, you Gachapin.” Onee-chan glared at Kuu.
“Ooh! Could it be that you’re jealous, Mariko?” Kuu said to my sister with a grin forming on his lips.
“Who’s jealous?!” She protested earning a few winks while being flirted by Kuu.
“Kuu! Stop flirting with my Mari-chan.” My sister’s boyfriend said and glare at him as he wraps his arms possessively around my sister’s slim waist.
“Come on Riku, I’m just playing.” Kuu said in surrender not wanting to go in Riku’s bad side.
Riku and Kuu are cousins; Riku is a pretty looking guy and a real gentleman, he’s a clean and a really nice guy, so many girls fell for his good looks and his niceness. The main reason why onee-chan is head over heels over Riku’s charm. He also has a younger sister name Haruna, they both really look alike and they can pass out as twins at how much they resemble each other. His sister is also pretty like a model and she’s best friends with my sister, though she’s younger than Onee-chan.
Kuu is pretty much a playboy; he would flirt with every cute and pretty girl he sees, just like me. With his cute appearance and filled with energy, again many girls would date a guy like him and surely would have a good time hanging out with.
“Anyways, what were you guys talking about?” My sister said getting back on topic.
“Apparently, we’re having a new transfer student today in our class.” Yuko answered with a smile while clinging onto Haruna, while the other girl tries to push away the squirrel-like girl.
“Yeah so?” I ask wondering what’s the big deal about this transfer student.
“Well, don’t you think it’s weird to have a transfer student in the middle of the school year?” Tomochin said facing towards me as I nodded, urging her to continue.
“This person must be really smart to enter the school in the middle of the year just like that.” She added.
“And your point?” Not getting where this is going, might as well get to the point already. Onee-chan, Riku and I were waiting for her to answer and…
“Well, I want to know and find out if this new student is a guy or a girl.” She said with a bright smile and added. “And if it’s a guy, I wonder if he’s cute or hot, or both.”
I felt brain-dead at her remark; and looking at Mari-neechan and Riku’s expressions, I could tell they were too. What kind of idiot reasoning was that? To have so much excitement driven by looks. Typical Tomochin.
“Oh my god.” My sister said unbelievably as she was the first to recover.
Suddenly, the bell rang and Mari-neechan and Riku waved us a small and a quick good bye, since we’re going to see them again at lunch, as they left our classroom and went to their own.
I went to my seat as the other students did the same, as we waited for the teacher to enter the classroom. Tomochin and I sat at the same area.
When our homeroom teacher came in our class, everybody in the classroom stood up from their seats as we greeted the teacher and bowed and sat back on our seats.
“Good morning class.” Yoshiyaki-sensei greeted us back. “This morning, a new student will be joining this class starting today.” He announced.
Everyone in the classroom were eager to see the new transfer student, and when I turn around to look at Tomochin behind me, she was practically jumping from her seat.
“You can come in.” I can hear the door sliding open and suddenly, sounds of squeals from the girls and disappointments from boys can be heard in the classroom. I curiously turn around back to the front and my eyes widen in shock…No way.

That's it for chapter 1, this is mostly the introduction of the charaters. I hope you guys enjoyed it though.
I think you can already guess who is the mystery guy and the main pairing.

PS:I won't be posting the next chapter for a while since I have my french exams coming up this week and I need to prepare myself for it.

Since Riku and Kuu appearance, it should be Kai turn appearance.
Tomochin seem interested into the new student, smell like triangle love soon between Kai x Tomo x Acchan perhaps.

To everyone, thanks for reading my first fic, but I prefer if you guys sent comments and critics so I can improve in my story instead of keeping silent(no offense). Since I had an exam this, I didn't had the chance to work on chapter two, but I'm working on it now. So please be patient with me and stay tune, until then.

Well guys this is chapter 2, I apologize for taking so long to put this up and it's probably shorter than it is, I guess.
Anyways, please enjoy.

Chapter 2
“No way.” I muttered to myself. I can’t believe it, it’s him; the boy from this morning.
Yoshiyaki- sensei started to write the boy’s name on the black board and said to him,
“You may introduce yourself, Takahashi-kun.”
“I’m Takahashi Kai, yoroshiku onegaishimasu.” With his bag over his shoulder and his hand in his pocket, he introduced himself as he bowed slightly to the class making girls squeal again as they whisper to each other.
I noticed that Tomochin was poking my shoulder as she leans over to talk about the new kid, obviously.
“He’s pretty cute.” She said as she took another glance at the boy and looked back at me again. Though I have to admit it, Tomochin is right, he is pretty cute.
“It’s like he’s a part of a yakuza family or something, with his bad boy look and intimidating aura.” She added with a grin forming on her lips. I think I know where this is going.
“He’s totally my type of guy.” She finally said. Oh my god, here we go again.
“You always say that every time you see a good-looking guy.” I said with annoyance in my voice.
“But this guy is different.” I sigh in exasperation hearing the same reasons over and over again, like someone had press the repeat button and played the same song repeatedly.
“Again, you always say that when you see a good-looking guy.” I said again and the teacher said to quiet down as he finds a seat for the transfer student.
“You can sit over there, beside Minegishi-kun.” Sensei said as he points the seat beside Kuu while he raises his hand with a wide smile on his face. Seems like Kuu has a new friend.
* * * * *
The bell rang announcing the end of class and the beginning of lunch break. Few seconds after the bell, the new kid was already surrounded by numerous of girls from our class and in others, wondering what’s the fuss all about. I can hear the girls bombarding him with questions like ‘Do you have a girlfriend?’ ‘What’s your type of girl?’ and such while the boy was trying his best to divert most of the questions.
Suddenly, Tomochin grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the crowd. Some of the girls notice us heading towards them and made way for us to pass through until no one was around the boy. Knowing Tomochin, no one would dare to get in her way or even stop her to get what she wants.
“Thanks.” The new kid said as he sighs in relief.
“You’re welcome.” She replied back with a smile as we took a seat and start eating our lunch.
“Wow, Kai! You’re really popular with the ladies on your first day.” Kuu said with a wide grin as he place an arm around the boy’s shoulder. I hope he isn’t a player like Kuu.
“Shut up! I am not.” The new guy said as he brushes off Kuu’s arm. It seems that they got along really well on his first day too.
I notice that he was staring at us, but I think he was staring at me mostly, I wonder if he recognized me.
“Your friends?” He asked Kuu as he nodded in delight with his mouth filled with food.
“I’m Itano Tomomi, but you can call me Tomochin.” Tomochin introduced herself first.
“That’s a cute name, but can I call you Tomo instead?” I can’t tell if he’s flirting with Tomochin or maybe he’s just unaware at the situation; since he looked quite innocent while Tomochin was nodding as a small tint of pink forming on her cheeks, looking away with her chopsticks on her lips.
When he turned towards me, Kuu wrapped his arm around my shoulders with the same wide grin he had on and said,
“This is my wife.” I can see the boy raising an eyebrow, giving Kuu a weird look.
“Don’t listen to his nonsense. My name is Maeda Atsuko.” This time, I introduce myself properly as I continue to eat my lunch.
“Well, we meet again, Atsuko. Since you all know my name, you can just call me Kai.” He said with a smile that can make your heart melt. Seriously, this guy is too cute for words; showing his small dimples when he smiles, well you get the point.
“You guys know each other?” Tomochin and Kuu both asked at the same time.
“Well—” I was about to answer them, but I was cut off by Mari-neechan when she appeared with Riku. My sister was also shock seeing the boy from this morning.
“So this is the transfer student you guys have been talking about.” She said as she slightly points her finger towards Kai while taking a seat beside me.
“Takahashi Kai, just call me Kai. Nice to meet you.” He introduce himself for the second time again.
“Shinoda Mariko, Mariko is fine, Maeda Atsuko’s older sister. Nice to meet you too.” My sister also introduced herself while Kai had his head tilted a little to the side and a question mark over his head. “If you’re asking, Acchan and I have the same mother but different fathers.” She said while Kai formed an ‘o’ with his lips as he nodded in acknowledgement. “Basically, she’s my step sister.” She added.
“Wait! You didn’t answer our question.” Tomochin said. “How do you know each other?” She repeated the question.
“We met this morning after he saved me by some pervert in the train.” I answered nonchalantly earning a gasp from Kuu.
“My wife’s been touch by a pervert!” Kuu said in anger.
Just when I was about to protest about being his so-called wife, a scream was heard and when I turn around to find out what’s going on; Haruna was pushing Yuko away who kept saying ‘skinship, skinship!’.
“Onii-chan! Help!” Haruna cried out for help, and just like in the anime; Riku appeared behind Yuko in less than a second and lifting her up off the ground by the collar and Yuko, who is now wailing and flailing her arms trying to reach her object of affection.
While Riku got a good grip of Yuko’s collar, Haruna quickly ran towards Kai as she sits on his lap while she wraps her arms around his neck— Wait! What?! Am I seeing things or are my eyes playing tricks on me? As I look both my sides where Mari-neechan and Tomochin are, with their mouths agape and chopsticks dropped, I guess I’m not the only one seeing this.
“What the hell?!” Tomochin exclaimed feeling confuse at the scene in front of us.
“Kai, save me!” Haruna cried again as she tightens her grip around his neck. I find it weird that one of my friends is hugging a transfer student just like that and out of the blue and of course a good-looking one too. I wonder if they know each other.
Next thing I notice is that Yuko was running towards the two, it seems like that she got away from Riku’s hold. Kai notice Yuko and quickly stood up from his seat, lifting Haruna bridal style and turned slightly to the side protecting her.
“NyanNyan!” As usual, Yuko would call Haruna by the nickname she gave her as she pouts in front of two.
“Just stay there, you hentai! Sexual harasser!” Haruna yelled.
“It’s skinship! Skin-ship!” Yuko reasoned. Oh my god, again with the skinship thingy and this made Kai frown at the both of them. Kai glared at Yuko intensely making her flinch a little. Seriously, he may look good-looking and cute, but his glare looks so intimidating like he’s ready to strike his prey.
“I may not know you, but whatever you’re trying to do to Kojiharu, I want you to stop.” Even his voice sounds dangerous. Wait, did he just called Haruna; Kojiharu? Now I have a feeling that they do know each other.
“Kai, you don’t have to act so serious and so worked up, I’m just playing around.” Haruna said, trying to give Yuko a break.
Kai just let out a sigh and leans over to whisper over Haruna’s ear. I wonder what he’s whispering to her about. He gently puts her down and Haruna turned to look at Riku and turned to my direction. Since I know that look was not for me, I look up behind me and I notice that Kuu’s face looks so serious. Okay, what’s going on now? Taking a few glances between the three relatives and it seems that their communicating through their eyes. Kai look both at Riku and Kuu, and walked out of the classroom with the guys following behind. What’s going on?! And where are they going?
“Okay…what’s just happen?” Tomochin asked my question that I’ve been thinking about, while Onee-chan and I stood silent as Haruna and Yuko came towards us and took a seat beside my sister.
“Why don’t you ask Haruna?” I said as I looked at Haruna’s direction.
“Hmm?” Haruna just looked with a questionable look.
“You know him?” I asked while Yuko, Tomochin and Mari-neechan were staring at her, waiting for an answer.
“Who?” She asked. I face palm myself and I bet the rest of the girls did the same thing. Haruna’s being an airhead again.
“Kai!” Onee-chan said almost in a shout.
“Oh, him?” She said and she added. “Of course I know him, he’s my boyfriend.”
“WHAT!!!”

@haru9210: Lol. To me it doesn't matter if you critic or not, as long as you leave a comment or a suggestion. I'm really happy that you call my fic perfect and glad that it had caught your interest. In my opinion, my fic is far from being perfect but I'm happy that you think so.
@iloveakb48: Wow! I never thought that someone would say that I write like a pro. Honestly, when I read you comment I was laughing in happiness(sounds kind of weird, but I guess you know what I mean). Thanks for loving my fic.
@kahem: Sorry for making you somehow confuse. In the future chapters, the couplings will become very clear soon(though Riku and Mariko are quite official). And probably one couple would be very unexpected.
@Yagami.Rai: Yeah. That old man should be ashame of himself, touching defenseless and innocent girls like that. Tsk tsk tsk. Though I was wondering when are you going to update your fics. I really love them.

I have so many ideas in my head but sometimes I have a really hard time placing and connecting the pieces of the puzzle together. And this is just the beginning of the story, the real story hasn't begun yet. Maybe in a chapter or two.
To everyone: Thanks for reading and commenting on my fic(I feel like I'm repeating myself a lot). Well, chapter 3 is almost done, I guess, but please be patient with me. I don't know when will I post it, since in here, it's almost the end of the school year and I'm sort of preparing for the provincial exams. I hope you guys will wait until chapter 3 comes out. Don't worry, I will post it before June.

I'm really sorry for the delay, many things had happen for the past two weeks and I just couldn't update that time. But I'm now done with the third chapter. Finally.
Honestly, I find this chapter a bit disappointing, in my opinion. I don't know to you, maybe you might like it as well.
Well, anyway enough with the talk, here's chapter 3. Please enjoy.

Chapter 3
“WHAT?!” We all exclaimed in shock earning stares from the other students in our class, including those who are passing by the hallways.
“NyanNyan, how could you?” Yuko whined, wrapping her arms around Haruna’s waist and burying her face in her chest. Haruna, on the other hand, pushed Yuko’s face away from her chest and said with a loud voice,
“Where do you think you’re touching? Don’t touch me. You pervert.”
“And here I thought I have a chance with the guy.” Tomochin mumbled under her breath that I, in fact, heard it.
“What?” Haruna probably heard it too but didn’t seem to have caught it really well.
“I didn’t say anything.” Tomochin quickly replied afraid of being caught.
“NyanNyan, you can’t do this to me.” Now I can see Yuko pouting at Haruna. “How can you date a midget like him when you already have me?” She said almost in tears as I frown at her confuse, after calling Kai a midget.
“He’s not a midget!” Haruna protested. “How can you call him a midget when he’s taller than you by about four, five inches? And he has the same height as me.” She reasoned. Good point, though I wonder why Yuko called Kai a midget in the first place. “Besides, I don’t recall being with you in the beginning.” She added, like a knife piercing through Yuko’s chest. She’s now knocked out.
“Are you seriously going out together?” Mari-neechan asked with a serious tone.
“Of course not. Why would I? Kai’s my cousin and I only said that so Yuko would stay away from me. But it looks like that it’s not working at all and had gotten worst.” Haruna said while still pushing Yuko away from her as Yuko kept saying ‘Don’t leave me NyanNyan.’
“He’s your cousin?!” We all exclaim in unison. Seriously, there are so many big surprises today; first the boy that I met this morning in the train is actually a transfer student in my class, second Haruna says that Kai is her boyfriend and now she’s saying that he’s her cousin. Crazy day isn’t it?
“Weren’t you listening? And is that all what you heard from my sentence?” Haruna asked annoyed from all the questions we’re throwing at her.
“So that means I still have a chance!” This time, instead of muttering to herself, Tomochin said it at loud with a happy looking face.
“What?” Haruna asked with a confuse look.
“Nothing.” Tomochin answered as I shook my head in disbelief. “Though, I will have to say that your family has really good genes. What I meant is, you’re very beautiful like a model, Riku is really handsome, Kuu is really cute and Kai is like both combine; very cute and handsome. You don’t find good-looking people anywhere, including us, but you guys are like wow.
“Of course we do, and I have to thank our parents and our grandparents for that.” Haruna said with a grin. “Back in middle school, when Kai was still living here in the neighborhood, we use to fake date ‘cause I was being confessed all the time and got really tired of it.” She added and continued. “Since everyone knows that onii-chan and I are related, so he’s out of the question. No one knew that Kai and Kuu are my cousins, so I can ask them to be my pretend boyfriend. But Kuu is too much of a player for my taste, so my only option is Kai, who also has the same problem as me. But he left to study abroad in America. I was really shock when he came back, I didn’t even recognize him with his blond hair this morning, until he introduced himself in front of the class.”
“I’m sorry for being off topic on your families’ good genes, but I was wondering where did the guys go when they left the classroom?” I ask and I notice that Haruna’s face became serious. What was that about?
“Why do you want to know?” Haruna frowned and her voice also sounded a bit harsh and really serious. I’ve never seen this side of hers, I don’t know what this is about but it looks something really serious.
“I’m just asking.” I reasoned.
“If you’re just asking, I don’t know where they are now, but all I know is that they’re discussing about something.” Haruna answered as she shrugs nonchalantly. Now I’m curious, they’re discussing about what?
“About what?” This time it’s onee-chan who asked my question.
“That’s for me to know and for you not to find out. In other words, it’s classified.” Haruna replied quickly.
“What do you mean?” Tomochin asked curiously.
Haruna let out a sigh of exasperation and answered Tomochin’s curiosity.
“It’s a private discussion, it’s not in any of your business, only the guys and I knows about it, not even our parents know about this and we don’t want anyone to get involved in it either. Are you guys done asking questions? And can we drop this topic; I’m not supposed to say anything about it.”
By the tone of her voice, it sure doesn’t sound like a joke. This is really suspicious and they’re definitely hiding something important… I think… and I’m seriously curious about what’s this about, just like what she said; it’s not our business and I shouldn’t ask any further, so maybe I should just drop it.
Silence started to fill around our tables and the tension started to rise until Yuko had broke the intense silence that was building up.
“NyanNyan, you sounded really smart just a while ago.” She said while the girls and I were staring at her and shook our heads disbelievingly.
“Just because you guys call me an airhead doesn’t mean that I’m actually an airhead and stupid.” Haruna said as she gives a slap behind Yuko’s head.
“ITAI!”

Meanwhile, three young men are on the rooftop, leaning their backs on the wall while the shorter one is sitting on the ground and they began talking.
“When did you come back?” Riku asked the young blond.
“Since yesterday.” The blond gave his older cousin a short answer.
“When I heard the news this morning, I knew that it was you. You killed a member of the Mono family and not to mention, you killed the third son of the head of that family.” Riku said scolding.
“Good start, isn’t it?” Kai let out a scoff as he smirks, feeling proud of himself as he says, “You should have seen him beg like a dog. Pathetic.”
“Are you crazy?! Don’t you know what you’ve gotten yourself into?! Revenge is not the answer and I’m pretty sure ‘they’ don’t want you to do this…” Riku was about to add more scolding, but was cut off by an already hot-tempered Kai.
“THIS IS THE ONLY WAY!!!” Kai yelled as he tries to calm himself down and spoke again, his voice filled with pain and sadness. “It’s the only way for me to have peace and for ‘them’ to be in peace. They killed them Riku, my family, our family.” He said sadly.
“I know what you mean.”Riku said sincerely as he leans down and sat next to Kai while he wraps his arm around his younger cousin’s shoulder to comfort him, knowing very well that he’ll do the same thing if that ever happen to him.
“You and Haruna may be a Kojima, and Kuu may be a Minegishi, but you guys still have the Takahashi blood running through your veins.” Kai began to say. “And for me to cross the path towards peace, I have to destroy a humongous boulder that’s blocking my way.” He added and continues. “And I want you guys to help me turn this boulder into dust until nothing is left.”
“You can count me in, nobody messes with our families.” Kuu said as he punch his fist into his palm while Riku just let out a sigh; knowing very well that he cannot change his cousin’s mind, as he smiles saying that he’s also joining in.
“So when do we start?” Kuu asked with an evil grin forming on his lips.
“Well, I’m waiting for my order to be delivered which is in two-three days top. And when I took Tobita’s wallet after his death, I saw an invitation for all Mono members to another mafia family or something next week; we can do a little something to the Mono residence.” Kai said as he remembered taking the middle age man’s wallet the other night.
“Sounds good to me. I can’t wait, since we’re also a part of the mafia since we were born.” Kuu said excitedly still grinning as he looks up to the clear sky.
“Kai may have died once, but I’ll show them that Kai has been raised from the dead.” Kai said as he smirks.

Atsuko’s POV
It’s almost the end of lunch, obviously, everybody had already finished their lunch and the girls and I had been talking about random things after that awkward silence we had earlier.
After a few minutes later, I realise that the guys had come back to class and they’re now walking towards us, except for Kai who was actually jogging towards us; specifically towards Haruna.
Suddenly, Yuko is standing in front of Haruna with her arms spread using her body as a shield and said,
“You! Stay away from my NyanNyan!” Haruna rolled her eyes while Kai raised an eyebrow as he pushes Yuko out of his way and took Haruna’s hand into his and said,
“Kojiharu, I need to talk to you. Alone.” Haruna stood up from her seat and let herself being dragged by Kai, away from us.
Riku and Kuu had finally joined us while Yuko was sort of crying as she calls her ‘NyanNyan’ and trying to get where Kai and Haruna is, but failed when Kuu took hold of Yuko’s collar to prevent her from going there.
“Where did you guys go?” Mari-neechan asked.
“Rooftop.” Riku quickly answered. “We were just talking.” He added.
“About what?” I asked curiously with my eyebrows furrowed.
“None of you business.”Kuu replied coldly and grin which is creeping me out as hell; it is somewhat scary for some reason.
Haruna and Kai came back from their little talk; I wonder what they were talking about. Probably the one that Haruna was talking about earlier but never told us.
All of a sudden, the bell rang and all the students went back to their own classes while my classmates and I went straight to our seats, waiting for the second and last bell to ring. When that happens, our teacher came inside the classroom and did the usual routing and began our afternoon classes.

The bell rang once again and our afternoon classes were over. When the teacher left the classroom, Kai ran out of the classroom hurriedly.
“Why is Kai in a hurry like that?” Atsuko asked Kuu after seeing the blond boy running out of the classroom like lightning.
“Oh. He just has an appointment. You know; monthly check-up.” Kuu said, ready to leave also. “He’s going to the Takahashi clinic which is also the Takahashi residence which also own from the Kojima and Minegishi family. Since he hasn’t been here for a while, it’s best for him to do his monthly check-up.” He added.
* * * * *
An hour later, at the Takahashi Clinic/Takahashi residence
“Well, you check-up is done, Master.” Said a deep female voice.
“Thank you Sayaka, Sae.” Kai thanked his two childhood bodyguards. “It’s a good thing you guys are still alive, if you had died that day, I don’t know what would happen to me.” He said and added, “I’ll be in my room and please don’t bother me until supper.”
“Very well.” The two female bodyguards/ female butlers said in unison as they bow at the master.
After getting up from their bows, they started talking as they clean up the place and getting ready to prepare supper.
“I can’t believe it. Who ever thought that Mi- I mean Kai would change so much.” The short hair bodyguard said as almost slipping the name of a Takahashi member.
“I know; that kid’s body was showing signs of change before he left Japan. But now, seeing that kid’s body a while ago it has changed completely.” The long hair bodyguard said as a matter of fact with a serious voice.
“You mean…?” Sae began to say something but was trailed off.
“Yes.” Sayaka replied, knowing already what the short hair girl was asking.
“Seriously?!” Sae asked in shock earning a nod from the latter.

By the way, I forgot to mention that Riku, Kai and Kuu are taller than they normally do; Riku is 5ft10, Kuu is 5ft7 and Kai is 5ft4 that's at least Haruna's height right? Or maybe taller than Haruna.

I honestly don't know how to make my chapters longer, unless I put a bunch of ideas in that same chapter.
While writing a draft on my notebook at school, I notice that one chapter is like about six pages or more on my notebook and when I type it online, it makes look really short
And I'll try my best to post it once I finish writing chapter 4.

But I might delay a little this month and next month, provincial exams are coming soon like I've said before. But don't worry I'll make it up for everybody.

I took a very long time to finish the forth chapter and I apologize for that.
So here it is chapter 4, please enjoy!

Chapter 4
“Hisk…hisk…hisk… Onee-chan, save me!” A little girl cries as she calls her older sister to save her.
“Nya nya nya. You ugly! You big baby!” Three little boys were teasing and bullying the little girl, calling her names and kept pushing her as she cries like a poor baby.
“Hey! You leave her alone!” Suddenly, a shout was heard as another kid came running towards them and went in front of the little girl, shielding her with its little body.
“Says who?” One of the little boys said, giving the other kid a mocking look.
“And what’s a little girl like you going to do with three boys like us.” Another boy said.
“Girls are weak and boys are stronger than girls. You can’t beat us.” The third boy said.
The little girl, who was protecting the crying girl, ran again towards the three little boys and pushed them to the ground and started sending kicks and punches to them.
After that the little girl finished beating the boys up and again, was about to beat them up more but the boys started to run away, crying for their mommies at how a little girl beat them. Seems like the boys are not so strong.
“YOU BIG BABIES!!!” The little girl yelled while panting a little and turned to the other girl who was now hiccupping.
“Are you okay?” She asked the other girl with her tiny hands rubbing her eyes.
The girl answered with a nod and thanked the smaller girl as she smiled a small smile. Suddenly a taller girl came towards the two and when she saw her little sister crying, she glared at the smaller girl and pushed her and hugged her sister closer while the little girl hissed in pain as she rubs her sore bum.
“What did you do to my little sister?!” The taller girl demanded with her voice furious.
“It’s okay onee-chan; she saved me from some boys who were bullying me.” The little girl in her sister’s embrace said while still hiccupping a little.
The taller girl just stared at her sister and gasp and went to the smaller girl to help her get up; lending a hand and pull her up as she apologize.
“I’m sorry; I didn’t mean to push you.” She said guiltily.
“It’s okay.” The little girl said as she dusts herself.
“Mariko.” The taller girl suddenly said.
“Eh?” The little girl blinked with a confuse look on her face.
“My name is Mariko.” The taller girl said again in introducing herself.
“And I’m Atsuko.” The other came in and also introducing herself. “And yours?” She asked as the smaller girl smiled showing her small dimples.
“My name is…”

Reluctantly, I open my eyes and sigh as I reach my left hand to my neck and took hold of the necklace that the little girl gave me a long time ago and I silently muttered her name.
“Minami.”
Why was I dreaming about her anyway? Is it because I miss her so much that I wanted to see her? Of course, it’s been ten years since I last saw her. I don’t know what really happen to her ten years ago, but she had disappeared into thin air ever since that day.
Suddenly, I heard a slight knock and a shush voice of my sister on the other side of my bedroom door.
“Acchan, are you okay?” She asked. “I heard you crying and sleep talking just a while ago.” She said as she opens the door of my room. Was I… was I crying and sleep talking? I reach my right hand to my face and I notice no tears were there; maybe it’s just the sound of me crying.
Onee-chan came in my room and walked towards me as I slowly sat up comfortably on my bed still holding the necklace around my neck while she sat on the edge of my bed.
“Are you okay?” She asked again. “Did you have a nightmare or something?” She asked worriedly.
I slowly shook my head as I move to the other side of my bed while onee-chan came in right beside.
“Then what is it about?” She asked curiously.
“It’s about my childhood past.” I answered facing her as I remembered my dream about the little girl just a few minutes ago.
She noticed that I was still holding the piece of jewelry while playing with the ring and a ‘M’ written on it, and she asked,
“Is it about Minami?”
I nodded as I started telling about my dream, how the little girl saved me from those bullies and also how she beat them up pretty bad for picking on me, though the little girl didn’t know me that time.
“Oh yeah. I remember that she would always be your knight in shining armor, except that she’s a girl rather than a boy. And sometimes, I actually really thought that she really was a guy with really long hair.” She said teasingly as she giggles softly.
“That’s not funny onee-chan. I found her really cute back then.” I said as I pouted at her.
“Before, I had a feeling you had a girl crush over Minami.” She said teasingly again as I playfully punch her. Okay, maybe I did have a little crush over the little girl, but that’s when we were just kids and we didn’t understand what was going on.
“Oh yeah. I also remember that when the both of you had exchange necklaces together. You guys were so cute and Minami was like your first boyfriend when she gave you that.” She said as points towards my chest where the jewel’s resting there.
After finishing talking, we are now getting ready to go back to bed and Mari-neechan insisted that we sleep together tonight.
As I slowly close my eyes and getting ready to go back to sleep. After a few seconds, my eyes shot back open in realisation as I quickly sat up, completely surprising my sister as she also sat up staring at me confusingly.
“What’s the matter?” She asked worriedly.
“When we first met Kai, his face looks so familiar until it hit me now. I notice that Kai really looks like Minami, I mean their face looks so similar.” I said as I look into my sister’s eyes.
“Now that you mention it, they both really do look like each other.” She said as she places her thumb and her index finger on her chin in a thinking motion. “I wonder if they’re related.” She added deep in thought.
“How can that be? Minami never told us that she had siblings before.” I said narrowing my eyes a little.
“The reason why she never told us was because we never asked in the beginning if she did have siblings and who knows maybe they are siblings.” She said and continued. “Since Kai is in the same year and class as you, they could be twins or even long lost twins or something.”
“You might be right.” I said.
“Nope. I’m always right.” She said confidently.
“You’re over-confident onee-chan.” I said as she giggles and patted my head while we both lay down again on the bed and finally fell back to sleep.

(I’ll call the kid in this part an ‘it’ since I’m not telling if it’s a boy or a girl.)
A kid about seven years old was happily skipping towards a huge house that looks like a mansion, the child stopped in front of two enormous doors. The little one noticed and frowned that there were no guards guarding neither the front gates nor the two giant doors in front of it and they weren’t even there to open the doors for it.
Shrugging the thought off, the kid pushed the huge door with its small arms as it went in the house and was about to shout cheerfully that it was home, but no words were coming out, not a single word like someone has cut off its tongue and its happy and cheerful smile was suddenly erase and completely replace with horror as its body began to tremble in total fear.
The sight in front of that child was one hundred percent horrifying; there were blood splatter everywhere on the walls, bodies of housekeepers, maids, butlers and bodyguard were everywhere on top of their own blood pool of who knows how many liters and bullets scattered on the floor.
Suddenly, the now scared kid heard footsteps heading towards its way and with its escape reflex kicking in, the kid ran towards and crawled under a desk where a dead guard was hanging on a chair and the little kid covered its mouth to make sure it wouldn’t make a sound and now it can only hear footsteps, its breathing and its heart beating unbelievingly fast.
The sounds of footsteps had stop and the kid can see from under the desk three men around the end on twenties and the beginning of thirties and around them, they have at least ten to twenty bodyguards in the middle of the spacious hall. The child can see them because of the reflection of a huge mirror behind the desk where it was hiding. Luckily, the dead guard was blocking the kid’s reflection from the mirror so that no one could see the child hiding under the desk.
“Well, our job is done boys.” One of the three men said.
“All that’s left is to report it to otou-sama. But didn’t the Takahashi’s have a second child? I think they do.” The second asked the two other men and his bodyguards.
“I don’t think they do, sir.” One of the bodyguards responded.
“Anyway, we’ll be taking our leave now and we’ll be reporting this to our father. We’ll leave the rest to you guys.” The third said as he leaves the big house with the second man.
“You know what to do; burn the place.” The first man said as he also left the place.
“Yes sir. Otsukaresama Mono-sama!” All the bodyguards bowed as they went out to take the gas containers obviously filled with gas in them in their cars.
While all the bodyguards of the three men left, the kid took this chance to find its parents and sibling. Everywhere, high and low, in every room in that huge house it check, its family was still nowhere to be found, until it stopped in front of the last and only room it didn’t check yet; its father’s office.
The kid gulped audibly as it has a tight grip on the doorknob, turned it and pushed the door. Its eyes went really wide open and its mouth completely agape at the sight of its father on top of its mother and its sibling laying its back on its parents covered in blood.
The poor child fell down on its knees and hands on the floor and its body trembling like crazy, crying and screaming at the same time as it got up and towards its now dead family and hugged its sibling tightly, didn’t care if it’s going to be covered in their blood and still crying and…
* * * * *
“AAHHH!!!” Kai screamed loudly while quickly sitting up on his bed, his left hand covering his face as he pants heavily and his body completely soak in sweat.
“It’s just a dream.” He said repeatedly with his hand still covering his face. “A real nightmare.” He added while taking out his hand on his face.
“Are you okay Master Kai?” Suddenly, his two and only female bodyguards still in their sleeping wear; t-shirts and comfortable shorts, barged into his large room, worried that something might have happen to their master.
“I’m okay; I just had a bad dream. That’s all.” He said calming his rapid breathing he had a while ago.
“Okay. Is there anything you need, water perhaps?” Sayaka asked still concerned for her master.
“It’s alright, you girls can go back to sleep.” He said and added. “I’m going out for a walk a little.”
“You don’t want us to accompany you?” Sae asked.
“It’s okay; you don’t have to, really. I just need some time alone.” Kai said as he sends off his bodyguards back to their rooms while he puts his pants on and took his sweater.
Kai kept walking in the empty streets and stopped by in a cemetery. He kept walking and walking until he stood in front of three gravestones with his last name on them.
He bit his lower lip to prevent his tears from threatening to fall, but failed when tears escape his eyes as he clenches his fists in a tight grip on his sides and became calm again and also became serious as he says,
“It’s now our turn to destroy them.”

Sorry for taking so long, I just didn't have much insperation and I sort of have a block in this chapter. I apologize for the really huge delay.

Chapter 5
Tomochin, Yuko, Haruna and Kuu are in class talking about random things and debating whether they agree or disagree. You know just about some random stuff.
As usual, Mariko and Riku came in their class to join and chat with them.
“Oh Mariko, you’re here. And here I was worried that you and Acchan were getting late.” Haruna said with Yuko as usual and obviously clinging onto her.
“Where’s Acchan? She didn’t come to school with you?” Tomochin asked looking around Mariko and Riku. “Is she sick or something?” She asked.
“No, she’s here. She just went out for a little bit of air and some thinking.” Mariko answered remembering when Atsuko told her that she would be on the rooftop to think about something when they just got to school. “Where’s your cousin?” She asked earning a frown from Riku, Kuu and Haruna.
“Why?” They asked in synchronization.
“I’m just curious. God, do you guys always had to do that every time we ask about your cousin? Plus this is only his second day of school, isn’t he suppose to be here” Mariko said as she rolls her eye and crossing her arms to her chest.
“Geez. ‘Cause ever since he came here, you guys kept asking questions about him and just like you said, he just came yesterday.” Kuu said as he sighs. “Anyway, to answer your question, he is also here and he’s on the rooftop staring at the sky.” He said as Mariko raised an eyebrow in question.
“Would you be serious?” Mariko said as she glares at Kuu.
“What it’s true; it’s one of his hobbies.” Kuu said defensively as Riku and Haruna nodded in unison.
“Oh, I see.” Mariko said and noticed something. “Wait, you said he’s on the rooftop?” She asked earning a nod from Kuu.
“Just where do you think he is, to have a better view of the sky?” Kuu asked mockingly.
“Okay, okay. I get it.” Mariko replied.
* * * * *
Atsuko’s POV
I was walking up the stairs to the rooftop, as I reach the top, I opened the door and closed it behind me and lock it so no one would bother me. But then, I suddenly heard a voice coming out of nowhere scaring the hell out of me, saying,
“Atsuko?”
“Oh god! Kai?” When I turned around to my left, I saw Kai sitting on the ground staring at me. “You scared me.” I said earning a small chuckle from him.
“I’m sorry; I didn’t mean to scare you.” He said as he apologizes.
“What are you doing here?” I asked still a bit shock from his presence.
“I’m thinking, the same thing as you, I guess.” He answered with a small smile as he tilts his head slightly which I find quite adorable. “Why don’t you join me?” He said still smiling but this time wider as he pats a seat on the floor next to him. “The view of the sky is much better over here than by the rail.” He added.
I didn’t hesitate as I went to sit next to him. He’s right, the view of the sky is better over here, clouds as white as snow passing by, the sky bright blue and I can feel the breeze that the wind has given slightly blowing our hair and I can catch a small scent from the boy beside me. He smells really nice, yet familiar. I’m pretty sure he’s not wearing any cologne, he smells much nicer than cologne. His scent smells something much more pleasant and sweeter like the fragrance of flowers in a garden.
“That’s a nice necklace you got. Where’d you get it?” Kai said as I got back to reality and realise that he was staring at my chest where the necklace was resting.
“Thanks. I got it from a friend, long time ago.” I said as I remember how the little girl gave to me.
Flashback
“Atsuko! Look what my mama bought for me.” The little girl said as she shows what’s in her tiny hand. In her hand was a simple medium sized ring, made out of real gold with an ‘M’ engraved on it.
“I have the same thing. My papa bought it for me.” A small version of Atsuko said a she reaches in her pocket of her dress the same kind of ring but this with an ‘A’ engraved on it.
“Want to exchange?” The little girl asked as she extends her arm for Atsuko to take the ring in her small hand.
“Why?” Atsuko asked the other girl in confusion.
“So that when we don’t see each other, we would remember each other no matter where we are, because we exchange them, since the letters of our name are written in there.” The little girl said smiling widely showing her small dimples.
“Okay.” Little Atsuko agreed as she gave her ring to the other girl while taking her friend’s ring and gave a small kiss on the girl’s cheek. “You better not forget about me” She said as gave a small pout.
The little girl blushed from the peck on her cheek and placed her hand on it and smiled again widely and said,
“I will never forget about you, Atsuko. I promise.”
End of flashback
“Can I see it?” My vision of flashback was suddenly interrupted by Kai’s voice.
“Eh? Um…sure.” I said as I let him reach to my chest where the ring was hanging around my neck, thanks to a gold chain.
When reaching the ring, he leans his head closer as he holds and scans the piece of jewel. For some reason, when Kai leaned closer to me, I can feel my face heating up a little as I blush. Luckily, he can’t see my face getting into a pinkish colour as my heart began to beat a bit faster than usual. What is this feeling?
“M…? M for Maeda?” Kai asked as he distanced himself a little while looking at me.
“Actually, it’s M for Minami.” I said and added, “I have a friend name Minami a long time ago and she gave this to me.”
“Funny. I have a sister name Minami. But Minami is a pretty much a common unisex name. He said as he let out a small laugh and smiled a small smile that look quite forced and I can see a tint of sadness behind it.
I don’t know why, but I suddenly wrapped my arms around his shoulders like they’re moving on their own and my hand reaching his blond hair and stroking them. I could feel him responding the hug as his arms encircled around my waist, pulling me closer and I could also feel his nose nuzzling my neck sending shivers up and down my spine; and I could feel myself blushing at this moment now.
“…” Eh? Did I hear that right? Just what does he mean by that?
* * * * *
Meanwhile, Tomochin was walking up the stairs towards the rooftop knowing that Atsuko is there when Mariko told them where Atsuko would be.
When she reached the top, she was heading towards the door to the rooftop. She held the doorknob and frowned when it was locked, since Atsuko locked it when she got out.
Tomochin tried to look out of the window of the door trying to get a glimpse of Atsuko, to check if she was still there. She did saw her best friend, till her eyes went wide when she saw Atsuko and Kai hugging each other. To her, it looked like the hug they were sharing was intimate and had meant something; and it was her first time to see her best friend being intimate with a boy, besides for Maeda papa.
When the bell rang signaling morning classes, Tomochin quickly ran away from her spot afraid that they might catch her eavesdropping and went to class; and made sure she would have a talk with Atsuko.
* * * * *
Atsuko’s POV
When hearing the bell, Kai pulled away from the hug and looked at me straight in the eyes and smiled as he stood up from his seat and laid a hand to me. When I took his hand in mine, I felt a sudden electric shock all over my body; and he helped me stand up.
“We should get back to class.” He said as I nodded; walking ahead of me and I just followed him behind, staring at his back and thought what he said before.
I just kept walking behind him, still thinking about something. Once we got back to class, I saw him going back to his seat while Kuu started to talk to him. I also went to my seat and I felt Tomochin poking my arm behind me.
“You’re going out with Kai, right?” She asked with a teasing look on her face.
“Eh?! What are you talking about?” I said; blushing a little.
Our math teacher came in the class, and begun to teach the class. So Tomochin and I began to whisper to each other.
“Don’t even try to hide it, I saw you two hugging on the rooftop; though we just met him yesterday and you’re already dating him.” She said with a grin showing her little fang.
“It’s not like that, we’re not dating.” I retorted feeling embarrassed.
“Then why were you guys hugging anyway?” She asked poking my already red cheek and with a teasing smile.
“Well…I…” Oh my god, I’m stuttering again. Actually, I really don’t know why I was hugging him in the first place; but I can’t say that to Tomochin now can I, she would be teasing me more than what she’s doing now.
“Well, maybe you didn’t notice this yet, but I have this weird feeling that he likes you; a lot.” She said as a matter of fact, her voice sounded serious too.
“What makes you say that?” I asked looking at her straight in the eye.
“You know when we introduce ourselves yesterday and when I was trying to make a move on him, for some reason he kept looking at you with what I think were loving eyes.” She whispered as she pretended to work on the exercises.
“He was?” I just said, really shock by the news.
“Believe me or not, it’s the truth; seems like Haruna, Riku and Kuu noticed it from the start; maybe Mariko-sama noticed it also, I think.” She added.
“Itano-san, Maeda-san, would you like to share your conversation with us?” Our teacher said; caught us in our action while everybody stare at us.
“Sumimasen deshita.” We stood up from our seat and bowed to the teacher and apologize in unison.
“Then instead of talking please pay attention to the class.” He said.
“Hai.” We answered back.
* * * * *
This is our third class this morning, and we’re having our English class right now.
‘Sigh… This is so boring.’ I thought to myself as I heaved another sigh.
Suddenly, the door slide open and entered two tall women wearing black formal suits, black neckties and black loafers for men; when they entered the classroom, I really thought they were men in the first place. One of them had really long hair and had somewhat a masculine looking face yet she looked a little intimidating; the other had short hair, now she can really pass out as a guy since she had a good-looking face which made her look like an ikemen, especially with what she’s wearing now.
I wonder who they are and why they came here, everybody stared at them curiously when they came in the classroom and asking the same question ‘who are they?’ ‘what do they want?’ ‘why are they here?’ etc.
“Who are they?” Tomochin asked.
“I don’t know. Why are you asking me that question when my answer is quite obvious?” I said as I looked at her.
“They look pretty cool.” She added.
“May I help you?” The teacher said probably feeling nervous at the sudden guest and the sort of scary look on their face.
“Yo! Sae, Sayaka.” Kuu greeted them as the bowed at him in unison.
“Good morning Kuu-sama, Haruna-sama.” They greeted them as they also bowed to Haruna. They know each other?
“Don’t worry sensei, they’re with me.” Kai said as he stood up from his seat, grabbing his bag and walked towards the two women.
“We’re sorry for intruding; we just came here to pick Kai up for an important appointment.” The one with long hair said and the three of them left the room. Just who are these people? I feel like looking at some rich family or something in that sort of category.
* * * * *
It’s finally lunch time, I really wanted to eat, and I felt very hungry in the middle of class. We started talking about the two women that came earlier.
“Kuu, Haruna, who were those women that came to our class? They seem to know you.” Tomochin asked, curious; she’s asking lots of question today isn’t she?
“And you also seem to know them quite well.” Yuko said as she eats her bentou.
“Women?” Mari-neechan and Riku asked with their head tilt slightly to the side.
“Sae and Sayaka.” Kuu answered.
“Ah, they came here?” Riku said. “We haven’t seen them in a while.” He added.
“Who are they?” I asked, again curious about who are they and what relation do they have with Riku, Kuu, Kai and Haruna.
“Sae and Sayaka?” Riku asked and I answered with a nod.
“They’re Kai’s childhood bodyguards.” He answered as he drinks his juice.
“In other words, they were assigned to him when he was born; they were at least 5-6 years old, when he was born.” Kuu added; they’re Kai’s bodyguards, now I’m pretty sure I’m staring at a rich family here. “They’re probably in their early twenties now.” He continued.
And at the same moment, Haruna’s phone began to ring; Yuko went closer to her to see her phone, everybody was just busy talking to each other.
“A text message from Kai?” Yuko asked while clinging onto Haruna as everybody stared at them. “NyanNyan! What are you guys texting about behind my back?” She said pouting cutely at her object of affection.
“That’s none of your business.” Haruna said as she pinched Yuko’s right cheek. She began to read the message she had gotten from Kai. “Nii-chan, Kuu, he asked us to go to his place after school; he has something to give us.” She told to Riku and Kuu as they nodded and they continued eating their lunch.
“You’re going to Kai’s place? Can we come with you?” Tomochin asked looking all excited once again; honestly, I want to go too same thing for onee-chan, we’re just really curious.
“If you want; I think he doesn’t mind you joining.” Kuu said, smiling as we smile back at him like we’re a bunch of little kids.
* * * * *
Once class was over, Riku and onee-chan were waiting for us by the school gate, waving at us.
“Sorry for waiting.” Tomochin and I said at the same time.
“Nah, it’s okay.” Riku said with his usual gentle smile. “We’ll be walking for a little while; a car is waiting for us patiently over there.” He added with the same smile while Haruna and Kuu were grinning.
We started walking away from the school, once we got further; we stopped in front of black limo with the same woman with short hair waiting patiently, leaning her back on the car. When we approached her, she noticed us and bowed.
“Riku-sama.” She said.
“Riku-sama?” Onee-chan said as she stared, confused at the bowing lady.
“Thanks for waiting, Sae.” Riku said with Kuu and Haruna in both his side as they smiled widely.
“I’m just following Master Kai’s request.” She simply said while Kuu wrapped his arm around the girl’s shoulder.
“It’s been a while hasn’t it Sae-chan?” He said, grinning while the girl smiled back and got away from Kuu as she skipped to open the door of the limo. She seems quite energetic.
“Well, we have to go; you don’t want to make Master Kai wait for you. Right?” She said as we got into the car one by one. The inside is huge, very spacious, I’ve never been in a limo before; the seats are really comfy and soft, this is just awesome. Riku, Haruna, Kai and Kuu must be really something.
From what they said earlier, the bodyguard called Sae closed the door and went to the driver seat and begun to drive away. Somehow, Kai’s bodyguards seemed so familiar, like I’ve seen them before from a long time ago back where I met Minami.
After a few minutes of driving, we passed by two huge gates; there was a huge fountain in front of the house, well I wouldn’t call a house, it looked more like a really enormous mansion. Once we got in front of the mansion, Tomochin, Yuko, onee-chan and I were flabbergast, the place really huge, the front doors were humongous.
“This is where Kai lives?” Tomochin asked not looking away from the mansion.
“Yep. We are also neighbors too, you know.” Kuu said, smiling widely while looking around the area. “The place changed a lot.” He added.
“You guys are also neighbors?” Mari-neechan asked staring the relatives.
“Yeah. But our mansion isn’t as big as Kai’s. My place is 10-15Km that way.” Kuu said as he points towards the right side of Kai’s mansion.
“Ours is about 20Km that way.” Riku said as he points towards the left side of Kai’s house.
Once we got inside the enormous mansion, all of our mouths were completely agape as we looked around the entrance. The floor was polished very well; you can actually see your own reflection on the floor. As I looked up towards the stairs, there was a big frame with a picture of a family of four, wearing really fancy and formal clothes; there were two adults and two kids.
Somehow, in that picture, the little girl looked like someone. I widen my eyes in realisation, that little girl in that picture was Minami; then the little boy standing beside her must be Kai. Those two were related?
“Riku, you said before that you and Kuu shared the same fortune as the head of your family, right? Why is Kai’s mansion bigger than yours?” Onee-chan asked.
“The answer is simple; the Takahashi family is the head of our family.” He replied. “Our grandparents had three children, a son and two daughters. The two daughters are our mothers, and the son is Kai’s father.” He added looking at the big frame that I was looking a few seconds ago. “Kai’s father took the inheritance and our family was next.” He explained.
“Onee-chan is that Minami in that picture?” I asked my sister while pointing at the picture frame and I noticed that Riku, Kuu and Haruna’s eyes widen and they were staring at me. My sister just looked at me and looked at where I was pointing and her eyes also went wide as she saw the family photo and said,
“Ah. You’re right, that’s Minami. I told you I was right, those two are siblings.”
Just when Riku was about to talk, a tall lady with long hair came and bowed to us; and she asked us to follow her as she escorts us to the large living room. When we arrived in the living room, tea and snacks were already prepare on the living room glass table.
“Riku-sama, Haruna-sama, Kuu-sama, master Kai is waiting for you in his room.” The lady with long hair said in an alto voice.
“Yuko, wait for me here. Okay?” Haruna said as she patted Yuko’s head like she was a dog. Yuko answered with a nod as she smiled at her NyanNyan.
“Thanks, Sayaka.” The three said in unison as they’re headed towards Kai’s room.
Riku stopped beside her and asked Sae to come closer and said in a low voice which I can hear a little.
“Watch them, I don’t want to cause trouble and don’t say anything about our family.”
“Understood, and we know that we can’t leak anything. So there’s nothing to worry about.” The lady Sayaka whispered back.
While I was busy listening to them, Tomochin was again poking my arm and onee-chan’s arm.
“Hey, who is Minami?” She asked with curious eyes.
“She was our childhood friend ten years ago, until she left so suddenly.” Mari-neechan answered and her smile went down when she said ‘left so suddenly.
I turned towards the two female bodyguards and asked,
“Kai and Minami are siblings right?” They both answered with a nodded.
“Are you sure this is the same Minami you knew?” Sayaka asked.
“Of course, I remembered that she had two friends that always followed her and she told me that they were her bodyguards.” I answered as they frowned looking at me which made me a little nervous.
“Are you…” They hesitated first before they asked their question. “Are you Atsuko-chan?” Sae asked looking at me as I nodded my head. All of a sudden, Sae jumped and wrapped her arms around me as she said, “It’s been a long time, nee Acchan?” I smiled and nodded again.
“Wait could you be the Sae and Sayaka we knew ten years ago?” Mari-neechan asked shocked to see our other friends again.
“Yes, Mariko-san.” Sayaka answered while Tomochin and Yuko were staring at us in confusion.
“It’s been so long. How are you guys doing?” Onee-chan asked smiling widely again.
“Everything going very well, Mari-chan.” Sae said as she sat between my sister and I, and wrapped her arms around our shoulders.
“So where’s Minami anyway?” I asked, and I suddenly felt Sae’s arm stiffen on my shoulder, I think my sister felt it too; the two ladies stared at each other for a few seconds and Sayaka answered,
“I’m sorry; I can’t tell you where she is.”
“We were ordered to not tell anyone about the families’ whereabouts or tell any information about them.” Sae added another answer.

Meanwhile, Riku, Haruna and Kuu arrived at Kai’s room and entered the room. Kai was half naked while he was wiping his hair with a towel, seemed like he had just finished taking a bath. After drying his hair, he put on his shirt and smiled at his cousins.
“Follow me.” He said as he went near his desk and put a password on his computer keyboard; and suddenly, the walls on his right begun to open, the room was filled with different kinds of weapons; from knives to katanas, from hand guns to missiles, etc. He had all of them; Kai took three gym bags in the room and got out as he pressed a small red button inside the room and the walls closed back to its early position.
“I got the delivery this morning when Sae and Sayaka picked me up at school. These are for you, I prepared them for you.” Kai said as he gave the gym bags to his cousins, of course those bags had name in there since each person has different position. “The party will start tonight.” He added as he smirked.
“Ooh, I can’t wait for tonight.” Kuu said excitedly as he opened the bag filled with equipments inside.
“By the way, the girls are here.” Riku said in a serious tone.
“Hah?” Kai just stood there. “Why?” He asked.
“They just wanted to come for a visit.” Haruna answered as she also checked on his weapons.
“I see. I think those two finally noticed who I am.” Kai said while the cousins stared at him and stared at each other and shrugged.
* * * * *
Riku, Kuu, Kai and Haruna arrived at the large living room where the girls were waiting. The girls noticed that they were back and stood up.
“You guys are back.” Mariko said as they nodded.
“NyanNyan!” Yuko said as she hugged Haruna’s waist and stared at the gym bag she was holding. “What’s in the gym bag?” She asked still staring at the bag and Riku’s and Kuu’s too.
“The clothes that they left some time ago.” Kai replied with a smile while Yuko held tighter on Haruna’s waist.
“Yuko, you’re holding me too tight.” Haruna hissed as she tried to loosen Yuko’s hold.
“Ah sorry NyanNyan.” She said as she loosened her hold on Haruna.
“It’s a nice place you got here.” Tomochin complimented as Yuko and the sisters nodded in agreement.
“Thank you.” Kai thanked them. “Sayaka, Sae I want you to drive them home safely please.” He ordered his two bodyguards while staring at Atsuko. “And come back before we start the party.” He added.
“Understood.” The both said at the same time as they left to prepare the car.
“Party?” The sisters asked.
“It’s a family party; I’m sorry. But I will ask you to leave so we can make preparation, not to offend you though.” Kai said. “You can come back next time.” He added as the girls nodded and followed him towards the entrance.
Once they left with Sae and Sayaka, Kai went back to the living room and said to his cousins,
“So, shall we get ready for the party?”

@7sam14: You just saw this? Lol...well with the lack of updates, I guess it's only natural that you haven't heard or seen this post. :nervous I didn't know someone would like this so much, really I'm entirely flattered. Your questions would be answered in the futurs chapters.

To everyone: I'm very, very and extremely sorry for this really late update. It's been almost a year since I've updated this; my reasons? Simple. Too concentrated and took school work really, really seriously now, since I want to get into College despite my age now and my very low grades, I still hope to get into it. Getting really lazy to continue. I don't have any insperation to write. I have forgotten about the whole plot of the story and my ideas flew from my mind; and I don't have the time to do it. I'm very late I know. I know some of you were waiting for this update for like...I don't know...like forever, and I apologize for the humongous delay.
I finally finished chapter 6 and I hope you would enjoyed it. I worked on this half-heartedly so I don't really expect anything. With a little support from you guys, I might continue this fic and finish it with flowers blooming.
So I present you chapter 6

Chapter 6
It was already dark outside and Riku, Kuu, Kai, Haruna and the two female bodyguards were getting ready for a really special and unforgettable party as they began to prepare all of their stuffs to put in the van that the bodyguards rented using an alias as their names; just in case if something ever happen.
The cousins started to put on their black combat suits as they attached most of their weapons on their suits; such as handguns, knives, daggers, smoke bombs, grenades, flash bangs, and many other stuff, you name them.
Once Sayaka brought a black van with tinted windows in the front of the mansion, the cousins went inside the truck with their gym bag and other equipment; Sae went to sit next to Sayaka and drove away really fast towards their destination as they begun to charge their guns.

When arrived on top of a hill near the Mono residence, you can see the mansion of the Mono family really clear with the moonlight shining at it. The cousins and the two bodyguards got out of the van as they positioned themselves for battle.
Haruna and Sae were still on the hill as they aimed their snipers at the front gate where two guards were guarding the entrance. Pulling the trigger, both guards fell lifelessly on the ground; Riku, Kuu, Kai and Sayaka passed through the gates as Kai took out a grenade and pulled on the safety pin and threw it at the entrance doors.
Once the doors exploded, Kuu took out a smoke bomb and threw it inside. After a few seconds, Haruna and Sae joined them and entered the mansion; they shot few guards that were already at main hall. Hearing the loud commotion by the main hall, more guards were gathered with their handguns, heading towards entrance.
“How many guards are in here?” Kai asked as he reloaded his gun.
“Mono-san took the top ten with him. I’m saying about 190; including the maids and butlers, 240 people in all.” Sayaka replied as she and Sae approached their young master.
“Hey! Let’s play a game!” Kuu suggested with a smirk pasted on his lips.
“What game?!” Riku asked curiously, wondering if they should concentrate more on the guards shooting at them as they took cover.
“The losers each give a million yen to whoever kills the most, including the maids and the butlers. Let’s put them out of their misery for serving such a bastard.” Kuu’s smirk grew wider into a grin.
“A million? Isn’t the amount too small for this shit?” Haruna asked with a boring look on her face.
“Who cares; it’s a small price to pay. The big money is the family itself.” Kai said as he added with a mischievous smile. “Ten million yen per corpse of a family member.”
“It’s a done deal. Let the game begin!”
With that, the gang dispersed themselves and began to shoot towards the guards, killing them one at the time. Once the guards were all down, unmoving; they began to move around the house, shooting at every person they see that was getting in their way.
Sounds of screams, gunshots and slicing were heard everywhere, the gang kept shooting, reloading and cutting as blood splattered of every victim scattered on the floor and on the walls. The smell of blood became stronger and stronger with every person they killed.
“45…46…47…48…” Kai murmured as he took out yet another grenade towards five other guards and exploded, killing all of them. “Hehehe…53…” He added; starting to move again.

Once the battle was over, dead bodies were everywhere; blood scattered every part of the house as Kai entered the office of the head of the Mono family, looking around as if searching for something. Removing the family portrait behind the desk, he found a safe; he opened the safe without difficulty and took out everything valuable that was in there.
He went by the desk browsing over the computer, looking if there were security cameras. Punching a few buttons on the keyboard, another picture frame moved to the side; revealing small TV screens that showed every area of the house. He destroyed the computer as he took the hard drive and put it in his pocket. He went towards the small TVs and used the remote to open every DVD player. Kai removed all the CDs that were in the DVD player and destroyed every one of them.

Getting out of the mansion, the rest were outside, waiting for Kai with containers of gasoline in each hand. Taking his share, the gang poured the content all over the place. Riku took out a Zippo lighter ready to throw it for the final touch, but Haruna stopped him from doing so; Haruna searched the dead bodies as she finally found another lighter, giving it to her brother as he raised his eyebrow in question.
“If you use your lighter here, the cops, including Mono would take for evidence. So If you use a different one it would be less troublesome since it’s from one of the guards.” Haruna answered her brother’s silent question as Kai chuckled in amusement, thinking that Haruna was over-thinking too much for something so small.
“What? It could happen.” She responded as she crossed her arms over her chest.
The relatives plus the two bodyguards went back outside as Riku extinguish the Zippo and threw it in the mansion; thanks to the gasoline, the house burned quite easily. The gang went back to the van and left without looking back.
“So…” Kuu began as he looked at the others. “…how many did you guys killed?
“40.” Riku answered.
“Hehehe Looks like I beat you. I killed 45.” Kuu said mockingly as Haruna whined.
“No fair, I killed 35.”
“What about you Kai? How many did you killed?” Riku asked, looking at Kai.
“I’m giving my points to Master Kai.” Sayaka said as she drove them back to Kai’s place while Sae agreed. “I got 33.”
“And I got 34.” Sae added with a big grin. “This makes a total of 67; if you include it with Kai’s points it would be more.”
“What?! No fair!” Riku, Kuu and Haruna complained.
* * * * *
Later that night, a man and his men were driving back to the Mono residence and noticed smoke coming out in the same direction. Many fire trucks and police cars were surrounding the area as firefighters were trying their best to put out the fire as soon as possible.
“What happen here?” The man asked one of the policemen.
“I don’t know sir. The alarm was turned on and we came here as soon as we can and as you can see now, we’re to stop the fire.” The policeman answered and added, “Once the fire is put out, we will begin our investigation.”
After an hour or two, the fire was put out; the police and the FBI entered the burned out mansion as the man and his men followed. What they saw was horrifying, there were burned bodies everywhere that were turned almost into ashes. The man ran upstairs towards his office and found that everything was burned, his safe was empty, and there were no evidence to be found.
The man called his second son as the younger man obediently approached his father. The older man took his time to think who would do something like that. Sure, his family was really hated but people including the police never got the guts to intrude or get involve in their business, or did they have the guts to do something such as killing every soul in his household and destroy it.
He was glad that none of his family member were there nor anybody important in his business.
“Son; I want you to find out who did this. Whoever did this probably killed Tobita too. Despite there was no clues left behind, I want you and you older brother to find this guy or people; I don’t care if you had to go to the ends of the earth, I just want him alive so I could make him suffer.”
The son nodded and left the room with some his men as the older man punched the wall in great anger. He would take revenge on whoever did this. He didn’t care if it was a kid or a woman, or anybody; he just wanted to get rid of this feeling of anger inside his system.
What he didn’t know was that, the person who did this to him was someone he knew from the past. But since they were already dead to him, that thought never came through his mind. And he would never know that that someone would take revenge after ten years of his disappearance.

Atsuko’s POV
I woke up from the sudden ringing of my alarm clock; lazily turning it off, I got off of bed and did my usual routine. Arriving in the dining room, I greeted my parents and my sister as I sat at my place and began eating while watching the morning news with the rest of the family.
“Today main story: The Mono family’s residence had been burn down late last night. Firefighters said that gasoline was involved during the fire.
During the investigation, the FBI and the police found burned bodies all over the burned mansion; it is said that they were already dead before the fire. FBI included that there was gunfight that night with all the bullets that were on the floor and had brought them in the lab.
Unfortunately, the bullets were clean and there were no traces of any fingerprints in any places of the residence…” The news reporter said as pictures of the burned house, the covered dead bodies and the bullets were showed on television.
“It seemed to be a war instead of a fight.” My sister commented as we continued to eat.
* * * * *
Arriving at school, everyone was there except for Kai. We greeted them and began to talk about trivial things. Not long after, Kai appeared and joined us as he greeted us.
“Yo! Where’s my money?” Kai asked as Kuu stood up from his spot and trapped Kai in a headlock and began to noogie him.
“You cheated, Sayaka and Sae helped you.” Kuu said as Riku and Haruna agreed.
“I didn’t cheat at all. Even without their help, I would still win; I killed 53 and that’s more than what you have.” Kai retorted as pulled himself out of Kuu’s headlock. “I won fair and square! Now pay up!” He added; laughing as Riku, Kuu and Haruna pouted, handing each a small envelope to Kai. “Haha! Easiest money I’ve ever won.” He said as he began to count the money.
By looking at the amount, I was really shock; that’s a lot of money. It’s more than what my sister and I earn through our allowance in a month. Figures, they are rich after all.
“What are you guys talking about?” My sister asked as she looked at the bundle of cash in Kai’s hands.
“Last night, we made a bet on how many people we can kill in a video game and the one with the most kills will win a million from each loser. From what you can see, Kai won the game and the bet.” Riku answered with an annoyed look written all over his face.
I laughed at how childish the relatives are, especially Riku; he’s always too serious at time. I looked at Kai, and from the looks of it; he looked so happy that he begun to gloat in front of his cousins. I found it really funny.
“Hold on! A million?!” Tomochin exclaimed. “Isn’t that a lot?”
“Tomo, Tomo, Tomo… It’s a small price to pay. Haruna suggested a higher price for the bet but that didn’t happen. I guess she’s a little relief that she lost and didn’t have to pay a big amount if ever we bet the price higher.” Kai answered as Tomochin sort of blushed at her new nickname.
“Don’t tell me that was all you guys did during your party?” I asked; remembering that they had a family party last night.
“It was just a welcome back party for Kai with the whole family in Riku’s place; we played the game later that night when the party finished, just spending more time with each other.” Kuu said as he took out his phone and showed us a picture of the four of them with Kai’s bodyguards in their fancy suits and dresses.
The bodyguards and Haruna were so beautiful while the guys looked so handsome. My eyes landed on a certain someone, I was captivated by Kai’s look in the picture; he looked even more handsome and cool. I heard Tomochin squealing as she took Kuu’s phone, looking at it closer; I guess she likes what she’s seeing.
I shook my head in amusement as we turned towards Kai, who was saying something.
“Let’s have yakiniku after school; my treat.” He said as we all cheered in delight, well…except for Riku, Kuu and Haruna.
“What?! Basically, we’re paying for it since that’s our money you’re using!” Haruna said, complaining; including the two other boys.
“Was. Now it’s my money. I can spend it however I want.” Kai replied as the bell rang for the beginning of class.

To everyone: I had a little free-time this time; so I was able to write my story and post it a little earlier than usual :). My finals are coming up soon, so I don't really know when I would update the next one :banghead:; but I hope you could be patient with me until the next update :P. This chapter has nothing really special in it :(, but I planned on doing a little bit of action in the next chapter :). So this is chapter 7. Enjoy! XD

Chapter 7
It was the weekend, as usual, Kai visited his family’s grave to pay his respect to them and pray for them to rest in peace, and silently asking what was he going to do when everything was over. While walking towards their grave, he noticed a woman praying in front of his family’s grave.
When he went right beside her, the young lady still had her eyes closed; he realised three bouquets of flowers on each of their grave. He looked at the young woman again before closing his eyes and prayed to them.
When he was finished, the lady was staring at him with a sad smile as she bowed to him. Kai replied the bow and greeted the woman.
“It’s been a while, hasn’t it? The young woman said as she gave a hugged to the boy who had replied gracefully; agreeing with her. “I really miss them, especially your sibling.” She added; slightly pulling away from the young man.
They walked out of the cemetery and begun to talk together about the past and everything they did together. It has been ten years; Kai hadn’t seen the lady for ten years after his family’s funeral. He remembered that the young woman was crying her heart out, even though they were really young. The young lady was a few years older than him, but they were really close back in those days where they played together with the rest of his family. They were really happy, until the tragedy happen.
“Your appearance hasn’t changed at all from the last time I saw you; you still look the same, exactly the same as your sibling.” She said as she sipped on her tea.
They were now in a secluded area inside a café in Shibuya, eating cakes and drinking tea; trying to relieve from their past. Kai smiled sadly as he ate; he was really happy to see the woman again, he had really missed her too. Now he wondered what was she doing up until now.
“So what are you doing this whole time?” He asked.
“You mean you don’t know?” She asked shockingly while Kai explained everything why he didn’t know. “Oh, you were away that time? Well, I’m the top Diva in Japan; that’s why I’m hiding myself.” She answered; earning a nod from the boy.
“That’s great! I can also see that you’re married.” The boy said as he noticed a wedding ring on the woman’s ring finger. “It’s good you’re moving on huh.”
After eating their sweet, they went in a park; sitting on a bench, laughing together.
“Can I ask you a favor?” The young woman asked as the boy tilted his head in question. “This may be really stupid, but can I kiss you?” She looked away, blushing slightly while Kai was blushed also from the request and gulped nervously. “I didn’t get to him back then; so since you’re twin, I thought that maybe kissing you would be like kissing him.” She reasoned as she moved a little closer to the boy.
After thinking for a little while, Kai thought that it was okay and nodded at the desired favor. He sat closer to the young woman; tucking her long soft hair behind her ear as he placed his hand behind the woman’s neck and pulled her closer. He leaned over and kissed the woman softly; moving their lips in rhythm as the young woman wrapped her arms loosely around the boy’s neck slightly pulling him closer, feeling his lips more.
They were kissing for a while, oblivious that someone was watching them in shock.

Atsuko’s POV
After watching a movie with my sister, we went inside a mall and began shopping. We bought a few clothes and shoes. Later after shopping, we carried our bags outside and went to the park to rest. Bringing our bags by a bench, my sister excused herself as she went to buy some ice-cream.
It was really fun; the movie we watched was breathtaking, we had fun in trying out clothes and other items in the shopping mall.
While waiting for my sister, I noticed someone that I seemed to recognize by his blonde hair. Is that Kai? And who is that with him? A woman was with him, she looked really beautiful; they seemed that they’re having a good time together. Staring at the woman a little more, she looked really familiar; she looked like the top charismatic Diva in Japan; Ray.
I began to wonder, how did those two know each other? What kind of relationship do they have? But isn’t Ray-san married with someone? Without noticing it, I felt a hint of jealousy; spreading and growing inside of me.
I felt a sudden pain in my chest when I saw Kai pulling the woman closer and kissed her so gently. I brought a hand to my chest; clutching my shirt tightly, I felt my heart beating faster. Ray-san seemed to enjoy it and began to wrap her arms around him and pulled him even closer.
I was so shock that I didn’t even noticed my sister coming back from buying our ice-cream. She gave me my cone; smiling, I reluctantly took and began to eat it. She seemed to notice my change of behaviour and asked me what was wrong.
“Are you okay? What’s the matter?” She asked; sitting right beside as she also began to eat her treat.
I discreetly pointed towards a bench a little further away where Kai and a woman still kissing. She looked over there and was shock too when she noticed them.
“Kai is kissing Ray; the Diva.” Just as I thought, onee-chan was as shock as I was.
We continued to watch a little more when they finally stopped, resting their foreheads together before separating from contact. They smiled sweetly at each other and Ray-san left after kissing Kai’s cheek and bid farewell at each other.
I saw Kai sigh as he took out his phone, probably checking the time and left the park without noticing us.
When we came back home, our parents weren’t home; my mom was probably out shopping and dad probably helping her with the groceries. We placed our bags in our room and joined back together in the living room, turning on the TV; randomly switching the channels.
We started to talk about what we had seen in the park a while ago. That thought alone, disturbs me a lot. Just thinking about Kai having a girlfriend and that girlfriend was not only a celebrity, but THE top Diva Ray; was really surprising, but I was starting to have weird feelings about this.
“So…um…was that Kai’s girlfriend at the park?” My sister asked hesitantly. “If they were kissing, then she probably is.”
“I don’t know. He was kissing Ray.” I answered; a little annoyed, why did we have to talk about this anyway?
“Wait! Ray?! The Ray?! Isn’t she married?” She exclaimed.
“That’s what doesn’t make sense; is she having an affair with Kai? Just what kind of relationship did those two have?”
After that, we dropped the subject and did something else. Maybe I should probably ask Kai about it or ask his cousins on Monday. Why that kiss did keep appearing in my head and the slight pain in my chest hurt?

Mariko and Atsuko had just arrived in school. They went straight to their respective classes, since they overslept a little and came later than usual. Atsuko sat on her place, looking tired; she couldn’t sleep the other night ever since she witnessed a kiss between Kai and a superstar.
Tomochin noticed her best friend’s lateness than her usual hour and would ask what was wrong. She tapped the girl’s shoulder as Atsuko looked at her, tiredness written all over her face.
“What’s the matter Atsuko? You look tired.”
“I couldn’t sleep last night and the night before.” Atsuko replied as she rested her head back on her desk.
Tomochin took her chair and sat beside her best friend.
“Why?” She asked softly.
“I don’t know.”
Throughout the whole class, Atsuko slept soundly with her notebook standing; covering her sleeping face. Tomochin watched worriedly; she wondered what had happen during the weekend that made Atsuko look tired and somehow sad. It was really rare sight to see. She had never seen Atsuko slept once in class. She never really showed her feelings and emotions to anyone…well except for her and Mariko.
Somehow, she knew Atsuko was hiding something from her.
Morning classes were over and they were having lunch. Atsuko excused herself and went out of the class with her lunch. Maybe she wanted to be alone for a while and think about something. Mariko entered her friends’ classroom with Riku a few minutes after her sister left.
“Hey, where’s my sister?” Mariko asked; noticing that her beloved sister wasn’t in the classroom.
“She said she wanted to be alone for now. She looked really tired you know. What happen?” Tomochin replied and asked the question she was wondering since Atsuko didn’t really answered her question before class started.
“Oh about that; I’m not really sure about it either.” Mariko answered; earning curious glances from the rest of the gang. “I think she’s feeling a little down after witnessing Kai kissing someone last Saturday.”
“Eh?!” Everybody looked shocked at her statement.
“I knew it! Kai is a player. I’m happy that you’re over him NyanNyan.” Yuko said as she hugged her object of affection.
“What the hell are you talking about? He’s my cousin and keep your hands to yourself, you…you pervert!” Haruna slapped Yuko’s face and fell who got back up immediately holding her cheek with tears slightly forming in her eyes; she hugged Haruna back, crying in tears begging for forgiveness while the taller girl was struggling, trying to push her away from her.
The gang shook their head at the Yuko’s childish behaviour and went back to reality.
“Honestly, I don’t see Kai doing something like that. Ever.” Kuu said as he added. “He may not look like it despite his appearance now, but he’s a really shy guy.”
“Kuu is right. I can’t imagine Kai kissing a girl; maybe you’ve mistaken someone with him.” Haruna included still trying to push the little girl beside her.
“No we weren’t; we saw it with our own eyes. He was kissing a young woman and that woman was none other but Ray.” Mariko argued; whispering the name of the woman to prevent attention from the other students.
“You mean the Diva?” Tomochin asked; surprised.
“I never knew a he was that popular.” Yuko added also shock.
Riku, Kuu and Haruna didn’t seem to be surprise, since they practically knew everything about Kai. Mariko, Tomochin and Yuko noticed that the relatives didn’t seem to be as shock as they were.
“You don’t seem to be surprise. What kind of relationship did those two had?” Mariko asked as she looked at the three relative.
“It’s because we had a past together. I’m not going to tell you her real name, but Ray was Kai’s ex-lover and fiancé back in the past.” Riku said; earning more shocking stares from his friends.
“Despite Kai their age difference and him not admitting his feelings, they were always together like any couple would. But they were just kids back then, until something happened that never make them see each other again.” Kuu added as the three relatives had a sad look on their faces which everything they said were true; something did happened that time, the incident ten years ago.

Atsuko’s POV
I entered the school’s rooftop and sat on a bench as I opened my lunch box. For some reason, I don’t seem to have and appetite. I let out a sigh and was startled when I suddenly felt someone sitting beside me.
I turned my head to my side and noticed Kai sitting beside with a smile, gracing upon his lips. The lips whom he shared a kiss with a beautiful young woman with. I don’t think I would stand a chance with the Diva.
“Kai? You scared me.”
“Haha…sorry about that then.”
I felt my face flush when I saw that smile again. Sure, he’s really charming and all, but he already has a girlfriend. Maybe I should ask him about it now, I need reassurance. Just when I’m with him, I feel different kinds of emotions inside slowly building up in my heart. Was it love? Jealousy? Envy? Want? Which was it?
“I don’t mean to spy on you or anything…but I saw you at the park the other day…kissing a girl.” I started nervously. “Is she your girlfriend?”
I heard him chuckle as he turned to look at me; making eye contact which I quickly turned away blushing like mad.
“Why? Are you jealous?” He asked teasingly; honestly, I hate it when he can see it through me.
“Who says I was?” I pouted which made him giggle in amusement
“You know; you’re cute when you pout like that.” I blushed even more at his comment. “Well, if you really are; don’t be. She’s my ex-lover and was my fiancé back when we were little. Our parents arranged it before we could get older; we were very close. If you’re wondering about the kiss, it was just a farewell kiss as lovers; I didn’t know she would get married when I was away.”
He looked sad. Was he disappointed when Ray-san got married? Something must’ve happened back in his past.

“So that’s how it is.” Mariko said as the cousins told the whole story without slipping any important detail, adding a few lies in storytelling.
“Was that the reason why Atsuko was feeling down?” Tomochin asked; earning shrugs from the others.
Kai and Atsuko entered the classroom after their little chat on the rooftop and joined their friends. Kai approached Haruna and Yuko as he took Yuko by the collar and pulled away from his cousin.
“You don’t mind if I take her off your back?” Kai asked while Yuko was flailing her arms, trying to reach her object of affection.
“Do you really need to ask? Please do!” Haruna answered while Yuko stopped all her movements; staring at her ‘NyanNyan’ in tears.
“NyanNyan! How could you?”
Kai quickly pulled her away from the classroom as her gently pushed her to a wall and place an arm on it; cornering Yuko. Since the classroom door was still open, the gang could still see them by the doorway. They all gasped when they saw Kai leaning in towards Yuko; earning envy looks from the girls in the hallway. What they didn’t know was that Kai was whispering into the girl’s ear.
“Don’t take this the wrong way; I kind of pity you right now.” He started. “Follow all of my advices if you really want Kojiharu as your official lover.” He finished as he leaned away from Yuko, whom had eyes wide open like an owl.
“Really?” She replied softly; hope written all over her face as Kai gave her a smirk and a nod, which earned him a big tackle from the girl; knocking a few desk in the process.
“You would actually do that for me?!” Yuko smiled; showing her cute deep dimples.
“Yeah.” Kai answered hesitantly.
“I LOVE YOU!” The girl screamed as she pulled the boy underneath her and kissed him on the cheek.
The gang didn’t know what was going on and neither was Kai cousins knew either. They were all really confused; Yuko never really showed any affection to anyone except for Haruna, of course and she never kissed anyone either. That kiss must’ve meant something to them but they didn’t know what.
“What the hell just happened?” Tomochin asked as they all continued to stare at Kai and Yuko. Both of them walked back to their friends while Yuko had her arms around Kai’s body, which had an awkward smile.
“Can’t wait for our little date Kai-kun~!”
“DATE!!!”

Wah... Ray... was in love with Kai.. the real Kai... But he died...

Anyway, Tomochin seems to move on from Kai quite fast and she looks like she's accepting Kai and Atsuko's prospect of them being together. Hmm... this is just a small request from me, but, could you add Tomo~mi as well, just so that Tomochin wouldn't the forever alone in here?

@stv-wong: It's okay, new readers are always welcome :lol: Yeah, poor Ray for losing the love of her life but at least she sort of moved one. I'll see what I can do to squeeze Chiyuu in there, I kind of plan the whole story already and I had other plans for Tomochin so I don't know. Let's see what's going to happen.
To everyone: Sorry for the late update again :P. Please forgive me :bow: I've been really busy and was also trying to find a part-time job to earn some money and to pass time during my summer vacation. Thank you for being patient and here's the 8th chapter. I may say this all the time thought most of you say otherwise, it's not a really good chapter but I really do hope you'd like this chapter despite how lame I think it is.

Chapter 8
After school, Yuko dragged Kai out of class and out of the school ground wanting to find out everything about her NyanNyan and to hear everything from Kai for advices. They stopped for a while as they looked for a place to talk privately.
“Why don’t we go in that café?” Yuko asked, pointing at a café near them.
They walked into the café and went to a table as they waited for a waitress to take their orders. Once a waitress approached them, they ordered cups of coffee and slices of cakes as they begun to talk.
“So what kind of advices are you going to give me?” Yuko asked while eating her cake as she stared at the boy across her.
“Well, you actually started quite well without me saying a thing in the beginning.” Kai answered as he looked around him recognizing a small group sitting in a secluded spot of the café watching them secretly.
“What do you mean?”
“My first advice was to make her jealous and you already made her jealous.” The boy answered, resting his elbows on the table as her rested his chin on his hands. “Maybe you haven’t noticed it yet but just so you know, our friends are spying on us right now. And just being the both of us alone in here can actually make Kojiharu jealous.” He whispered earning a surprising look from the girl.
“Can you play along with me?”
Yuko nodded in response and smiled cutely and shyly to her new found friend as she continued to eat her cake silently.

Meanwhile, Mariko, Atsuko, Riku, Kuu, Tomochin and Haruna were sitting in a secluded part of the café as they tried to hear what the two were talking about.
“Just what are they saying?” Tomochin asked as they discreetly watched the two’s every movement.
“I can’t hear anything. Damn it Kai, just what are you playing?” Haruna whispered.
“Shut up! Look! Kai said something to her.” Riku silenced them as they noticed Yuko’s surprising look.
“Is it just me or did Yuko nodded her head and smiled at him cutely? What kind of question did he asked?” Mariko asked as the group noticed a quite angry Haruna puffing her cheeks like an angry child wanting some ice-cream.
“Wow! Kai is in the zone!” Kuu said earning two strong smacks from Haruna and Atsuko. “Ow! Hurtful! Why are you hitting me? Don’t tell me you girls are jealous?” He rubbed both his sore arms with a pout on his face.
“No way you guys are jealous? I never thought you’d actually fall that deep Acchan?” Tomochin whispered into Atsuko’s ear earning a cute blush from the girl.
“Guys they’re leaving!” Mariko stated and they all gasped in shock as they saw the two starting to hold hands and walked out of the café.

After eating their light snacks, Kai asked for the check and paid for both of their snacks. He got up and held his hand towards Yuko telling her to take it as she did; they entwined their fingers and left the café while Kai smirked discreetly watching the group trying to spy on him and Yuko.
They walked into the street of Tokyo as they entered the arcade. Yuko and Kai were having so much fun playing one games after another. Kai won a stuff toy and gave it to Yuko as they both smiled happily.
Hours had passed and it was getting a bit late. Yuko wanted to pass by the park to rest a little after whole lots of fun in the arcade. She sat on the swings as she begun to swing back and forth.
“Wait here. I’m going to get us some drinks.” Kai announced earning a nod from the girl as her left towards the nearest vending machine.
The group obviously followed them all the way. They watched everything they did and two among them; namely, Haruna and Atsuko were furious with jealousy at every action they did. Hand-holding, clinging against each other like two object glued together.
Suddenly, they saw a bunch of men approaching Yuko with interest seen in their eyes. They begun to hit on her getting her attention.
“Hey you alone?” A man said as he removed his sunglasses from his eyes smirking as he stared at Yuko from head to toe his tongue sticking out a little.
“I’m sorry; I’m with someone right now.” She replied coldly glaring at those men in disgust.
“Why don’t you just leave him and have fun with us? We’ll show you a great time.”
As Kai walked back to the park with two cans of juice in his hands; he noticed that Yuko was surrounded by men. He frowned slightly taking a better look on the men’s faces.
‘Eh? Aren’t they Mono’s men? What are they doing here?’ He thought as he slowly walked closer and closer.
Once arriving near them, Yuko called his name as the men turned towards his direction with a glare.
“Could you be her boyfriend?” The man asked as he grabbed the girl’s arm and pulled her towards him. “If you don’t mind, we’ll take her and play with her a little.”
Kai stood silent. The group were just watching worry apparent. Haruna, Kuu and Riku were gritting their teeth finally realising who were these men were. Since Tomochin, Mariko and Atsuko were here, they didn’t want any of their friends to get involve with their affairs.
“Guys what do we do? We can’t just leave them there and get hurt by these scumbags.” Atsuko asked worried for her friends who were standing in the middle of the gang.
“And what? Get caught later after?” Kuu said also trying to hold his body from going near where his cousin was.
Same went for Haruna and Riku, they didn’t want to appear out there. If those men recognize Kai and they appeared to help him, the men would obviously tell their boss who were behind the killings at his household.
“What’s that suppose to mean, surely you can’t just leave them like that. What if something bad happen to them?” Mariko said about to stand up to help her friends but Riku prevented her from doing so.
“Kai may not look like it but he’s a tough one. He didn’t go to military school in the US for nothing you know.” Riku said and just told them to watch.
Without any warning, Kai advanced towards the man holding the girl and grabbed his wrist tightly gripping on it. His gripped was so tight that the man let go of Yuko’s arm as Kai took her away from the man and let go of his hand. Pulling the girl closer to him, he checked around her body for any injuries.
Kai told her to stay behind him and to stay close to him. The man kept rubbing his wrist as he gritted his teeth in pain and approached the boy ready to punch the lights out of him but to no avail, Kai dodged it and punched the man three times on the face which made him stumbled and fell on the ground.
The other men were trying to attack the boy. One of them wrapped an arm around Kai’s neck attempting to choke him while another was about to punch him but that still didn’t work as Kai punched the man in front of him and pulled the arm around his neck over his head and grabbed the face of the other as he twisted the man’s body and watched him fall with a loud thud.
Another one ran towards him like he was going to tackle him but Kai prevented it as he kicked his guts and kneed his chin. He punched another approaching man and grabbed his arm and slammed his body on the ground. Again, another man ran towards as Kai brought his arm up hit it on the man’s chest really hard while the man body fell on the ground motionless.
The man earlier got back up to punch Kai again but his punch was deflected as he grabbed his hand and kicked him on the shin and fell on his knee. Kai gave the final blow and the man fell unconscious.
Kai stood up straight looking around him as all the men were on the ground groaning in complete agony. Another man approached the scene wondering what was going on. Kai was surprise the man was none other the second son of the Mono clan. Yuko hid behind Kai not knowing what that man was going to do to them. She could tell that that man was leader of the gang.
“That’s impressive kid.” The man commented as he nonchalantly approached the boy.
“Well…I did karate and judo when I was a kid.”
Kai looked nervous. If the man recognized him, this could turn out really bad.
‘Where have I seen that face before?’ The man thought as he frowned slightly. “What did these idiots do this time?”
“Um…” Kai stared at Yuko for a second panic evident in their eyes. “They were trying to hit on my girlfriend here.” He answered as he gulped nervously.
“I see. I apologize for the trouble; I’ll take care of them.” The man bowed.
Kai and Yuko nodded as Kai grabbed Yuko hand and left park immediately. When the man stood up straight, he stared at the boy’s back intently thinking of where he saw his face.
“I definitely saw him before…but where?” The man walked to his men and stopped to one of them knowing that he started the whole thing. “What are you trying to do? You just embarrass my name with your stupidity. I can’t believe it, beaten up by a kid. I don’t need a bunch of weakly like you.” He took out his handgun and shot all of them in the head; he called someone to clean up the dirty mess.
The group ran away from the scene after Kai and Yuko left. Kai walked the girl to her house.
“That was really amazing Kai.” Yuko said earning a thank you from the boy. “Thanks for saving me. Looks like the date didn’t end like we wanted to.”
“Tell me about it. We should continue this some other time; we didn’t finish our mission yet.” Kai sighed and wink at the girl as she giggled knowing what he meant.
“Thanks again. I’ll see you at school.”
Yuko kissed him on the cheek and entered her home leaving Kai alone in his deep thoughts.
‘I wonder if he recognized me’ He thought as he walked away. ‘It doesn’t matter. I have eliminate him as soon as possible.’

Well the plan to make Haruna jealous is working wonderfully
And it also give extra effect on Atsuko...
Throwing one stone for two birds....
But it end quite dangerously for Kai...
Seeing that he was almost recognize by Mono's clan son...
Would Kai able to eliminate the man before he told anyone about his suspicion?
Would Kai be able to stay hidden longer now that there is a chance he was being recognize?
