Captain Danbara, highlighting the critical phases in each of their missions, including strategic objectives:
True to Special Forces tradition of her predecessors, the J=J skipper opened the floor for her team member's opinions and contributions:
Once the mission details are confirmed, its time to select the member roles in the mission
The J=J Commanding Officer always enjoys eliciting shocks among her members
