RIP Bill Russell, Boston Celtics great 11 time champion. Those rings will never be untouched. Why he ain't in the GOAT talk who knows but he's up there with all the big men in the NBA. Also, a great ambassador to the game forming the bridge between old and new.   



He was a mentor to guys like Kobe. As a Laker fan, I can RESPECT how he beat the hell outta the Lakers with all the talent like Elgin Baylor, Jerry West, Wilt Chamberlain.
