yeah i'm sticking with the other one, phantasy star online- it's simple, and you don't need to be hardcore to play it- jus start it up and start playing. plus, it's not turned based, trigger reaction baby! lemme know when you make a char- we'll go hunting

Might as well man~

Which Games, i played: Final Fantasy 7, 8, 9, X, X-2, XII, crisis core. (waitin' for XIII~<33)
Favourite Game : FF IX (First FF game I've ever played)
Favourite Character : Rikku (FFX)
Favourite Song : mmm...You are not Alone from FFIX lol
Favourite Villian : Ah, Sephiroth
Favourite FMV : the Bahumut v.s. Alexander in IX
Favourite LB : pretty hard to choose..I liked Tifa's Final Heaven.
Least Favourite : Tidus..He annoyed the crap outta' me...I also hated his voice god...>_>

Mmm, FFXI is prolly gonna be one of the FF games I'm not willin' to play lol.
I wouldn't play the trial either just because i'd prolly get addicted to it like crack and end up actually payin' to play it lol

Final Fantasy 8 is a great game. Started playing it again. Last time I played it was when I was like 13 and it was my first RPG of this type so I didn't really get how to play it nor realized how great the story and script was. It's hilarious and you really get into the relationships the characters have with each other. And I didn't really like the junction system before, but it's actually not bad now that I know how to use it. And then the song Eye's On Me playing through-out the game gets me all emotional and stuff. It has a great modern love story, and is the only one of it's kind in video games from what I know. It might not be the best in terms of gameplay, but I think it has my favorite story and script from Final Fantasy. And I just love Rinoa. >_>

^yeah ff8 is still the most romantic FF, IMO..

by the way, I went to my friend's sister's wedding 3 days ago, when suddenly the song "eyes on me" played i was like "whaaaat? i know this song"

turns out my friend's sis and her husband are huge FF fans, lol.

^ haha that's great. Everyone else must have been going, 'What the hell is this?'

Still playing Crisis Core. 5 months and only 40% of side missions complete :o Love it. Hope things aren't coming to an end though:

SPOILER: Highlight to read

Just arrived in Nibelheim, and we all know what happens there. Can't wait to see it in sexy PSP graphics

It's the fight that gets fanboys everywhere in a frenzy:

Dissidia looks like it will have a neat feature for would be directors out there. Pick a fight, then edit the replay:

Replay

BTW about Crisis Core:

*SPOILERS (well, if you haven't played FFVII before)*

How epic was the fight against Sephiroth?! The music kicking in and then just as you think you've won, 'One Winged Angel' plays, Sephiroth destroys the floor and you have to not fall off the edge! Believe me, on hard, that's not a walk in the park! So it's definately approaching the end now then. Won't be long until...

*END SPOILER

Having said that, I've only done 45% of missions, haven't even got Bahumut Fury materia, so I'm gonna hold off on story and try to get through the missions on hard. Ain't easy though, I read that on hard, all enemy stats are tripled  Gonna make Bahumut Fury a lot of fun to fight against then. Also, whilst exploring Shinra mansion I picked up the Dresser keys from the scientist Zack knocks unconscious and found a Soldier 1st Class Uniform in one of the locked dressers. Just what is it for and what does it do?

I decided to pick up FFXII again. I was totally addicted, but got stuck somewhere around Feywood. I decided to level up a bit, get all my characters into shape before continuing the story.

@Ayako-Luna:
Yup! 1st time watching it I think my heart pumped like crazy, then stopped, and blood started rushing to my head.

I've been trying filter out dissidia stuff (kinda like how I waited half a year to watch the last episode of 1 litre no namida cos i didn't want to see her die...  :)).
I really don't care if the game is any good anymore. The trailer is already unbeatable.  :P

Meh, I'm still waiting for FFXIII, though, I do still play Final Fantasy XI, originated on Diabolos server, then moved to Bahamut server november 2007, then moved to Ramuh server, where I currently am in October 2008.

I have lots of pictures if people want to see some stuff, though, not sure this thread is the right place.

I loooove Dissidia! This game is so freaking amazing! Yesterday, i finished the story of many charakters. Squall and Tidus are the last ones, because these two are my favorite charakters of the Final Fantasy Series :D Now I'm playing the story of Tina / Terra -.- I don't like this girl... She is very slow on running... But i like Warrior of Light! He is awesome too!

Should've seen it coming really :(

Quote
No FFXIII in US/Europe until 2010

Square Enix president Yoichi Wada has told Reuters that Final Fantasy XIII will not be released outside Japan until April 2010 or later.

However, the PlayStation 3 version of FFXIII is still set for release this year in Japan.

The Reuters wire copy, which showed up on The Guardian's site yesterday, doesn't quote Wada on FFXIII's release date but does attribute the guidance directly to him.

Square Enix has previously said that development of the Xbox 360 version of FFXIII - announced at E3 2008 - will not begin until the PS3 version is completed.

Given Wada's comments, there will doubtless be renewed speculation as to whether Square Enix has committed to launching the two versions side by side in Europe rather than giving the completed Sony SKU a headstart on its rival.
