PSP store is based on IP. You could download it on a PS3 if you had one, or figure out how to set your router to proxy another IP...

Since my Japanese isn't good enough to read FFVII anyway, I'll just wait for the port to make it over here.

Looking soo good. The transition between cgi and gameplay is so smooth that if there wasn't huge menus displayed on screen, it would be difficult to distinguish between the two. And doesn't really need to be said, but it looks incredible. And from what I hear, the demo alone is 5GB :o :o

my FFXIII demo arrived this morning, and I'm loving it, though, it is only about an hour long.

Lucky ^_^ I gotta wait for the game, I can't read Japanese.  An hour is pretty good, it's longer than most demos.  XD

Went weird and started looking at my old clips.
Then I stumbled onto those old Monty Oum clips. And check it out!

He's got Dead Fantasy 4 right round the corner (don't worry, he skipped 3 till later):

There's even a crazy trailer:

I also loved the FFXIII demo !!! I bought the Cloud Black Playstation 3 !!!
Its nice, and there's a little difference from the regular version. Besides that FF7 symbol (which most of your probably know) the PS3 itself is not piano black, but another kind of black. It's not as shiny as the regular version.... I wonder why ?
But hey, it looks great either way!

Figured I should all let you in on this brilliant article on what's surely the most under-rated game in the series, FFVIII

It's true though, Balamb Garden really felt like a place you'd want to visit and be a part of. I can still hum along to it's theme song even now. Reading that article and reading into the insights just makes me want to find my copy of FFVIII and replay it over again. One of my favourite FF games.

^werd brother. I always loved FF8 more than FF7. I loved the junction system and the weapons customization item. Of course the card game was freaking addicting! as well the story in it.

I love FF VIII! XD It was my first FF game ever! So, that's why, I love this game more than FF VII...

Triple Triad!! There hasn't been a mini-game yet in any other game that's been so addicting and fun to play.

I didn't really consider it at the time, and I personally still don't agree now, but I can see why the gameplay system was frowned upon after reading that article. The only gameplay mechanic I didn't like was having to form the band XD

To be honest... I couldn't play Triple Triad! XD I didn't understand the gameplay of the mini-game! I played one time and lost! XD So I gave up on trying it again.

I don't like the female protagonists from the game! (Rinoa, Selphie & Quistis! XD) Especially Rinoa! X_X She is the MOST annoying female protagonist of the game! Zell is annoying (but he is funny on some parts of the game! XD)... and Seifer is... annoying too! :banghead: Squall and Laguna are my only favorites from the game!

Love you, my wonky-eyed Terashima Takuma! <3~ Supporting Terashima Takuma and G.Addict! :3

FF VIII does have some weak points though.
Mainly the party characters just weren't fleshed out enough for you to care (what do you know about Quistis other than she is a teacher with glasses... ahem...and a whip). In that sense, FF VII did a better job.
And the story itself is pretty long-winded, with it's Star Wars similarities.

For me, the biggest merit of FF VIII would always be the introduction of the coolest FF weapon ever, the gunblade~~
ok, that and the bloody long/beautiful CGs.
