Could you ever see Cloud partner up with Sephiroth? Or Terra with Kefka? :nervous

^ What about the Duel Colosseum? Could have got some sweet loot for it too!

There was that too but it still wasn't as fun as a story mode would have been.

And That'd be awesome!

Wow, I've just seen the tower. Such an amazing vista. For some reason, I'm a sucker for sunset skies in games, they immediately win me over. Like winner said, sometimes you wonder what the artists were thinking when designing the world or the creatures. Shame that the cave was small after all, just like winner said. I was expecting a dungeon crawl and having to fight that underwater fal'Cie. Maybe it'll happen later, who knows? Got some pretty sweet loot though! Also really enjoying the soundtrack so far. Some piano compositions are just beautiful to listen to.

More Final Fantasy XIII Direct Sequel Rumors

As much as I like Lightning as a character, not sure if I want a sequel (have to finish FF13 first anyway XD)

I wonder how many people

a) are stuck in ff13

or

b) are so burned out from finishing it that they never want to touch it again

I'm b), haha. but a) or b) seems to be a lot of people's story from playing :O

Actually FFX-2 was better than 13 IMO, so it can't be that bad, haha

B! :sweatdrop:
but i still want to finish that challenge/trial thing from that giant d00d (yeah, I haven't played it for a long time!)
I only had 2 left, but continued the story instead.

Considering FF13's Paradigm Shift = X-2's dressspheres and Gestalt Mode = Floral Fallal/Machina Maw/Full Throttle, these 2 may actually be the closest relatives in the series.
Yuna and Rikku even has a hand in the development of FF13. Further implying that if there wasn't X-2, FF13 wouldn't exist. :nervous

On the other hand, Dead Fantasy Gee MV might not exist either... :P

Wow, that's exactly what I was thinking about this morning!!!!
Seems we have a psychic connection

I never finished FFX-2, I played a few hours, found it boring as hell and sold it to a good friend. I SOLD it UNFINISHED! I've never done that with an FF before XD
Somehow I also didn't get the hang of the dressphere system. I had no idea what to do with the grids and stuff, was there even a tutorial? Can't remember.

I thought about it and if they change the battle system for a sequel of XIII then I'd be willing to try it, but the whole paradigm shifting makes me dizzy xD
When I get back to playing it I probably need a few hours to get used to to the mechanics again.

Yep... there was a tutorial how to use the dresssphere... xD
I found the Dresssphere cool but it was annoying and boring!

Congrats Ayako! Glad I could be of some help XD

Honestly, considering that they just finalised the story a few months ago, I really don't see Versus being released in 2012.

I like Chapter 9, it's a good place to grind for those chips that sell for a lot of money, meaning you get a nice stack of gil to purchase some more components that go towards levelling up your equipment. Though from experience, Chapter 11 is probably the best place if you want to stack up on that kind of stuff, so I think it's ok to just carry on as usual.

Yes you do change party members eventually XD I was surprised that even at that point, with Snow in the team, you still couldn't switch members. Like the developers just wants you to play as Lightning/Fang/Hope even though it bears no real consequence to the story. I think you can switch in the next chapter.

I'm actually looking forward to hear your thoughts on the next chapter Ayako. I'm not saying anything, but I wonder if you will encounter the same difficulty I had when I came upon it. All I'll say is this. Be prepared! XD

Admist all this talk of future games to come, I totally forgot about an original FF game out now for the DS! It's Final Fantasy : The 4 Heroes of Light:

Allright! THanks as always, Tuffty! ^__^ But that's unfair, if you can play only the characters, who are in the first three places D: I wanted Snow in my party because he has strong HP... Love Snow and his grin! :inlove: *kicks Serah to the Moon*

I'll be prepared about the next chapter.... Hopefully it's not too difficult! Chapter 9 gives me already difficulties! *damn PSIKOM* D:
