Re: Neutering. Apparently it's against some religions, or some people think it's against their religion. Anyway, in Orthodox countries (Greece, Cyprus, Russia, Ukraine), lots of people refuse to neuter their pets.

It's also why the cities in eastern europe are infested by stray cats.
