From the Dohhh Up site, looks like the clip is not from the making DVD that comes with the PB, but a seperate release. You can only order within a certain period. FC only too?

Lol, I was about to order my PB but I freaked out when Miyabi's photobook wasn't on yesasia anymore! I could'nt find it when searching anymore butm luckliy I found this link: http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/code-j/section-posters/pid-1004851925/!

Also, they misspelled natsuyaki as "Nasuyaki" in the PB name on yesaisa.
