Mental suffering, Car rental fees, custom pants for 65 million?

Greedy bastard doesn't deserve one cent and should be counter sued for the same amount.

This is just plain stupid, the only time i would sue for that much for just a pair of pants is if its made out of solid gold or it could perform miracles, won't he just go buy another pair of pants its simple as that, what a greedy man :temper:

The sad part is, America is infamous for their lawsuits. It's pretty much determined that you can sue for anything, and win. Like that case where the burglar hurt himself and sued the people he was robbing...

Nacchi... kawaii XD

The poor man wants publicity so hard... Even if the dry cleaner wins in the process, they were forced to spend thousands for layers to defend them from this fool, and who's gonna pay for that? Just another proof that the lawsuits in USA are out of control. Where I am from, someone calls you monkey, you call him back donkey... But in America, you sue him, cry about mental suffering and request a compensation of 500,000. Great. But really, you can imagine: with 65 million in his hands, this bastard would be really dangerous.

I would doubt this lawsuit would actual work and the judge would win. But if he does then all hell will break loose all over the States full of lawsuits

hahahaha what a nutcase. I feel bad for the Chungs.

I would just like to add, that Pearson's actions are in no way representative of the people of the US. Yeah, some of us prefer an old fashioned beat down, verbal abuse, and even murder for even just staring at another person the wrong way.

He probably knows that there's no way that Laundry Service would pay him $65 million... He's just being mean ruining their business. :(

I thought someone would actually update this by now

Well the case was "throw out." The judge of the case, not the idiot, says Satisfaction guarantee does not mean fulfilling outrages customer demands  All I want now is the laundry owners to countersue the hell out of the judge/lawyer
