well if UFA do drop her they can't do anything to stop her returning after a year, but with TNX instead.
IF she still wants to sing I'm sure Tsunku will make it happen for her, if she doesn't then we won't see her sing again, that's that.
But it seems as though when things go wrong Tsunku feels responsible(from what he's said to the public anyway) so if she wasnt to fix it afterwards then I'm sure he will help ^^

Yeah, but would Tsunku want to gamble that Tsuji won't end up like Ishiguro? Everytime Ishiguro tried to get back in front of the cameras, her hubby knocked her up again.

Lets say you have a company, and you hire someone, and on the contract you put some rules, and the contract says that if you break those rules, you're out. What would you do if that person that has a contract with you breaks the rules laid out in that contract? Remember, you're investing money and time in this person, and there are others that you must convince to follow the rules as well. So what would you do?

That's all well and good except these rules are stupid and hardly the norm. Not to mention given how strict these rules were, I would expect strays a lot so I would be shooting my foot my using these types of zealous restrictions in any other business. I say any other business because some of the Hello!Project girls seem brainwashed from time to time.

I mean come on Yossie, you get pissed because you have to cover for Tsuji because...UFA took her out because she's pregnant but really, there hasn't been anything that can hamper her performance at this time and so this type of zealous reaction is unwarranted. Shouldn't she be mad at UFA?

I'm sorry, I did not make myself clear: we are in no position to criticize UFA's contractual practices. I am asking not about these rules in particular. And you did not answer. So here's the question again, put in a different way:

If you have a company and have a set of rules and one of your employees breaks those rules, and you have other people you have to make sure follow the rules, would you fire that employee yes or no?

And by the way, these girls are informed about the rules at the moment they sign the contract, and I'm sure they are reminded of them from time to time, so if these girls are still there, that means they are accepting the rules.

The minute you disregard the absurdity of UFA's rules, it's impossible to make an accurate comparison.

See that's the thing. In H!P you get 'em young when they're too naive to understand what they're getting into and you slowly feed them on attention and media whoring. So when they're older and they want to do other things with their lives, all this attention and a job that's pretty much been their life and they care for greatly is threatened to being taken away to keep them in line.

Uh the parents can be assholes just as much as UFA can be. And the girls can still be heavily influenced by all the attention and glamour regardless of what their parents want.

All I have to say about the situation is that no matter how harsh the rules may be, if the girls knew about everything before joining up, then it's their responsibility to accept what's dealt to them. Idols have strict guidelines to abide by.. it's apart of the culture.

And to be honest, I don't get the impression Nono even cares one way or the other... if she did, this most likely wouldn't have gone down the way it did.

Well, I really hope that Tsunku gets TNX to be very big (remember the company is only 7 months old, it was officially formed in October 2006), so he can get all of H!P out of UFA's wing, even though Up Front Group would still have some say on things (probably only on the distribution part, TNX Inc. is listed as one of UFG's "associated companies", but at least the image management and promotion would be TNX's responsibility)
