But you're right, H!P is the biggest moneymaker UFA has right now. But there's also something UFA has no control of: all contracts have an expiration date, and the H!P head (Tsunku) can decide if the contract will be renewed or not. Unless there is some sort of "automatic renewal" clause (which, by the way, at least in my country is illegal. Contracts must be discussed and renewed non-automatically every time they expire)

You can, but you probably shouldn't.  If you return to that restaurant you'd be surprised with how well the serving staff will remember you since you probably would have pissed off the chef. They'll in turn, inform him/her that you have returned and you'll end up with the chef spitting in your food or wiping his/her ass with it.

Tsuji was irresponsible, she knew about the risks she had while having a sexually active relationship, so it was entirely her fault (she had influences by kago and yaguchi, but she has to respond for her own acts).

If you're condoning her behavior, it may show you're not responsible as well and could always have trouble at work, cause you do what "you feel at the moment" forgetting about your duties. So maybe the rules are to strict, and are likely to be broken, but it's still a rule, so if you break it, you must pay the consecuences. That's being an adult, some of you will learn it someday...

Anyway, at least she didn't behave as bad as kago did (who is much more immature), as reported it was a mutual decision, she's taking the responsability of raising the child, getting married (that's a choice, not a need) and leaving her job.

I hope she can happily raise her child and be happy.

And I hope that not one of the girls follows her footsteps. They were already two recent bad examples for the H!P members and for the general public as well, they are idols, so they are a public role model, you're showing an image, and that's your work. If you fail to do that, then you're not doing your job right, if you don't want to keep doing it, then just quit your job in a proper manner.

To be perfectly honest. this event ahsn't been dealt in the same way Kago's incident was. UFA seem to be okay with it up to now and I don't think Tsuji acting "irresponsibly" really comes into things, after all if Tsuji does leave H!P now it seems like it would be by mutual consent or through her choice rather than a firing. It's just the choice she's made, from what we know she hasn't acted childish or anything, she's simply living her life the way she wants to. God that last bit sounded cheesey.

You're right...and wrong. Yes, pregnancy and marriage affect your entire life, but if smoking affects your health doesn't that affect your entire life too? And the problem here is that according to japanese law, pregnancy and marriage = legal--------smoking underage = illegal

I kind of get the idea that UFA is a bit scared to freak out about this like they did with Aibon.
Like, since they're getting married and starting a family, if UFA started throwing a tantrum about it and threw Nono's ass on the street like they probably want to do, there would be a public outcry because she is getting married and starting a family and there is nothing wrong with that.

But of course Nono broke the precious UFA contract by having a secret boyfriend, and not only that, sleeping with him. But she didn't get caught by Friday, just by her pregnancy test, so she got away with it
