Mari and Aibon got caught. If it wasn't for this whole pregnancy thing, we probably wouldn't know about her having a BF...now fiancé. They all did the same thing (which was being in a relationship); 2 of them just didn't do as good of a job keeping it a secret from the tabloids.

Again, and I start to think you like this, Aibon got kicked out for doing something illegal TWICE (smoking underage, the date on the second scandal is an accessory). Mari retired because she was caught dating while still in MM. As proved by the different reports about Yuko, Nacchi, Miki (when she was still solo) and Ayaya, they can date as long as: 1-They are not in MM and 2-They keep it quiet.
